Jeeves Consumer Services — Complete laptop protection | |
I bought an extended warranty which included liquid damage from this company for my ASUS laptop. My laptop got damaged with liquid and I contacted this company through their email [protected]@jeeves.co.in. They sent a technician after so many days but that was okay since there was lockdowns at many parts during that time. The technician came and checked my laptop and after two days jeeves tells me I am eligible only for a partial refund as my laptop cannot be repaired. I accepted it since I have no other choice and I have sent them everything they have asked for. And they said a technician would come to pick up my device within two days and refund would be initiated only then. And within 8 business days after product pick up, the refund amount would be deposited in my account. Since that communication, I have been contacting them every two business days and they keep telling me my issue will be resolved within another two business days. They don't provide a direct line, only a toll free number on which their executives are never available. And when I searched on the internet, I find many others like me who are waiting for their claims so I get suspicious. My warranty ends in October so I am afraid they will keep it lagging till my warranty expires and then I will be left with no other option.
