I clam for cash payout on 14 august2022 and till this day 8 sep 2022 clam is not initiated I call many time on Jeeves coustumer care many time but all time costumer care reprasantative saya jeeves verification complete but Bajaj verification not completed it will be take 2 working day he ask every time same I contact coustume care contact 9 to 10 times they always says Bajaj not verified the document we contect to the higher atthurity but till this day I call the Jeeves they saying same so my insurance money was waste I am realy disappoint Jeeves service and I don't buy this insurance

    On Aug 22 nd we have purchased tv and it is installed on Aug 23rd.

    On aug 23rd i have purchased additional warranty from Jeeves technician.

    Due to problems with tv we have initiated refund for this tv from Flipkart and the process is started and amount is refunded.

    I reached out to Jeeves support team and requested them to refund my money back due to no tv I have.

    It's almost 5 days completed so far I i haven't received any proper response from team and amount.

      I raised the compailent on TV problem to Jeeves support team 22/08/2022
      Each time they are telling false information and waiting time 2days.After 2 days again takes a compailent wait customer to 2 more days.
      I compailnted multiple times no technical person reachout our home.jeeves team continuously changes there words on issue.

        We have purchased tv from Flipkart and Flipkart had sended Jeeves installation person...we had be explained about 3 yrs insurance of rs 6593 / we had got recipts of d same .we asked is dis d recipt which do not contain any helpline number or contact number of company no any terms and conditions was provided...dey said yes dis is only receipt and for any query u contact mi Mr Devendra.i said ok
        On 4 th day of installation tv was not working properly so we returned to Flipkart and contacted mr.devendra and told we returned tv to Flipkart wt about insurance money .he said ur issues is genuine and we will refund ur amount.i asked wt should I do ...he said we will mail from our side u dnt worry.den after that I again called to ask till where process has reached he did conference call to his senior to ask what to do...his senior said ...put mail further and mention refund...n told mi he will do dat...till today he is telling d same.den after some days he gave us coustomer care number and told to enquire will where process has reached and gave us complaint number ..we had taken company mail id from coustomer care and mailed all in detail n Dey asked for Flipkart refund proof we had provided d same in pdf and jpg format...but company to not responding for d same ...plz solve d issues and do d needful...i think some people sitting under Jeeves company are not serving honestly...and took away our money and putting down company name by their act...Nasik branch mr Devendra is concern person we contact.plz go through dis issue till end . thank you

          Have raised this complaint on 2nd Aug and during my past one month i have raised called multiple times to check the status however no one told that this is not covered and infact i was being told that if we will not be able to repair product within 30 days you will be getting a refund of the product as we have a 30 days repair guarantee.

          Now suddenly after 30 days when its a time to honor the 30 days repair policy i am getting this mail that claim has been cancelled, I have taken full comprehensive policy which includes all kind of damages ( including accidental and liquids damages) so i am not sure why this is now after 30days suddenly not covered under the claim .

          Is this due to now you have to pay back for not repairing my washing machine i am being given a base less excuse. If this was not covered under the policy why my claim has not been cancelled with in 5-7 days and today suddenly it is Enlighted that this is not covered.

          can you pls look in to this or I will raise this to consumer forum since i have taken a policy and at time of honoring the policy i have been told that your claim is being rejected.

              I had bought thompson tv from Flipkart and also brought 3 year extended warranty on it which was provided by jeeves consumer services. They took my TV on 3 Aug 2022 and till date there is no update on it and if you call customer service than they will tell you that you will be provided a update in 2 days but till now there is no update on it. And I'm really fed up as nobody knows when will my tv panel be repaired and when will I get the Tv back. My claim number is FLRT-70I82O-08GH48-KGVBCS-CD5LRHL kindly help to resolve the issue.

                Date of technician visit - August 08, 2022
                I have taken 3 years of complete protection for my LG Television where the product will be fixed for any damage. The technician visited my house on August 08, 2022. He indicated that one of the parts is faulty and he will place the order to replace it. He indicated that the part will come in one week. I called the customer care again on August 19, 2022 where I was informed that turnaround time (TAT) for the company is 21 days from the date of technician log. I have called Jeeves Customer care 3 times today and each time I have received a different answer. Once they said it will be done today and in the next two calls they indicated that it will take 2 more working days. I am logging my complaint at 5.15 pm on August 30, 2022 as I don't see any action from the Jeeves company. This is purely a lack of professionalism and keeping the time commitment. Attaching the invoice that I have paid to take the protection plan. Also attaching message that I received to confirm about August 30, 2022 commitment.

