AC was delivered by flipkart on 30th April and it was supposed to be installed by 1st may 2022 by jeeves. But on the same day i got a message of rescheduling it by 6th may. No contact has been done by jeeves till date. No customer care contact number is provided to contact. When i contacted flipkart, they gave me a long resolution date and today is the last day of that and they will again increase the resolution date as usual. 6 days has passed after delivery of product and no contact has been done with me or no contact information is provided of any technician till date. It seems like they will install it in next season now.

    Sir/ Madam, I am Keerthi Ramesh I had purchased the Mi LED Smart TV 4X 108
    cm 43 worth•Rs.23133/-on[protected] also I had Purchased the 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves Customer Services •Rs 1655/- and on 15-August-2021 my TV screen was turned into total black screen and I raised the same complaint on Jeeves Customer Services on[protected] and technician was came on 01-Sep-2021 and told that the TV was not repairable and you will get refund of money. After that on 10-Sep-2021 My TV pickup done by the Jeeves Customer Service technician and told that i will get the refund within 15 days after the bank details taken by them. On[protected] I got the mail from Jeeves Customer Service regarding my refund of money Rs. 18, 506.40/- after depreciation value: Rs. 4626.60, After the agreeing the amount I mailed my Bank Account Details and Passbook Photo on 25-Oct-2021, Then after I didn't got any type of refund in my bank account till now[protected], I tried so many times contacting them but no use so I requested to into this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible.All the proofs attached below.

      My 32" iffalcon led tv under 2 yrs extended warranty, on 27-03-22 i complained to Jeeves on phone that my tv is not switching on, on 04-04-22 technician visited and told me that tv tobe lifted to service centre. on 09-04-22 technician lifted the tv. Till now they don't returned my tv, i called Jeeves coustomer care and I mailed to [protected]@jeeves.co.in many times, but they are not able to track the tv repaired or not, they simply saying wait 2 business days, please help me to get my tv

        POco C3 screen damage

        On 12th of Apr I raised a complaint that my phone screen is damaged and they asked me send all the documents like photos of phone with damage, IMEI number and my invoice which I did and then I received a message asking me to pay a processing fee of 500 which I did on 14th April. They said they will send a technician to pickup the phone and wille be repaired in next 15 days however today is 28th of April and no one came to pickup the phone...

        No in warranty service for iffalcon 55k31 even though I have complete 3 year protection. Everytime I call they ask me for 2 business days. It's been 12 days since the customer care and technician is Playing hide and seek. Wasting my valuable time. Today that is 27th April 2022 the technician named Mr. Santosh Chari called me again saying he will come at 3 in the afternoon, but like previous instances was a no show. The Jeeves have caused me great hardship making me miss my work and doctors assignment. This is my last resort. Thank you.

        Completely dejected with the service. My advise is to buy from a known source. Facing hardship because o[censored]nreliable Jeeves.

          I regret to inform you that it is now the third night we are being sleepless due to extreme deficiency in service from Jeeves. There is no assurance from your side to attend my AC though I have paid for services .
          Your person when contacted to your allocated technician Mr Seikh Habibur Rahaman yesterday as per assurance received from Customer care executive, You technician assured of visiting today for the services of my AC.
          Till now he didn't turn up so I contacted Mr Rehman. He denied service today and he said he is under extreme work pressure and he can't serve and asked me to contact Jeeves.
          What nonsense is this? What kind of EW(Extended Warranty) sold to me for which I have paid you? Why are there types of deficiencies in services? How can you make a customer suffer like this and why no alternate technician is allocated to serve during this heat wave when temperature is more than 42 degree??
          I request you to arrange/allocate an alternate technician immediately and complete the servicing of my AC so we are not suffering sleepless nights tonight again due to your extreme deficiency of service or direct Mr Rehman to attend my AC immediately as per his commitment. Very disappointing in this situation

              Over 15 days have passed since we lodged a complaint for our Panasonic AC (CLEW[protected]. Every time we contact the call centre, they say that it will take two days, and nothing happens. It has been 5 days, and technicians have not been here to fill gas in the AC, a simple task. Don't go for extended warranty, it is useless. There is no accountability, and the service is exceedingly poor.

                Dear sir/mam,

                I Ravindra purchased Nokia 43 inches TV on 27/02/2020 with order id OD[protected]. We observed a problem on the LCD screen on 18th november 2021 and reported this issue to Nokia service center on the same date with claim id BWFK[protected]. service engineer visited and told us that the problem will be resolved after software update with in 6 months

                But, LCD screen problem increased and display not working properly on 4/04/2022. so it is requested to instruct concern to attend to the problem immediately which is arised earlier during the warranty period.
                complaint is not resolved even after continuous follow up with Nokia and flipkart service providers. is flipcart sale fake Nokia products .

