Jeeves Consumer Services — complete protection under accident claim

I have registered complaint with Jeeves against accident claim for screen damage for my Thomson tv under complete protection plan and I paid Rs.500 for visiting charges on 20.07.24, service person visited my home and after that the complaint was closed without resolution, since then i am following with customer care by phone and mails it was alomost 8 months i am suffering with Jeeves which is worst experience I had, even I talked to senior customer care team Mr. Vishal, Rakesh and Subham but they also given wrong update every time. 3 service engineer visited my home and taken pictures but no solution given for my issue. Kindly support to close my problem with Jeeves.

I am not getting any solution for my pending complaint, which I am
following for more than 1 year, this is worst service experience I
have never gone in my life, even I discussed with senior team more
than 10 times but no use.

I have been facing issues with Jeeves consumer services for more than
1 year, is this type of customer service you people are providing to
your customers?
Once again i am writing my issue here

Under complete protection i first registered my complaint under
accident claim on 20.07.24 for my Thomson tv due to display damage & i
paid Rs.500, Mohammad shaffiq service engineer visited &later closed
my complaint without providing any solution, since then i am following
with you people, you people registering complaint under manufacturing
problem due to technical issue in your system & later complaint is
closed due to complaint wrongly created under manufacturing problem
instead of Accidental damage . This repeated more than 12 times. This
problem is due to Jeeves software not because of me.

Till date 5 times your service engineers visited my home & took photos
& videos of TV, Mohammad shaffiq- 2, Kannabiran-1, Arun prasath-1,
Koushiq-1.
I have been writing mails for more than 1 year & i have called many
times to your customer care & I have talked to your senior team in
escalation desk many times Mr. Shubham, Ankur, Vishal, Rakesh but
nothing has happened except registering complaints & closing it .

I have gone to your Chennai office & contacted Mr. Meera maideen, and
for the last 2 months I have been following him also. He is also
helpless because of your system.
Finally I am expecting to close my issue in 2 days & nobody from
Jeeves further visit my home & create further drama, otherwise I am
going to put everything on Social media. Expecting quicker
resolution.
