From Flipkart, I had bought a Bajaj microwave oven with an extended warranty of two years from JEEVES.
Now that the Microwave oven has stopped working, Jeeves is not responding to set it right.
The warranty is unqualified and without any exceptions or riders. Jeeves has been behaving mischievously and avoiding their responsibility. I would suggest your good offices to publish this kind of response widely in public to make them wary of Jeeves

    Hi,

    My tv stopped working on dec 18, 2019. I called jeeves for extended warranty and submitted documents. The next day technician came and told screen display is gone and 80% of the value will be refunded.

    Now on following with the customer support team, they told that they are trying to get defective item replaced and waiting.
    For last 5 days they are saying the same thing and telling to wait for 15-30 days.

    I want a strict action should be taken against them for making people fool and keep following.

    Since, it is type of insurance, but this people are cheating.

    I request people to stop buying from flipkart and taking jeeves insurance, since the product will stop working on completing 1 year.

        Through flipkart, i had purchased a microwave oven of bajaj make with the manufacturer warranty of one year.in addition i signed an extended warrannty for a period of two years with jeeves.
        After the expiry of manufacturer's warranty, the unit started giving trouble and stopped working.
        Numerous complaints were made to jeeves followed by a visit from their technician also, but they are highly reluctant to honor their warranty and have suggested to get the repairs done from the manufacturer on a payment basis.
        This attitude is highly deplorable and through your columns i would suggest to the consumers to be extra cautious in dealing with jeeves and as a last resort would request your good offices to pressurise jeeves to honor the warranty.

        Jeeves has not contacted or done anything to sort out the issue. The other option is to go to court, but that too is time-consuming and will make me spend more than the claim, I am lodging. Can anybody suggest a way out? The best thing will be not to deal with Jeeves. Surprisingly, even Flipkart is of no help in spite of the fact that the extended warranty was signed with Jeeves on their suggestion. I will request all concerned to shun Jeeves altogether and be apprehensive in dealing with Flipkart

          They are giving excuses for the delivery of my device they are saying again and again for waiting me for 5 to 7 days can you guys make them to return the device and not making fool to the costumers and they dont have a right to kept the device after 10 days but this is the biggest fraud company they know how to handle the law and their policies they dont think about the costumer happiness or sadness they just know how to make them sad because they think citizens of india doesn't have any of work they are only for waiting for their devices and company is giving excuses and excuses again and again that's why please close this company this company is making sad me and many more person who are waiting for their devices and the biggest and worst company is flipcart which is giving us this policy of jeeves and now I feel that this is totally fault of flipcart which preferred us this policy that make me waiting and sad please help me if their is any law please do karma (even they dont want any excuse from the costumer if they need to collect their parcel from their service centre if we need our device in legally 10 days this is the policy when we need our device from their service centre they they talk about their policy that this is not possible they picked my device on 12 november 2019 and today is 19 december 2019 this is the truth of this company they dont need their costumers happy they just need money for their policy that's it if anyone one is here to help me and person which are facing policy like this my device is nubia red magic 3 please do karma

            Complaint registrated in october 2019, technical support on my vu tv,

            After the following technical support took 15days to revert later tv part is not available, tv would sent to company & will claim refund

            Defective unit was picked on 22nd november 2019
            As per their tat, refund will be process on 7 to 8 working days

            Now it's been near to month, jeeves are not responding my mails, nor customer care are updating the refund status

              Please help me they picked my phone on 12 November 2019 and not giving me back today's date is 18 December 2019 whenever I call them they always says for wait for 72 hours why they are not giving my phone back they just have 10 days policy for returning the phone back to costumer but they didn't they dont have the fear of law and our constitution they thing that costumers are fools and not respecting the costumer properly and even not giving the right information someone is saying phone is on repair stage some one say on dispatch stage

                Reference is made to complete mobile protection plan - (Claim id: ad[protected]). My resistered mob no. [protected]
                My claim was registered on 15 oct 19 and the phone was picked up on 23 oct 19. As per your consumer policy, phone is to be delivered back within 10 to 15 business days. However my phone has not been delivered yet. I have repeatedly approached your customer care wherein i have been told that my phone is holded for approval or with dispatching team. By saying this they are continuously manuplating me from last two months. I have also emailed my issue several times at [protected]@jeeves.co.in now they have stopped replying my emails also. Kindly look into the matter and please check my email which i have sent at [protected]@jeeves.co.in.

                  I claimed a insurance i. E (Real me 2 handset) on october 9 and they took the device on october 15. But later i get to know that, they wrongly claimed on iphone 6s. I discussed with them also and solved on around 20 october on the same day they said, surely we will deliver the realme 2 within 48 hours. Still we didn't got any call from them. Whenever iam calling they're simply saying that, wait for 48 hour, but around 2 months completed. I called to them 20 to 30 times but they are singing the same song "wait for 48 hours".
                  Iam really upset with the flipkart jeeves.
                  Whether they are giving the refund or not.. I never seen this type of service.
                  I completely believe in you, please solve the issue and let them deliver my device as soon.

