Hi team,

The complete protection plan is provided by jeeves consumer services.

When i read their reviews, they were horrible, pathetic and worst customer service.

If this is the case, why flipkart has a tieup with them for servicing for their products which you sell.

Action needs to be taken against the way they provide service or else we will need to escalate further.

For your ease, i have pasted the reviews posted by many customers with jeeves consumer services.

Read it and let me know what you are doing to improve it. It is spoiling flipkart name in market.

I am expecting a reply soon from complaints department on this issue. I don't want to go through all this trouble. If you cannot resolve this, let me know. I will take it further and highlight the same in media and all channels.

If you guys cannot tell them to improve their services then either we have to return your product or escalate it further to higher authority and media.

Its an flipkart smartbuy authorised service center. Nearest to thane east railway station behind anand cinemas, though the address given by flipkart smartbuy customer care is hard to find on google maps. Its better to contact them and then reach there with ease.
