Jeeves Consumer Services — Don't purchase any extended warranty from jeeves. Money waste.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory handling of my service request under the Complete Protection Extended Warranty that I purchased from Jeeves for ₹3, 200.

On 24th April 2025, I raised a complaint for the repair of my Thomson 55-inch TV. Despite the extended warranty coverage, the issue has not been resolved to date — 28th May 2025 — which marks over 35 days since the complaint was filed.

To my surprise and concern, I discovered that the complaint was closed without my consent, and the status was falsely updated as "Problem Solved" — even though no repair work has been carried out and the issue still persists.
