As above mail. I claim warrenty on my TV. JEEVES Technician vist our place and took TV from home. Now i called customer care, that people telling TV not repairing we will pay 70% of money & you already received mail about this. But i did't receive any mail. this problem is 2nd time first also tv not operating...

As per JEEVES terms and condition they have to pay 70 % of invoice value . but now they telling paying only 33% of invoice value.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I bought a Nokia TV 43 Inch Full HD TV in Nov 2020, however in June 2021 the display had some issues and they had it replaced in July 2021 with the a new TV and at the time i bought a complete protection plan from the repairmen with the plan start date as 8/11/2020

    again on Nov 2021, the 2nd TV also had a display issue, so i called them on 7th November 2021 and told them issue,

    and after some time they took the TV for repair and told me that it is beyond repairable and giving me the refund of 80% of the product (which is around 19K) and sent out the refund link to me.

    since i dont remember the dates i agreed to the 80% refund, (but not claimed it) i thought it has gone to 1-2 years from the plan date, however later i realized that i called them within a year (7th Nov) and plan start date is 8th Nov 2020), so as per the plan policy im eligible for 100% benefit.

    first they said that they cannot process 100% refund, only 80% refund is eligible as the claim registered on 9th Nov 2021 which falls under 1-2 year category, later they said its being reviewed by their backend team, its been more than 3 weeks now.

    i just need to know why the Nov 7th is not claim registered date, how come 9th Nov is a claim registered date.

    and if my request is valid, i need them to process the 100% refund.

    Please help me on this.

    i trusted Flipkart product and bought it and i have no pleasure in the product, can you believe that they have given me two products and all of them is a manufacturing defect .

      I had ordered Realme C11 2021 phone on 12th December 2021. The phone was not satisfactory because the camera was bad in quality. I did a refund request but the technician never visited my house. Instead he asked for the happy code to do the job. I asked why it was required, he said the job can not be completed without this.

      2 hours later, the refund window was closed by the technician. I tried contacting them again but they were not answering the call. My issue is not resolved.

        I Have Purchased Jeeves Mobile Protection, Plan Id CMFK[protected] For My Mobile Realme 8I. My Phone Accidentally Fell Down And Display Got Broken.I Have Raised Claim On Dec 13th 2021for This.
        They Have Asked Me Few Documents.I Have Provided Same Morethen 15 Times And I Got A Mail Saying That I Need To Send Documents. I Have Provided All The Documents On Same Date. In Decmeber Itself I Got A Mail Saying My Claim Rejected And The Reason Is I Haven't Submitted Documents.

        Kindly Look Into This And Do The Need Full.

          My name is Ajith TS and I ordered a Thomson TV from flipkart with extended warranty. Order ID is OD[protected]. Now the above product is not working and I made a complaint. After my complaint the technician visited my home and took my TV for repair. Unfortunately, days before I got a call from my registered mobile number and told me that they cannot repair my tv and my Refund is accepted. Also told me to send the bank details. But no email is received from their side. So Called the customer care for more clarification and I finally realized that a wrong email address was mentioned in their database. I emailed several times for changing but they refuse to change it. Also I had the registered mobile number but they never ask any question through it.

            I have brought Nokia 50 inches TV from Flipkart on 16th Oct 2020. it has been Installed on 23rd Oct 2020 by Jeeves Executive at the same time the Executive had taken the amount of 3055/- for a COMPLETE PROTECTION PLAN for extra 3years warranty by Jeeves so I have paid the same. But I received the mail that the COMPLETE PROTECTION PLAN has been successfully enabled that I receive the mail with the plan start and end date but in that, there is no PLAN ID no.
            Here is the issue my TV got some problem, so for that I had called Jeeves team several times but they said that there is no PLAN ID. without the plan ID they can't take my issue and they can't help with it they said me that send the email to [protected]@jeeves.co.in, for my plan id. I had sent 15mails but there's is no proper responses. So, I kindly writing this to you is I'm fed up with JEEVES SERVICES. I decided to consult the Consumer court. The JEEVES team really CHEATING the Customers very badly

                In March 2019 I had Purchased iFFalkon 55tv from TCL via Flipkart.
                The TV had screen flickering issues on right upper corner.

                I have registered a claim with Jeeves in Sep 2021, as this was under extended warranty till Mar 2022.

                After 4 months after multiple emails and calls to them they agreed that they cannot repair the TV and will refund the amount of 26, 500 rupees in the email.

