I registered a complaint about the issue on 17 Sep 2023 through the mail and by calling. on 23rd September 2023 one service person came and informed us that the IPS panel needed to be repaired or replaced. I don't want to repair it because the TV was almost 2time serviced and the previous service was also not satisfied...

I ordered a cycle for my son from flipkart ...and it was delivered on 19th oct 2023 bt it's installation is till now not done...and it's technitians not responding to calls...and he was busy in orhar cals or not answering my calls...and somtyms he rejected my calls...and some time he switched off his phone...how can I contact to him..everyday they assigned a technician bt no one can come to installation...and the due date of installation...

Bought this TV on 07/10/2021 from "Flipkart" and registered for additional extended warranty from "Jeeves consumer services". Now we are facing a complaint on our TV, and while contacting the Jeeves agency, they are not even providing any support on this. I need a fix for this issue as soon as possible.

Jeeves ac installer befooled us and take 1068 rupees extra for ac installation which is for copper pipe wrapping and that was already taken by us under standard installation package of 1770. I took ac standard installation package with 1770 rupees where copper pipe wrap charge covered but two ac installer befooled us and took additional 1068 rupees for wrap the copper tube and not provided any bill of their charges. They also advised us if flipkart call you tell them you not took copper tube wrap. They just fraud us. I want my refund of rupees 1068.

I bought 3-year extended warranty from Jeeves for my Nokia 43-inch 4k TV. Under that warranty period, my TV got faulty. I called Jeeves support. Then a technician came and diagnosed that its panel should be changed. So he took the TV away to repair.
Now after about 10 days, they informed me through Whatsapp that the TV is repairable and they want to give a refund value i.e. 70% of the purchase amount. They did not even call me personally...
