I have purchased mi led smart tv 43 inch from flipkart last year and as a joint partner of flipkart i took extended warranty of 2 years from jeeves. I think that is a big mistake i ever did.
I raised service repair on 27 oct 2019 and my suffer started. First of all technician was visited on 29 oct. Then he told a pcb needs to be replaced and it will take 10 to 15 days max to resolve. But i dont know why jeeves guys place my order on nov 2nd i. E. Another 3 days delay. Anyhow on 16 nov they told to be resolved. When i called they told part is arrived and by 18th technician will be assigned and will fix. That did not happen. When i called on 19th, another story they make that part is not yet arrived.
What the hell jeeves guys doing. They simply cheat people. No proper resolution nor exact information they provide.
Just because of tie up with flipkart i thought it will be good service but it's worst.
I have to think legal way to make it done or refund or replace my tv.

    Its been more than 10 days since i raised a claim against the screen damage of my smartphone. Every day i am getting a message from blue dart that the smartphone would be picked up, but none comes to pick up. This is happening for the past seven days.
    Whenever i call the jeeves support team, they ask me to wait for 48 to 72 hours. What is happening?

      Last year on 14th sep i purchased a mi tv from flipkart along with jeeves extended warranty for 2 more years in which if they not solve the issue in 30 days they will replace the product.

      I registered a complaint 2nd nov 2019 and their engineer visited my house on 2nd nov and he said within seven days your tv panel is being replaced as there is problem regarding panel in which a horizontal line appears on my tv.

      I waited for another 15 days and when there is no response from the jeeves. I called to their both customer support number both are not working.

      I sent them mail on [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in.

      But there is no response from them.

      I got a call from jeeves, they are asking my debit card number expiry date and cvv number to transfer the money to the bank, this is fraud if you are refunding the amount you should take my account details not my debit card details with otp.

        I would like to know what should i do to get my money back from jeeves india (An extended warranty provider).

        Background: i have purchased a television from flipkart with extended warranty for 3 years for better service.
        we have found an issue with the television and after lots. Of effort flipkart was not able to resolve the issue so they took the tv back and refunded the amount.
        Now i have asked the jeeves india to cancel my extended warranty as tv has been returned, they were agree and asked the return status of tv and lots of documents, which i have sent over email. As they were asking documents and not providing the expected date of refund i called many times and finally, on 06th Nov 2019, i have received email that money will be credited to my account in 7-8 working days, which does not happen yet.

        Kindly suggest me what to do.

          I have registered on Oct 1, completed payment on Oct 3, and my device was picked on Oct 7 and delivered to Jeeves service centre on Oct 9.
          From then on I never received any update from Jeeves, its 41 days now, when ever I give a call to their customer care number they either keep me on long hold and disconnect the call or they stop talking on it by keeping on mute,
          I spoke to their two executives from escalation department as well, and trust me they use their fake names as well(I have recorded the calls for proofs), wherein they say out their fake names, apart from calls, I have dropped they numerous emails, where they only reply that part is missing and I will have to wait for few more days, I dont understand if the part doesnt come for next 6 months do i have to wait? Its a complete fraud, guys need help as I am not able to understand what to do next?

            Finally I have received the refund after lots of efforts/conversation over community.
            Still I have a question, why Jeeves has asked to shared account details with cancelled check if transactions has been done online?
            Sorry to say, Customer support is not instructed (they don't have intelligence ) they are just a like parrot.

              I requested for door step service for my lg refrigerator and on 16th nov it was scheduled for which was not given as per the schedule. I called the customer care some 4 times on 16th of nov to understand the issue for not providing the service. It was a complete bad experience with jeeves consumer care. Finally no resolution provided by jeeves. So poor service and handling the customer query was so horrible which i experienced.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have purchased flipkart perfect homes andes engineered wood 3 door wardrobee (Order no. Od[protected] and i received the product on 14.11.2019. The installation was scheduled on 15.11.2019 by your service partner jeeves consumer services, but it is sad to mention that am still waiting for the product to be installed. The jeeves consumer services engineer has not yet installed my product and am continuously in contact with the customer care of jeeves consumer services and every time they are giving an excuses and making the commitment that the installiation will be done by today, but installation still pending. The service engineer details that has been provided is so unprofessional that when am trying to contact him he is not even bothered to pickup call (Name of the service engineer is rupesh bhivapukar contact no.[protected]) and he himself not even tried to contact me and inform me of any issue. Even in my opinion the service partner jeeves consumer services are so irresponsible and it is not the first time am writing to you it happened in the past too. It is my request you to take this matter seriously and solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise am going to return the product.

