I have a mobile screen protection policy from jeevas flipkart. I claimed for repair option they will say it will take 20 days time to repair. And asking 500 rupees for processing fee.
They offered one more option for payout. They asked submit the documents. I submitted all the documents. But still they are say documents are not correct resubmit. I submitted more than 15 times. And the customer care people never listen what I am trying to explain. I asked for escalation, no use there is no escallation department.
