I had requested for claim for panel complaint on 2nd February 2022 in Complete Protection Plan for my TV which cost 24000 on flipkart. But after the technician picked up the TV, Jeeves executives contacted me and told that the TV cannot be repaired and I will get 14000 rupees as refund. They told that I will get only 80% of invoice value (18000) since it’s 14 months after purchase. I told them I want the TV repaired, but they denied that....