                They picked up the TV on 17th November and sent m the wrong refund link of 5, 015 rupees instead of 26, 500. and since then i have remined them multiple times over email and calls to sent the correct refund link for 26, 500 rupees and they are not doing it and just asking for 2 business days time on each reminder since last 23 business days.

                hence i need help in getting the refund of 26, 500 from them.

                    Hello,

                    I bought a TV from Flipkart on Nov 9th 2020, in June 2021 had a issue with TV and thru Jeeves I got a replacement in July 2021

                    And while getting a replacement I purchased a complete protection plan from TV repair guy(Jeeves guy) which had purchase date as same as first purchase Nov 9th 202p

                    And again in Nov 7th I had a issue with the TV and raised a complaint with Jeeves complete protection department on the same day,

                    They responded and sent a repairmen and the repairmen took a TV and after some days I was told that TV was beyond repairable, so I will be given 80% refund, saying that the product has gone in to second year so I'm eligible only for 80%

                    First I accepted the offer and then I realized that I reported the issue within a year, so I should be getting 100% refund

                    But Jeeves is not agreeing, they are giving conflict information, first they said for manufacturing defects if the product is within 1 year I should be eligible for 100%

                    Now they are saying even for 1st year it's only 80%

                    I already spent TV cost and plan cost and now I'm given only 80% of the TV cost, which I had only issues,

                    I have given 2 TVs but I haven't watched them even for 6 months properly

                    I think I being subject to injustice here

                    Please help me out

                      Reg complaint ID - 6288343 provided from Thomson care.

                      My TV was taken from jeeves team and now my backlight issue did not solved but they broken my display which appeared new issue.

                      And I thought it will progress under above complaint ID but it was closed after speaking with your customer care team.

                      Important: First without my knowledge why you are closing my complaint because I am the one who requested complaint to open incident.

                      Now new issue occurs, you only responsible.

                      Currently I do not have TV. MY TV available in jeeves flipkart (HSR LAYOUT Bangalore).

                      And my last complaint ID 6288343 was closed without my notifications.

                      When I ask you to requested complaint, thomson care send the complaint ID through mail but while closed the complaint ID. NONE of them send mail/message/phone call from thomson and jeeves flipkart (Process not secured) .

                      This kind of misbehavior issue, how you will trace and what justification going to give to me now or any other customer in future.

                      I need solution from jeeves team?

                      Do the needful as soon as possible.
                      Or else I have to register FIR, because no other way to get my TV because no such response from jeeves people who handle this issue and I need my TV, how I given initially?

                        I purchased a mobile through flipkart online service. It is a defect mobile. As per the process, jeeves company doing technical visit. First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted any report to flipkart. That tech visit person asked me that he will take the mobile to shop and do the repair and give it back. I objected that option, because it is a new mobile. Again flipkart arranged 2nd tech visit, for that jeeves shared tech visit person details, but later they reported flipkart that i re-scheduled the tech visit. Because of that i need to re-request again and again. I frustrated a lot with jeeves service, that they are giving wrong information to flipkart. Flipkart also not able to take action against jeeves. Iam so shoking that these many problems we need to face, if we got a product is defect through flipkart.

                          I have purchased MI TV and Complete Protection 3 yrs plan with policy no CPFK[protected]. My TV stopped working on Nov 20, 2021 and I lodged complaint to Jeeves by calling their customer support at [protected] on Nov 22, 2021. They registered my complaint on Nov 23, 2021 with ticket id 1K23-44288SPSCSA-6318560, the same ticket got rescheduled on Nov 25, 2021 and then got cancelled on Nov 26, 2021 without any visit of technician and without giving the reason of cancellation. When I enquired with Jeeves on each day till Nov 30, 2021 they said the ticket was in progress in their system but according to sms that I received it got cancelled. Again I contacted Jeeves on Dec 1, 2021 through their email support on [protected]@jeeves.co.in they said me that my previous ticket was marked as completed in their system without any technician visit. On Dec 1, 2021 Jeeves created new ticket id 1L1-44288SPSCSA-6329589. But on the new ticket also my request got rescheduled 4 times till Dec 9, 2021 and no technician visited my place. I am connecting regularly with Jeeves customer support but they are rescheduling my request again and again. Please look into it, its more than 15 days and no resolution is provided from Jeeves.                               I had purchased a Complete protection plan under Jeeves for Mi 32" TV (bought from flipkart) on July 20th 2020. The TV started flickering and the images were showing lined and cracked but has NO marks or cracks on the screen or anywhere on the TV.
                              I raised a service request for technician visit on July 2021 and technician visited and confirmed screen got repaired and will be repaired at free of cost as per policy. But more than 15 days there has been no action taken by Jeeves.
                              They claimed as accidental damage but that is not the fact. I clearly told them that when there is no accidental damage or there is no physical damage / just even a minor scratch on the TV also it's been wall
                              mounted then how can you claim it's accidental damage. I also have challenged Jeeves to prove if it's accidental damage.
                              Finally I agreed for Part-Payment to repair the TV as per policy but they keep saying they don't have spare parts or cost is more and every email one reasons to say that they can offer only 40% of the TV amount but Can't Repair the TV.