                Resolution - As this is the complete protection plan so I want to get the entire refund for my television or I need a brand new television as a replacement.

                    This is regarding CLAIM processing (CLCPN[protected]). The device was collected from my place on 12-Jul-2022. I have been following up with them since then and every time the ask me to wait 5 business days. It has been more than 45 days now where as the TAT for device repair is 10 Days.

                    Kindly help in the matter

                      I have bought a Ifalcone TV through Flipkart and took additional 3 years warranty by making additional payment. The additional 3 year warranty was given by Jeeves consumer services. I faced an issue in my TV in this month and when I contacted Ifalcone they asked me to contact Jeeves as the company warranty got expired and extended warranty people only can solve the issue. Hence I contacted Jeeves customer care number on 17/8/22 I raised a complaint and the resolution time given was 72 hours evan after 10 days there is no response from their end when ever I tried to escalate this case through customer care they are telling it’s already escalated. But till Datar I have not received any resolution and now I doubt it’s a genuine service partner or not

                        I have bought a TV (Mi 4A Horizon Edition 80cm (32 Inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV) from Flipkart with Jeeves Complete Protection Plan for 3 years. After 1 year I am facing sound problem in TV. I reported the issue to Jeeves customer care on 04 Aug 2022 and Jeeves has said that the issues will be resolved within 21 days. I was following with them and every day they say same thing like we are sorry and it will be resolved in 21 days.
                        Today it has been 24 days since I complained but till now the problem is not resolved. When I called again today, he said your part of product has been ordered from us on 7th August and accordingly you wait till tomorrow, it will get resolved.
                        Therefore, I request you that if my problem is not rectified till tomorrow, then strict action should be taken against concern team. Because if the company is defamed due to some employee, then that employee and that department have no right to work.

After 10 days I contacted customer care on this, they said, "we escalated your issue please wait for 2 days". This process they continued for 10days by 5 times calling customer care. After that they cancelled my approved claim and removed it from flipkart status also. They asked me to re-register claim and resubmit documents. I submitted docs, received email your money will be credited in 5 days. After then they will cancel this claim and will ask again for register claim. Till now I have gone 3 times through this never ending process.

                              I registered Complaint intially with the Jeeves on July 9th CLCMA[protected] for Screen and Speaker issues . After multiple esacalations and all Jeeves returned by mobile by 29th of JUly but Still speaker issue didnt resolved .

                              I re-registered case CMFK[protected]CLCMR[protected] and mobile picked up on August5th and later it sent for delivery by Bluedart [protected]. But it still didnt reach so contacted bluedart they said Jeeves requested shipment back so it delivered back to shipper on 11th of August .

                              From 11th of August i am daily requested/frustrated/demanded with the Customer care over phone/Email but no response yet regarding the update of my mobile. Whenever i call Customer care they are saying that it's escalated and wait for 5days . But still there was no response .

                              I am unable to do my activities such as UPI pyaments/Banking Applications/Office applications etc and more over i exhausted with the behaviour of the Company by not providing the details .

                              Still its puzzle that where is my mobile and even Jeeves also does'nt know about the status Infact Customer care people only saying no update .

                              I humble request you to take a serious action against Jeeves for my mental Struggle and financial loose . Still i didnt receive my mobile yet, please help me to provide compenation against my Loss.

                                      I have raised a complaint for repairing of led tv on 26/07/22. I was told that executive will visit within 72 working hrs. But nobody visited. Then i again contacted on 29/07/22 and 31/07/22 also but received the same answer to wait for 2 more days. Then again i contacted on 01/08/22 and received same answer again. Then on 03/08/22 an executive came and take away my led tv without providing any receipt or date of returning the led. From that day to till date i havent received my led tv yet. I have been receiving the same answer to wait for 10 days as we have to receive the panel from bangalore. Worst and pathetic service from the brand like jeeves. Nobody cares to reply on email. I will not recommend anybody to opt for jeeves protection plan. Very bad and disappointing experience so far.
