I had purchased a microwave oven from bajaj electricals with a one-year service warranty.in addition, i took two years extended warranty from jeeves to be effective on the expiry of the bajaj one year warranty.
Bajaj warranty has expired and currently, my appliance is in two year's jeeves warranty.
Currently, the cavity of the microwave has burnt out and jeeves has been promising to honor the warranty. They even called copies of the invoice, warranty letter, my pan card, and aadhar card, which were provided. They have been delaying the matter on one count or the other. The concerned person is mr. Thamari, who finally has shown an inability to honor the warranty and has asked me to contact bajaj for the job. I fail to understand why bajaj should service and honor jeeves' warranty. This is a clear case of cheating and through your forum, i solicit help and advice.