                              I keep demanding for Repair of the TV as per policy agreement but no proper answer from Jeeves but only the CUT COPY PASTE of the same stupide emails stating that they will offer only 40% of Insured amount.
                              Every time on mailing or calling them, a generic answer is provided saying that the request has been escalated and will be handled in 2 business days but nothing happens after that.
                              The service team handling mails is inefficient in replying and gives the same copy-paste answers.

                              Since JEEVES IS cheating their customers by creating this fake service called Complete protection plan and charging a reasonable amount but not giving any service when we have issues with the Product.
                              SO PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY OF THIS JEEVES Complete protection plan and I doubt FLIPKART is hand-in-hand with JEEVES and NOT resolving the customers issue. I have escalated this issue to FLIPKAT / WALMART... but no resolution till now looks they are hiding themselves for these kind of issues.
                              It's been almost 6 months but they haven't resolved my issue.
                              SO PLEASE DONT BUY such products as this will sure happen to all.
                              NOW I AM DETERMINED TO GET MY TV REPAIRED AS PER POLICY BUT NOT THE REFUND as you all know it's all our HARD EARNED MONEY it's NOT BY LOOTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS giving false promises.

                                      I have bought a Motorola g60 handset on 10 July my phone got water damaged and I have to file claim for that, earlier when I filed the claim the company executives told me that pay 1500 processing fee and we will get your phone repaired . I paid the amount my date of claim is 10 November 2021 and on 16 November 2021 my phone was successfully picked up by bluedart as jeeves sent them after that the told me to wait for 10 business days. I waited and on 9th business day when I called their toll-free number they said that phone has been successfully repaired and would reach me . After waiting for 1 day I again called them now they said that there might be some technical glitch as my phone is in unrepairable condition, and consent team would give me a call in 2 business days they called me and told me that they offer a refund of 70% of amount paid for phone, but I firmly refused and asked them to provide me details and job sheet of authorized service centre saying that my phone is unrepairable at any cost and then give me a replacement rather than refund . As while buying this insurance from flipkart both flipjart and jeeves wrote that -"if we can't repair it, we will replace it " guaranteed replacement for products in
                                      warranty. But now they are not responding to my replacement query rather they just dropped a mail about refund only . It has been so many days my phone is with them, when I handed over my phone to them it was in a working condition phone's flashlight charging port, vibrator, call ring tone was working only my screen was black. On asking them job sheet of authorized service centre they are not giving any response, so I would like you to help me in my case and get me my replacement or repair . I am unable to do my work as I am having financial problems and I am the only bread maker in my house so how can I afford to buy a new phone and let my money get wasted with such fraudsters .

                                      sir, they are not responding to my query and misbehaving . They are not providing me the details of my device . They are only saying that my device is unrepairable but what is faulty in my device they do not know, on asking them about job sheet for my unreapirable device (if it is that will only be decided by autorised service centre ) they are saying we don't have any information regarding this . I have directly contacted the authorized service centre in which they took my phone and they have said my device was repairable only the screen was to be changed but the insurance officials was not ready to pay the amount of screen so they took the phone back without getting it repaired . I have filed the claim on 10th of November 2021 and the phone was provided to me by flipkart on 10th July 2021, which means it is only 4th months that i have filed a claim within and in insurance agreement it is clearly written that if device is damaged within 4 months then 80% of invoice value will be provided as refund, but they are only providing me 70% . A complete scam is going on and they are misleading consumers with misinformation of device being unrepairable at any cost . If my device is unrepairable then they should provide me the job sheet stating the same from the authorized service centre and duly signed by them but they are saying we donot have any information regarding this . please sir help me as my case is lingering on for 22 days now.
