I have ordered Vguard Geyser through Flipkart and it got delivered today. As per process installation was scheduled today. Installation was not done but marked as completed.Technician arrived and I told to uninstall my old geyser and he told we will charge 350 for uinstallation and damaged the complete geyser by throwing down. My complete old geyser was spoiled now. And he started new geyser installation and he told 1 feet pipe is not sufficient and you need 3 feet and I asked how much and he told 1250 rs and I denied to buy the pipes. From the time i denied he is very rash and scolding for everything stating time is getting over over. Then I bought same company pipes for 600rs from outside and I gave him. He fixed one pipe and he told second pipe is damaged and told to exchange and scolding me continuously and behaving rudely with my mother and me. I completely pissed of and told him to leave my home. And he charged 850 rs for installation and uninstallation. I told i will pay only 350 for uninstallation bcz new geyser is still pending for installation and he refused to take 350 and asking total 850 and if iam not paying he is telling matter will be different. Then we have payed 850rs because he is shouting and behaving rudely. So I request to fix this installation asap and also take some sever action on priority. Team request you to help us on priority.
