Extended warranty claim registeration CLJPX[protected]. still prouct not repaired. details- product purchased in flipkart along with extended warranty from jeeves. after washing machine breakdown called the jeeves for repair. called flipkart for remedy. also contact midea support. still no solution and washing machine is under not under running condition

      May 1, 2022 informed Jeeves that my TV was complaint. Complaint number CLEWI[protected]. They pickup the TV for service. After two and a half months they sent a message that your complaint was resolved, but TV was not delivered, . After 4 days TV was delivered, but it was not working properly. The delivery team informed me that the technician will come tomorrow and resolved the problems. But till now no one has come or contacted. Next day I contacted customer care they said they will clear everything in two days. Nothing happened. After that I contacted customer care two more times. Nothing happened.

          I was totally upset by the service feedback i received from Jeeves last few days.I had a ifalcon smart TV. It had got a screen flickering.so i registered a complaint via Jeeves toll-free number.the response was good.after which everything got disappointing.the service person took 2 weeks after registering complaint to reach my home and check the product.most disappointing thing was they call in morning telling that they will arrive that day and after which they won't pick my call or respond.and they won't come .same experience happened with the guy who agreed to collect my tv from home..he also made losing my valuable time 3-4 times. I waited for him..he dint came...like wise again it took a week to collect.he dint provide any of proof that he belongs to Jeeves and he took the product.when i asked about invoice slip he told he doesn't have such things.And i waited for the jeeves team to respond after checking my product.they dint call in first week second week or third week .i tried many times contacting them.but i failed. Atlast on the fourth week of collecting tv from home, my call got attended.He told me he will check and revert which he dint call...i again called same reply.third day i got a reply that they are looking at my product, it will take three days to check.and waited for three days .again no reply..i tried calling them daily.atlast i got reply that it can't be corrected.
          First experience in my life such a poor poor poor service quality which was assured by Jeeves .many times i thought of going to consumer court because of this experience i got from Jeeves part.my humble request is that please treat your customers as customers, not like enemies.

            I have created a warranty repair request for my MI LED TV on 11th July 2022. I had active warranty till 15th July 2022.

            On 13th July, a Technician came to my house for the service and he had closed the ticket without resolving the issue. He informed me that the issue is with the backlight and some other technician will come from the company to repair it.
            I called Jeeves customer care on the same day (13th July), after getting the case closed msg in my mobile and the customer care representative told me that he is escalating on the same ticket and I will get an update in 48 hours. (Call recording is attached)

            I received a feedback call on 15th July for the same complaint and I have highlighted that my issue is not resolved, and the Jeeves representative told me that the old case is closed and he is creating a new case for the technician visit.

            I called Jeeves customer care on the 19th July again and the representative told me again that he is re-opening the same ticket and I will receive an update in 1 day. (Call recording is attached)

            None of these promises have happened and I haven't received any updates.

            I waited for 2 days and called Jeeves on the 21st July and the representative told me that my warranty is expired and I will not get the support. (Call recording is attached)

            My TV was under warranty when I created my request and the Jeeves representative closed the ticket within the warranty period without resolving the issue.
            I would request you to help me a solution for my MI TV issue.

              My father had purchased a Thomson TV from Flipkart and opted for 2 Year extended complete protection from Jeeves under plan number: CPFK[protected].
              The TV stopped working and when I called Flipkart, they straight away asked to contact Jeeves as they won`t be able to help.
              Upon contacting Jeeves, they tried to repair the TV 2 times but could not. Then they took the TV with them on 18/05/2022 and few days later they said, the TV is beyond repair and they will refund an amount of INR 4407.20 which I agreed to. I also shared my bank details on June 7th 2022 but till days they have not processed any refund. Despite calling them and emailing them many times they keep on saying that we have not received any of your email and your phone number is not reachable and we are unable to contact you. I have shared my alternate number but still no response. Due to this whole exercise my father is fed up with Flipkart and Jeeves and being a senior citizen, he is harassed a lot.
              On behalf of my father, I am raising this complaint to get our refund money.

