I bought the LED 4k 55 inch tv from flipkart on 7 june 2020, on the same date I bought the 3 year complete tv protection from jeeves company. My tv was fine but suddenly on 22nd january 2022 my tv start giving me problem, we got big patch on right hand side top corner while watching tv in the night, so i decided to call jeeves for technical support, technician visit to my place on 28th january 2022 and upload the video to jeeves customer care team, he assured me that i dont have to pay anything and this problem get fixed, but i was shocked when I recive the call on 31st january 2022 from jeeves technical team, they said my tv is broken and i have to pay 25 to 27 thousand to them in order to fix my tv, .
I asked them that this is inbuilt fault, but they don't want to listen anything, this is my daughter tv she is 5 year old.
I want to say to everyone please do not buy anything from flipkart and specialy from jeeves, why would I need to pay 27 thousand if the new tv cost is 35 thousand.
Jeeves and flipkart is playing whit our emotions.
