I have bought iffalcon tv through Flipkart in 2019.i have extended warranty with jeeves Consumer services valid till this October 2022.now my led tv display problem started.8-10 lines were there in display.i have already complaint about the issue in customer care number with daily follow up but no technicians came to attend.one week over.my complaint id is CLJWD[protected].will they come or not.

I have claimed the extended warranty in my nokia 43TAFHDN tv last nobember. A replacement was allowed, I have not got my replacement tv yet. Every time I contact jeeves via email they always ask for 2 business days to resolve the issue but never replies. It's been months an di am yet to receive my replacement.

I have logged a complaint for my washing machine in the month of September still it is in pending state. Service hasn't completed yet.

I submitted my TV on December 19, 2021 due to a Panel issue but now it has already been completed a month. I regularly follow up with the customer care team on[protected] but I didn't get any satisfactory feedback/status update. Every time the customer care executive told me that it is an SLA breach and the support team will call you in 2 days.
Today i send an email on [protected]@jeeves.co.in, still waiting for there response....

Mr. Sahil Khan from jeeves had visits our house for demo of 1+ TV. The installation of TV unit was absolutely free, but the engineer had charged Rs.400/- for the wall mount kit. We paid the same but the screw were missing. So we keep trying his contact no. But he didn't replied. Just don't understand how to contact that engineer. Worst service providers I must say.

I have brought Nokia TV from flipkart, & it was defective so i raised complaint for 3 times 1st time i got replaced then again tv had some problems then they repaired it & after getting that repaired TV now again after 2 days TV had same problem now i told them that i want refund nor replacement nor repair & it's been 27 days still no updates from jeeves & not even picked up my product, everytime i called or mailed same answer we have forwarded your issue to our concern team & we'll get back to you in 2 business days still i haven't received any refund or anything, what should i do?

I purchased extended warrenty from technician. But not warrenty is not active .and not reflect on call service center. Please active the warrenty I attached the screenshot sent by technician and payment

Flipkart purchased Extended warrenty items Automatic washing machine top load add from Jeeves 3 time visit technician. last visit technical person infromed as unable to solve issues i will update jeeves. still no update 40 days we are waiting.. please support required

I turned off my tv on 26th Nov Night and tried to turn it on Nov 27 it's not working. I complain to Jeeves. But they took three days to check and took the circuit board to replace while taking they told it only take 7 days for a replacement of the part. later Customer Service told me the company policy is 21 days for replacement of the part I've waited for 21 days. But the Technician told me the part that came from the company was wrong had to be reordered. recorded Parts only take 6 days but again in customer service they told me that they rescheduled to other 21 days. later I talked to Senior Executive he told me we resolve it on 10 days by 30 Dec. but later on Jan 5 they again rescheduled to Jan15. How long a customer can wait for part replacement.

I got a VU PREMIUM 55 INCH LED ANDROID TV from flipkart and it was delivered on correct date from ekart but it was not installed till now its going to be one week i was not even given number of assigned engineer i contacted jeeves and flipkart several times but they are saying that they are trying to resolve the issue 5 days to send an engineer and install the tv in three days the return policy will also end

Jeeves is Not providing installation and demo after delivered the new washing machine by flipkart. I tried to contact below person which I received in sms but his phone not reachable and flipkart also not helping in this after contacted many times.
Its totally fake and harassment of customer.
Could you please help in this issue.

INSTALLATION of Nokia LED TV (50UHDADNDT52X) has been registered with Jeeves (Case ID: FLIN-EFIMJT-0ARJ57-XOBFSR-H581ZHP).

The installation team is still not come at home to install tv it has been 3 days to delivered my TV by flipkart but still there no one to install . Please arrange technician as soon as possible.

Raised a issue on 17/12/21, still not getting any kind of response from jeeves support team.. everytime u call them only one answer i get from them to wait for 2 working business days..

My order was placed with Flipkart for the mi tv 55 inch 4K with extended warranty
Order was placed on 22 dec 18

The tv was replaced 2 times
Hence the warranty started from post 1st jan 21
Jeeves isn’t accepting the claim request n are going by the first order placed date

I purchased TV ON FLIPCART. & 2 Years extended warranty in JEEVES. I claim warranty on TV. NOW JEEVES Customer care telling like TV not repairing so we will refund amount. as per their warranty terms and condition they have to pay 70% of product value but now they telling we will deduct services charges from refund value. as per their terms and condition 70 % of product value is Rs 5249/- But they telling we will refund Only Rs2, 474/- & Rs 2, 775 is service charge. I purchased Thomson 55 inch tv in nov 10 with complete protection plan with Jeeves. From day one I can see black patches on screen .. clearly visible on white screen I complaint to Jeeves engineer came took pictures and said that we will replace the tv . This has happened previously also with many customers this is due to dust in the air it is not repairable . Panel will b replaced but after one week the call and telling me this is not covered under warranty cannot be replaced Thomson has denied replacement. Contact Flipkart customer care. This is very disappoint ing even after the product is in warranty and taking complete protection plan what's the point you cannot make replacement. Then refund me . I am not going to watch the tv with black patches in the background. I will escalate this further if i don't get proper resolution to my issue

Last year i baught lg smart tv with 3 year complete production now my tv picture quality haev some problem

Had taken 2 years extended warranty for my OnePlus TV from Jeeves (invoice no. JVS/11/0315 dated 15 November 2021).
On November 19 2021 i intimated for cancellation and full refund (within the permitted period of 30 days) and provided them with all the details as requested.
Still they have not provided refund and are not responding properly to my reminders. They have been delaying for no reason at all and indulging in fraudulent activities by not releasing my genuine refund claim.

As above mail. I claim warrenty on my TV. JEEVES Technician vist our place and took TV from home. Now i called customer care, that people telling TV not repairing we will pay 70% of money & you already received mail about this. But i did't receive any mail. this problem is 2nd time first also tv not operating...