                      As per your policy it is already 30 days, it is not resolved yet. I raised this complaint on 5th oct and i mentioned that this issue is observed on 3rd oct, previously i saw display issue two time after reboot this issue got resolved. Initially i talked with flipkart.com team they told me to send mail to extended team regarding this issue so i raised this issue on 5th oct.

                      I got your first mail on 21 oct mentioning that spare supply with brand and we want to refund post depreciation amount, where the parts has been dispatched on 19th oct, how you are sending this mail. As parts has been dispatched from warehouse. Then i send you mail that parts has been received and technician is not going to install thia product.in that mail i clearly mentioned that i want this product in working condition or replace that product, don't want refund amount. You reply that you will arrange call. I didn't receive any call from you. You are simple taking money for extended warrenty but not providing any service, just looting customer without any service, here why i receive this mail when the parts has been dispatched.

                      Again i send mail you on 30 oct, no reply from you. I called to jeevas team so many time within this period, they told me that display issue is accepted by brand and will displtched this product shortly. Everyday i got same assurance.

                      Lastly i got mail from extendend team on 6th nov, they mentioned same "spare supply issue with brand and post depreciation final value as 0.00
                      I reply same want this product in working condition or replace that product. Don't want refund. Then no reply from you. Why you are taking 30% depreciation as it is already 1 year left. First time i observed this issue on sept 20 2019, my extended warranty period ends sept 23 2020. It should be 20% depreciation cost.

                      One more this as per you terms and condition it is saying following

                      In case the cost of repair exceeds 70% of the cost of the product or the product cannot be repaired
                      Within the reasonable time or reasons beyond its control, jeeves shall have the discretion to replace
                      The product with equivalent/working model of any brand/make or refund the original cost price of the
                      Product less taxes, duties and delivery charges. This replacement product may be new or refurbished,
                      Discretion of which lies solely with jeeves and shall be binding on customer

                      It is clearly saying replace with equivalent/working model of any brand/make refund the original cost price of the product.
                      Then why you asking for refund. You are taking money for extended warrent + taking 30% of the product without any service. You are doing nothing, not helping customer. You can check how many times i called jeeves team. You can check my registered mobile number [protected].

                      If you are going for refund, i want 80% of that product as it is 1 year of ew. If you agreed with this the please refund this amount to this account.

                        Today it has been more than a month since i have complained that for my vivo z1 pro whenever i call the jeeves costmar care many time, keep me on for half an hour by telling me to stay on the lan for a minute we will check and disconnect the phone today it has been 22 days for him to take my mobile phone but no response.

                        Its been now more than 6 months and yhey haven't send me my Mobile yet.

                        Is this not very serious concern to get noticed? I have been calling them about 119 times only to hear " sir we don't have further updates to provide our backend team will reach out to you in next 48 working hours"

                          Sir, we purchased "redmi note 7 pro" by flipkart and complete mobile protection plan for 12 months by jeeves consumer services on 28 june 2019. Last month oct 2019 unexpectedly mobile screen broken. We compliant it to flipkart, they said contact complete mobile protection seller jeeves. Then we contact jeeves, and they reply this... (We would request you to please provide your plan details or your registered mobile number.) we provided plan details and mobile number. Then they mail "kindly specify your device issue for claim register. And share do you prefer for repair option or refund option. Kindly share device front image, back image and invoice copy of the device for further assistance... We provided what they asked, mobile images and invoice copy and refund option (Pay out). Next day they mailed us... For payout claim, kindly contact our tollfree number[protected] or[protected], jeeves) if we called their provided numbers, said contact[protected], flipkart) if we contact this number they said for complete mobile protection contact[protected], jeeves) both flipkart and jeeves playing with us.                             17th oct 2019 1:01 pm - received sms on [protected] regarding ticket registration - ticket id 9j17-37925pusc[protected]

                            Putting below points based on my telephonic discussion with mr. Dadapeer on cp policy from jeeves. Request your team to check on below and revert on mail.

