    Dear Jeeves Team,

    This is in continuation to my earlier email written to you on 01/07/2022, 28/06/2022, 21/06/2022, 10/06/2022, 08/06/2022, 06/06/2022, 01/06/2022, 30/05/2022, 27/05/2022 and many other emails written to you earlier since 10/05/2022.

    Every time I book a complaint then I receive a call from Jeeves Service Associate saying that although they have received my complaint from your office BUT SINCE THE COMPLAINT IS BOOKED BY YOU AS OUT OF WARRANTY AND NOT UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY hence I will have to bear the CHARGES. Since I have EXTENDED WARRANTY of the product purchased from you hence I deny paying any charges. Then I am asked to AGAIN book a fresh complaint under EXTENDED WARRANTY with you. Subsequently my complaint are being continuously being cancelled and the issue remains UNRESOLVED.

    Since 10/05/2022, this is happening CONTINUOUSLY that instead of booking my complaint under EXTENDED WARRANTY, you are booking my complaint under OUT OF WARRANTY so that repair charges can be recovered from me.

    Till now, the following Ticket IDs have been WRONGLY booked continuously by you as OUT OF WARRANTY (hence chargeable) instead o[censored]nder EXTENDED WARRANTY (non-chargeable):

    Since this is happening CONTINUOUSLY, hence it is therefore now EVIDENT that you are DELIBERATELY booking my EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPLAINT under OUT OF WARRANTY just to recover CHARGES and harass the customer. This action of yours also comes under DEFAULT IN SERVICE which you may please note.

    You are therefore ONCE AGAIN requested to immediately REGISTER A FRESH COMPLAINT OF ICE FORMATION IN INDOOR UNIT OF HISENSE AIR CONDITIONER UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY for my case AND NOT UNDER OUT OF WARRANTY, under intimation to me.

    Since the issue is pending since 10/05/2022 hence an early action will be highly appreciated.

      I bought a samsung refrigerator with 2 yrs extended warrenty.
      Now my fridge has been break down but they are not covering it under warrenty.
      The problem is of magnetic gasket (door rubber). However they have said that they do not cover it in warrenty and I have to purchase that part.
      I have raised my complaint to their team but all in vain.
      Firstly they refused to entertain me on this matter.
      Then they told me that after technician visit they will decide whether it should be repaired or not.
      2 times technician came and told that yes.. Part is defective. However, even after so many days, spending time complaining and requesting they just ignored the issue.
      One thing is very much clear that Jeeves guarntees you a high rated poor service. They are just looting and doing nothing. Don't buy extended warrenty from them. Of anything happens to the product they will simple say sorry sir.. This is not included.

        Today is the 14th day after raising the claim and making the payment and till now nobody has come to pick the phone for repairs. The only answer I get is wait for 2 business days and some one calls up and repeats the same thing.

              Hi,

              i have purchased a oneplus tv which is under extended warranty of jeeves consumer services. i have raised a complaint that the tv has display problem. even after the service executive was assigned the next day, they came to my location after 15 days and after service they told me that some part was failed in the tv and need 15 days time to order that replace it. but today i got the message that the service was done. they have updated the status without completing service and they didn't responding to my calls.irresponsible staff and doing fraud to the customers. i want an immediate resolution on my issue.

                Defect - Motherboard (Card) Faulty

                the MI LED TV have fault Motherboard part so it required new part "Motherboard" and it will take it to replace the same 18 days more as Jeeves Customer Support Team

                I don't understand why is it to taking so much time to replace the part and I am suffer for the same since last 15 days and got registered complaint 2 times and same engineer had visited my home and both the time was same issue

                  I have ordered Thompson tv through Flipkart. They assured installation within 2 days and it's been 4 days but I didn't get any call. When I tried to call him he is rejecting my call. Worst service from Jeeves.

                      My Refrigerator is not working properly i had jeeves warranty but there are not repairing on time. Many days had passed ..they are not picking up calls . daily they are saying 2 days more, 2 days more to repair in email reply .i am tired Now ..such a bad service provider .never expected or never experienced this type of Bad service.

                        MI LED TV 40" (L40M5-5AIN) problem is one speaker in not worked. extended warranty is avialable, so i called Jeeves Consumer Services. After that Jeeves technician's come. The first visit of jeeves technician, he opened TV but he is not experts technician, so crack my display moduel and closed the TV. Start the LED i saw TV display did not work. He said the display will be replaced in a week.i try to contact Jeeves Consumer Services many times, but they are not taking proper actions and foolish to me. Actually the accident has been caused due to the technician's actions.

                          I bought a bed from Flipkart and Jeeves was assigned for installation. The technician visited assisted me to take a furniture extended warranty which will cover dismantling and mantling twice during relocation. I called customer service to check the same and surprised to know that the extended warranty doesn't cover it.I asked them to either cover this in the same policy as promised or cancel this policy and process the refund. I fed up with their automated responses.

                          1) We apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused.
                          We have forwarded the issue to our concerned team and we will get back to you within 2 business days with the resolution.
                          We are putting in all efforts to get the same resolved earlier.
                          2) We would like to inform you that we are waiting for an update from the concerned team. Once we get an update we will get back to you with the possible resolution.
                          3) We understand that you want to cancel the maintenance plan plan for your product.

                          Kindly share the details based on the payment mode used to purchase the policy to proceed forward:
                          1. Bank details of the policyholder - an image of the bank passbook / cancelled cheque (if payment mode was COD)
                          2. Registered email id and registered phone number (Online payment mode)

                          4) We have initiated the refund process and the refund amount will be credited to shared bank details within 8 business days.

                            I bought a mobile with screen protection from flipkart. Had a screen damage and approached jeeves

                            1. I was asked to pay Rs.500 processing fee and mobile picked up last month. This is for damaged screen replacement.
                            2. Jeeves tell they tried calling me. But I didn't pick up.
                            3. I received my mobile day before yesterday. Shocking was it to see my mobile not repaired. The mobile was returned without any repair done. That too after more than 21-22 days.
                            4. After few mail communications with jeeves, they keep on telling part payment was not done. On further questioning, they tell I missed to attend a call from jeeves for asking wether few other need to be done. NOTE HERE - THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL ME AGAIN NOR SEND OUT A MAIL TO COMMUNICATE THIS.
                            5. Now, they ask for processing fee again to process my request

                              We had bought a motorola TV and not less than a year it has stopped working . When calling customer care they first said that i have to pay 14000 to change the board.. I infofrmed that i have taken 3 year addional waranty and still they keep delaying .. Every day they say they will come and fix but till now they have not.

                                    Your service is really very bad I order 1 hithachi ac from Flipkart and your agent came for installation but they didn’t install properly that’s AC’d gas start leaking but when I complained and return this product your agent is saying they will give my extra money back ( extra pipe we use for installation which we buy from your agent )when.                                         Jeeves is the most unprofessional service support. We have to struggle weeks to get anything done by them. Customer care executive are just there to sorry the customers since they don't have any information at all. I had a nightmare while getting my TV repaired by them. It took 5-6 days and atleast 20 calls to get the mechanic check the TV. When mechanic confirmed that TV will have to be picked up and repaired at their centre, it took another 3 days and lot of calls to get the TV picked up after listening to pickup guy lame excuses. Currently, I'm struggling to get the TV delivered. Customer care doesn't have any information on repair, they always say template 2 working days, no one bothers to update the status. No really sure if there is any meaning of their escalations since I hear I'm escalating it in every call which I make to customer care. God knows if I'm getting the TV back.
