[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — fee charges extra | |||
Hi team, i had taken mobile protection plan from jeeves and now while i am claiming then jeeves is taking extra processing fee and not mentioned in their term and conditions and need your help that how they can take such amount of not mentioned. A few months back i purchased a mobile from flipkart and taken protection plan on that but right now the product got damage and when i applied for my mobile insurance then they asked for processing fee. I know that processing is required but that was 500. But now they asked me to pay 1500 while in case of 500 but i was ready to pay 1500 and thought that the price varies ac to phone but when i was going to pay they mentioned that processing fee is 500 and asked me to pay 1500. When i asked from jeeves they informed it is in tnc and checked there is not any amount any when the processing free is 500 then how can they take extra 1000. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi sir Mera name lalit Kumar h 2 month pahle mene mi ka tv liya or sath m Jeeves ka 3 year full protacation plan liya that ab Mera tv work nhi Kar Raha h liquid damage h Jeeves mushe 500 types processing fees mag Raha h or koi sun nhi Raha h jab mene full protacation plan le rakha h to m processing fees kyo du plz reply my number [protected]