                  I purchased a Sansui LED TV with complete protection policy no CPFK[protected] on the Flipkart online portal .
                  My TV is some issue then I call your customer care number [protected] and registered my complain with claim ID no CLCPK[protected] on 18 March.
                  After 2days your service engineer is visit my place and found the TV panel are not working so it may be changed and your LED tv sent our Noida service centre and he picked up tv on 24 March 22 of my house and he say one week time for repair the tv if not repair return your money of TV .
                  After one week no any response from your side then again call customer care and he say wait 14 days. Then again no any response from your side again call he says wait 2 days, after 2 days same answer repeated . On the again and again call on 12 April your customer care representative say your TV is not possible to repair and company decided return your TV cost and company called within 2 days for confirmation but till date no one call your side nor send any emails this regarding.
                  I call local services centre he say you call one my senior officer Lucknow Mr Akhilesh with mob [protected] . I call the gentleman and he say I don't help you called customer care .
                  I am very disappoint your company response .
                  Sir I request please see the matter priority wise .

                    On March 25 2022 agent of Jeeves came and convinced me to buy extended warranty plan for My New TV...
                    He showed nothing and Talked about nothing except THIS PLAN WILL COVER ALL THE COSTS OF REPAIR .
                    He didn't showed any Terms and Conditions . Or Talked about it ... Unfortunately we signed all The documents he told to . (It was all Electronic documents, I think)

                    Now It got damaged . We contacted them . They said They only pay 50% of Product . They said they all explained in Terms and conditions, Which we have no idea about ...

                    I don't know what to do .

                    THAT AGENTS NAME WAS PRAVEEN SOMETHING . I GOT THAT FROM THE RECEIPT .

                    The number they gave us to contact DOES NOT EXIST .I think they conned us

                        I have purchased the thomson tv from flipkart and purchased the Jeeves (total protection) extended warranty while the Jeeves installation guy visited my home for demo.

                        After 1 and a half year my TV got some issues so I have contact Jeeves for the support since I have got the extended warranty of 3 years. The raised a complained and picked up the TV from my home for repair on 18th March ( receipt attached).

                        I have called and emailed multiple (25+) times to Jeeves support to know the status of my claim and it’s been over a month now., but till haven’t RECEIVED ANY RESOLUTION (neither refund nor my TV)

                        It’s really turning into a nightmare., each time I contact the customer of Jeeves they just make fake promised about waiting for 2 business days. My issue is standing still. Neither they are returning my TV unit nor giving any kind of refund.

                        No communication made from Jeeves end proactively. Each time I have contact Jeeves support and they just elongate the issue and keep delaying.

                        Attached the conversation emails as Proof and all evidence I have.

                        Finally, making a formal complaint through consumer complaint forum so that strict actions must be taken against such a fraud company which has failed to fulfilled their promise of Total Protection warranty.

                        It’s been over a month now.

                        Kindly Refund me in Full for my TV.

                              My mobile Infinix note 10 was picked up on 28th of March and till now I have not received any updates on the same, I reached to customer service 3 times but they are clueless and they ask me to wait for 5 days but no resolution,

                              Customer service person Husna Muskaan did not even know to talk I was asking her to let me speak to the senior and she was saying it will be updated in next 5 days this is single line she was uttering on the entire call

                                Hi Team,

                                I have purchased hisense Tv in Flipkart after delivery installation process took by Jeeves and while doing installation i have also purchased complete protection plan for 3years with amount Rs 3415 and due to some issue with the TV i have returned to Flipkart and I got refund also from Flipkart, but as there is no tv and I should also get the refund amount for the protection plan also but when i sent an email not getting any response and when i called i don't get proper response

                                  I have purchased marq 55 inch led tv through Flipkart and purchased 3 year total protection which is valid till June 2022. Now no display is coming on my tv I have registered complain to Jeeves on 5th April and still no resolution has been provided no technician has been sent to address the issue. Every time call Jeeves customer support they say issue will be resolved in 48 hrs and till today no one has came. My ticket number registered with Jeeves for complete protection is JPPOFFK1975762 and my claim I'd is CLJPM[protected]. Please help in resolving this issue at earliest.

                                      I had ordered a Realme 32" TV from flipkart and during installation i had bought extended warranty plan from jeeves.
                                      A few days back there's a problem occured in TV. It has a white screen. I contacted to consumer support and was told to wait for 72 hrs for the visit of technician.

                                      When after 72 hrs no technicians visit happened, i again called to consumer support and they told me to wait for another 48 hrs.

                                      They are just selling extended warranty scheme and denying services when required.

                                      Please do the needful.