                    I had purchased the bajaj microwave oven through flipkart with an extended warranty from jeeves.
                    During this extended warranty, the cavity under the rotating plate got charred progressively and now there are gaping holes in that part of the cavity and the unit is out of service. I have been following up with jeeves, but so far the result is zero i was asked to supply copies of the invoice, warranty, my pan card, and aadhar card, which were provided, but still, they are reluctant to do the job.                     Jeeves has not responded at all. It is a clear case of cheating. They collect money to give extended warranty, but fail to support. They give one excuse or the other. I would suggest other customers not to deal with Jeeves at all. I have burnt my finger.

                          Jeeves is actually one of the pathetic company to be assigned by jbl
                          After much effort they were able to come to my house however did not install the speaker stating various stupid reasons such as ur tv does not have bluetooth (However the speaker comes with 2-3 options of connecting) it was poor knowledge of the salesman and not that the speaker or tv is faulty he had no clue on how these things work
                          I knew more than him.
                          My entire experience of wanting to have this speak got wasted thanks to jeeves
                          The speaker is still not installed yet again thanks to jeeves
                          Thanks to their cleaverness they knew the issue is not resolved hence made n attempt to come to my house next day during working hrs without calling me mentioned that i am not picking up did not visit my house and said i am not home and closed the case stating its installed

                            We bought vu tv in august 2018. When jeeves engineer came for installation they insisted on taking extended warranty so we paid 3499 for 2 years. The warranty period started from august 2019 and in october 2019 our tv stopped working. Jeeves people attended our complaint. There was an issue of mother board which was irrepairable. So they sent. An email for refund after deducting depreciation for 1 year. After severe follow up tv was picked after 15 days and then refund was given. I had query for refund of extended warranty charges as it is. Of no use to me

                              Jeeves is an awful company and should not be trusted at all. I signed two years extended warranty for bajaj microwave and needed service as it has stopped working. After collecting all the documents such as invoice, warranty copy. Pan card aadhaar card etc and engaging in lot of messaging, they have finally washed off their hand and have communicated to contact bajaj electricals for repairs on a chargeable basis. I wonder, why do they sign a warranty and collect money for the same when they have no intention to honor the same.
                              I would advise everybody concerned to stay away from jeeves as they believe in cheating only.

                                Hello team,
                                I have purchased mobile from flipkart on 13-april-2018
                                Redmi note 5 (Black, 32 gb). And also i have purchased extended warranty 1 year by flipkart protect with partner of jeeves.

                                My mobile is dead in 20th oct 2019 and i have raised complaint to jeeves. After that with lot of difficulties finally jeeves registered my complain on 30th oct (I had to struggle like hell for just registering my complaint), and just when i thought everything was in place they still they were not at all supportive for anything i had to continuously take then follow up even for the pickup and after 5 days mobile is pickup is done on 4th nov 2019.

                                As per the terms and conditions the sla is 10 working days and now 31 days have already passed but still no progress and now as per terms and condition he need to give me 80% amount of the invoice but still he is not giving me the amount.

                                I have taken many followup but he is not responding.

                                  I had purchased a microwave oven from bajaj electricals with a one-year service warranty.in addition, i took two years extended warranty from jeeves to be effective on the expiry of the bajaj one year warranty.
                                  Bajaj warranty has expired and currently, my appliance is in two year's jeeves warranty.
                                  Currently, the cavity of the microwave has burnt out and jeeves has been promising to honor the warranty. They even called copies of the invoice, warranty letter, my pan card, and aadhar card, which were provided. They have been delaying the matter on one count or the other. The concerned person is mr. Thamari, who finally has shown an inability to honor the warranty and has asked me to contact bajaj for the job. I fail to understand why bajaj should service and honor jeeves' warranty. This is a clear case of cheating and through your forum, i solicit help and advice.

                                    Refer pm_service of my ticket id 9k29-34339vzscrr-1135207. Maintenance engineer has attended on 02 dec 2019 but did not do service to fridge. He has taken a photograph of fridge from our house and went away. The engineer has said to our ladies that everything is alright and there is no complaint hence nothing is required. They do not know the job of preventive maintenance service as per terms and conditions of insurance. Hence it is requested to explain first to service engineers what services to be provided to customer on preventive maintenance service then send us. How can we will explain them about the job of service engineers.

                                    Initially when I purchased the product, the theft was covered in the policy. Fee months ago, they changed the policy. They can't change the already purchased policy to which they agreed.

                                      They picked up my device on 12 november 2019 for screen damage claim and not giving my device back i ll try thousand time to costumer care they are not giving me the right detail please help me i am totally in loss of 49 k because of this company #please help me to get my phone back and they are making too many excuse this company is doing totally illegal work they have to give phone back in 10 days but they are not giving my device back today is the 22nd day from pickup day #please help me

                                      Hi team

                                      Despite multiple phone calls and multiple emails since 21st, I am not able to submit the claim. I was supposed to receive the link for submission of claim but I still awaiting for it.

                                      My insurance is expiring today and I need urgent attention in this matter.
