Jeeves Consumer Services — I've been cheated by jeeves complete mobile protection

My phone was picked up on 4th aug 2019 and since then i didn't receive any update regarding my device. I don't know what's happening with my phone,, so every time when i contact customer care and they simply say one thing that "our back end team will update you with in 48 hours",,, but its nearly a month over and still i didn't get any o[censored]pdate or even a call back... I'm really frustrated and vexed of hearing this heck.. I really need my phone back.. I'm really scared that will i receive my back or not..
