Jeeves Consumer Services — complete mobile protection plan plan id: jppoffk2647016 claim id: ad[protected]

I am utterly disappointed the service provided during my complete mobile protection claim, i registered claim on 23rd of october 2019. I paid rs 500 as processing fees on 24th oct. After so many follow-ups my phone was picked up by courier on 1st of nov and was delivered at your service centre on 4th nov. I am still waiting for my phone gets repaired.

But, that’s not the real problem; the problem is this company’s customer service. I daily called at it's customer care to know my phone’s repair status but i never got any satisfactory answer from any of their employees, since last 14 days. They even don’t know what is going on with my phone at your service centre. They, daily reply me “your request has been escalated to our backend team and you will get a phone call within 48 hrs”. But i never got a call from back end team. I asked to talk with their supervisor or manager but i never get contacted. They don’t have any contact with repair technician, really i don’t know how this customer care is running.

I called flipkart as well to resolve my issue because i am a regular customer of flipkart and trust flipkart. But what i heard from them is “we are not responsible for whatever is going on in jeeves”.

I don’t know what i do, where i escalate my issue, what’s going on with my phone. Jeeves claims 10 days guaranteed repair.

I hope jeeves will try to improve it's customer service. If jeeves can't repair my phone then replace and send me new phone as soon as possible.

New update: I got a call from Nandini Flipkart executive today, she offered me 80% of the amount I paid plus Rs.500 (Jeeves processing charge) plus Rs.500 flipkart gift voucher(gift because of delay) because they are not getting any response from Jeeves. Jeeves is Flipkart's subsidiary and they are not getting any response from them. This was a joke as well.
Ok, I agreed with her. I paid Rs.9609 from debit card and I exchanged my Honor 9 lite worth Rs.3200( as per invoice), so total value I paid was Rs.12809. So, I should get 80% of the Rs.12809. However, Nandini offered me only 80% of Rs.9609. then, I asked her about my Honor 9 lite, she had not any answer for that. Is it a joke or what? you guys are trying to make us fool or what? Are you doing business like this? Now this issue is going to media to aware customers who buy online from Flipkart.
I have the invoice and call recording.

My problem is still not resolved. They haven't returned my device yet. Worst company & pathetic service. I just want my phone back whether repaired or not repaired. Just send it back.

Just keep the damn money. Return my phone asap. Or else i'm suing the company. You have no idea how viral i can get this issue and the fraud you all are pulling here. And if the phone isn't returned back in the same condition as it was sent consider yourself in jail time.

And don't you dare reply "jeeves consumer services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint."