                On June 7th they have taken TV regarding repairing issue getting some lines. They spent 40 days and said finally not repairable we will process the refund. They said that You will get a message to submit ur bank details before 3 days no message till. Even we haven't consult anyone for this issue as u said not possible so we accepted. But delay from ur side u ppl will take 40 days to say not possible as u started just 2days before that. Then what about 38days. Now still u r delaying just for small message. How much time u will take for refund

                  Marq 308 L refrigerator purchased on 17.10.2020, it has the warranty of 10 years in compressor but the overall warranty is expired.refrigeratotr is out of order since 07.7.2022. On complaint to flipkart and marq jeeves people attended on 09.7.2022 it was told that the PCB of refrigerator is not functioning . On 11.07.2022 got a call from jeeves to conform the rate as Rs 1200/-- for PCB. on 09.07.22 the service engineer has asked for Rs 650/- as service charges without any bill which was denied by us. on 15.07.2022 the engineer came with PCB and fix it after he asks for Rs 3500/- on contact from marq consumer support it was told the cost is Rs1800/+ service charges . The office of Jeeves on phone has stated that cost is Rs2400/-+450 as service charges but all are without bill. When i demand the bill /invoice he took away the PCB and left . on 16.07.2022 I contacted jeeves men who has enquired the details and lastly sent a forwarded message is costs 3185/ but without any gstin no. . My complain ID-2G7-44590CUTSCH-6640467. but no action yet. UNfair trade and cheat by the jeeves people. Jeeves to see it and reply . my email [protected]@gmail.com.

                      I hnoave purchased extended warranty for my TV JWEBOI2AO5578. Since last more than one month I am facing the problem of my TV, after doing the so many follow up they have take my TV for repair more than 20 days back. Whenever I am asking for the status they use to take 2 business days time again after 2 business days another 2 business days like this going on. Attached screenshot of mail.
                      Now after these many days with unlimited follow up they have told it's not repairable we will refund the money. But after that again no one is responding and the same game going on 2 business days.
                      It's really harassing us. Kindly help me to get my TV back or full refund.

                            I purchased the mi TV and covered it with jeeves insurance. after 3 years my TV start showing spots in display at top right corner. as we dont have any small child and also the TV is on wall mounted stand at center so their is no chance to get damage, we also handle it with care due to the world thinnest TV ( display thickness is 4.9 mm ).
                            Also I already cleared that if it is damaged by our end then their should be some physical scratch or crack or any thing.. but I didnt even pull the border company packing.
                            the jeeves decleared that this will not be covered in the insurance due to physical damage.
                            worst service ever by JEEVES.*********
                            please take action against them and help me.

                                Dear Jeeves Team,

                                This is in continuation to my earlier email written to you on 01/07/2022, 28/06/2022, 21/06/2022, 10/06/2022, 08/06/2022, 06/06/2022, 01/06/2022, 30/05/2022, 27/05/2022 and many other emails written to you earlier since 10/05/2022.

                                Every time I book a complaint then I receive a call from Jeeves Service Associate saying that although they have received my complaint from your office BUT SINCE THE COMPLAINT IS BOOKED BY YOU AS OUT OF WARRANTY AND NOT UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY hence I will have to bear the CHARGES. Since I have EXTENDED WARRANTY of the product purchased from you hence I deny paying any charges. Then I am asked to AGAIN book a fresh complaint under EXTENDED WARRANTY with you. Subsequently my complaint are being continuously being cancelled and the issue remains UNRESOLVED.

                                Since 10/05/2022, this is happening CONTINUOUSLY that instead of booking my complaint under EXTENDED WARRANTY, you are booking my complaint under OUT OF WARRANTY so that repair charges can be recovered from me.

                                  I bought a samsung refrigerator with 2 yrs extended warrenty.
                                  Now my fridge has been break down but they are not covering it under warrenty.
                                  The problem is of magnetic gasket (door rubber). However they have said that they do not cover it in warrenty and I have to purchase that part.
                                  I have raised my complaint to their team but all in vain.
                                  Firstly they refused to entertain me on this matter.
                                  Then they told me that after technician visit they will decide whether it should be repaired or not.
                                  2 times technician came and told that yes.. Part is defective. However, even after so many days, spending time complaining and requesting they just ignored the issue.
                                  One thing is very much clear that Jeeves guarntees you a high rated poor service. They are just looting and doing nothing. Don't buy extended warrenty from them. Of anything happens to the product they will simple say sorry sir.. This is not included.