                            - we got a mail & call on nov 5-4-17 pm stating that - "we are not able to get the product repaired due to unavailability of some parts. So please share the below requirements for refund". As per the policy document - if repair is not possible refund will be issued as per the clause. However in this case - you have mentioned part not available which means though the product is repairable - jeeves is unable to service our request due to unavailability of parts. Marq tv is recently launched and it is highly impossible that there is no spare available in the market. Clearly here we are not satisfied with the solution offered.

                            -we had been informed on 5th nov that refund will be processed - which is 50% of the purchase price due to non-availability of part. Few points to highlight - right from the time we raised a claim, no engineer came to our place for repair purpose, no phone calls from jeeves stating that service can or cannot be fulfilled, no information on the status of the claim & suddenly on 5th nov we get this email / call informing that refund will be processed as repair is not possible. There is no other solution on this & customer should accept this.

                            -as per clause p of the policy document - there has been a violation of the service level agreement & effectively the resolution provided should be based on service recovery policy in the said clause. Attaching the policy document with terms & conditions.

                            We have been compelled to take 50% refund amount - whereas here clause p should be applicable as per policy document.

                            On calling jeeves customer services - they bluntly told me yesterday that no one is going to respond on my email & that their solution will not change.

                            On Nov 7 - I received a call convincing me to proceed with the 50% refund amount.

                            When I asked the executive - That the product is newly launched then how come the replacement part is not available. To that -- She confirmed to me - the replacement of damaged part will cost almost 80 % to 90% of the product value. Hence Jeeves is advising us on take 50% refund. Therefore in this scenario repair has not been done intentionally considering the cost of the repair to be borne by Jeeves and not due to unavailability of the damaged part. This is clearly conflicting with your policy terms and conditions which states in case repair is not possible only then refund will be initiated.

                            Again I am re-iterating that - I am not satisfied with the resolution at all. Referring to clause "P" as per your terms & conditions in the policy document - there is a clear breach of SLA in this case. Please action on the next step considering the facts I have provided. To my surprise none of your executives who phoned me were able to explain me clause "P" - few of them even agreed with my explanation.

                            I was assued on a call back by Executive - Ayesha . But as expected - No call/ No further discussion

                              I registered a complain on 30th of september and their engineer visited my house after so many calls to the company.
                              The engineer visited my house on 10th october and he said within seven days your tv panel is being replace as there is problem regarding pannel in which a parallel line apears on my tv.
                              Then, on 16th of october company call me and said, sir we have to take a picture of your tv and again he said sir within seven days your pannel is being replaced. I waited for another 12 days and when there is no response from the jeeves. I, called again and asked sir how more days i have to wait, they again said sir within 2-3 days. Then, again i waited for 2 days and again i called jeeves. They assure me that sir you will get a mail regarding refund procedure as 30 days policy is over. I again wait for 1 day for jeeves mail regarding refund but i don't get any mail. And from the last 10 days, everytime when i called him they just say sir please wait for 1 day you will get the mail but i didn't get any mail from their side regarding refund.
                              In mail when i asked to jeeves they said sir please give some time. But they didn't reply if i asked about the 30 days policy.
                              They just mentally disturb me from the last 30 days by not solving my problem and by not giving genuine reason so that i believe him.

                                TV is not getting turn ON, Different color screen appears in display like blue, White, Red. and sumtimes it get hang on Thomson name.

                                  Raised complaints for tv service almost 1 month they didn't provide the service. Customer care giving technicians number when we follow the technician they say they didn't receive any ticket or call alloted for them. Some customer support agents are putting call on hold for long time. Worst service. Waste of money for extending warranty with jeeves

                                    I bought an extended warranty from flipkart (Jeeves) when i purchased my laptop. I raised a complaint on the 5th of august 2019 and still don't have a resolution.
                                    They need to replace the keyboard on my laptop. After several calls and follow-ups, there is no accountability or timeline for this task. They need to be ashamed of what they call service. Their executives are ill-mannered and unempathetic.
                                    Their sla is 21 days. I wonder if they don't know how to count or if they are just don't care.

                                      I had sent my mobile honor 9 n on 9 th oct 2019 which is still not repaired and not dispatched yet.

                                      I was frequently contacting in jeeves customer support from last 20 days daily, but every time they told me that your mobile is repaired and will received call or mail within 48 to 72 hours from backend process.
