Its been quite disappointing that jeeves has been given the responsibility for the installation of my jbl speaker
Service person mithlesh and imteyaj had been given the duty.
When i requested mitelesh to come on sunday he refused saying he is too busy
Next day imteyaj said i cannot come after 7 pm (Thats when we reach home after office) and it is ur problem u should have got the work done on sutnday.
We are not badly stuck as they refuse to pick up our calls
The call centre hold is approx 15-20 mins given then it does not gets connected.

Fake company, unable to solve the issue of customer.

Check out the case. Not sending their technician and not making uninstallation on time. Really ver bad service.

My order is deliver but the installation is not taken place very bad service not get service from this very worst

Simply the worst. If you purchase any product whose installation will be done by Jeeves, simply don't purchase it. Go for other brands.
Don't trust Jeeves, never trust Jeeves, and I will one day take them down for their extreme bad behaviour and near disgusting installation services. Attitude such that they belong in jail.
