I have purchased extended warranty for my Kodak LED TV from Jeeves through installation guy. It was told to me that I will receive a warranty voucher and receipt on my email address. Payment was online through their payment gateway Razor-Pay. I provided Payment confirmation and SMS screenshot to their email ID: [protected]@jeeves.co.in. Transaction happened on 16th August 19. I am chasing Jeeves over customer call number and frequent reminder on email. They are not responding to email. If we call the customer care number they says it will take 48 hr. but this 48 hr. never happened in last 25 days.
When I called them and asked them to talk with their senior or next level of escalation either they cut the call or transfer it to colleague sitting next to them.

    I have taken a mi led tv 4a 43 inch on 02 jun, 18 and 2 years extended warranty by flipkart protect sold by jeeves consumer services which is valid till 31 may, 2021. Now 1 year of mi warranty is over and jeeves warranty have started and bad luck that my mi led screen display is not working. I cannot see anything on my mi led. So as i have purchased additional warranty from jeeves i have contacted them on 05 sept.19 but to my frustration the company is not sending any engineer to visit and check the problem in the mi led. They keep on rescheduling which is frustrating and looks like cheating. Need action against this company and need a engineer visit asap.

      Dear sir,
      I raised my claim with id ad[protected] for my mobile 'oppo reno 10x zoom' on 15th august 2019. Payment was done on 16th august 2019.

      After my extensive follow up, device was picked up on 24th august i. E., after 8 days. As per the tracking id, device got delivered in service centre of jeeves on 29th august 2019.

      After passage of more than 18 days (12 working days) i couldn't even get the status of my device. I called more than 100 times to customer care of jeeves during the last approx one month.

      I am in extreme crisis as my mobile is not returned back to me after lapse of maximum days as promised by jeeves. I made several communication via email with jeeves but to no resolve.

      Kindly look into my case.

        I Have Jeeves mobile protect insurance from Flipkart, I have purchased the mobile from Flipkart and also bought Jeeves insurance with it. My phone screen got broken accidentally. I have complained about this and register the claim on June 10. My claim is approved by Jeeves team and the customer care executive inform me that my phone will be picked in three days. But my phone is still not picked. However, I have already registered many complaints from the last 90 days. I have a long trail of email with Jeeves team assuring that this will be resolved soon. Please let me know how it can be resolved and how my phone will be picked up?
        Worst services ever I receive from the insurance company. I regularly call customer care every time I receive same response that this will be resolved soon. My policy number is JPPOFFK666124. Please help me if they can not pick up my phone and then let me know the address so i can ship myself.

          Dear sir
          Jeeves company policy 10 calendar day repaire or replace and after 10 day 80 % value of purchase mobile.
          But till time jeeves company not provide my mobile or not give 80 % value of mobile.
          Many time i m try but they don't reply
          Detail of my mobile xiaomi mi a1.
          Company picked 24 aug 2019 till time not repaired. I have this issue to escalate to higher authority but higher authority also not solve my problems.

            Now they are not responding.
            Only saying wait 3 days.

                I have requested for cancellation of extended warranty on 14th august 2019. I have received a reply through an email to share the bank details for processing the payment, which i have shared on the same day to them.

                On 20th august i have received another email where they have mentioned you will get your refund amount in next 02 business days.
                After completion of 02 days, i have taken regular follow-ups, where they are saying again n again to wait next 24 to 48 hours.

                On 27th august again i have received another email where they have mentioned you will get your refund amount in next 02 business days.

                Now continuously following up on regular basis but not receiving any update regarding my refund amount.

                      not getting refund of 80%

                      I filled a complaint about my mobile which had liquid damage on 10 August 2019. Then on 25 August I got call from Jeeves they told me cannot repair my mobile as no parts are available so they told me they will give 80% refund of my mobile amount within 5 days.
                      But it has been 10 days and no refund us given to me and whenever I call customer care they give me different excuses every time.
                      I demand my refund as soon as possible...

                      My device display was accidentally damaged
                      Then i registered a complaint for claim the insurance at 13 aug 2019
                      Jeeves team said u need to send all relevant documents which i send them
                      They take 6 days for verification.

                      My device was picked-up on 19th aug 2019

                      I called them regularly after 5 days interval on 25/08 2019
                      When i want to talk with their senior they said
                      Our backend team will be contact you within 2 day... But still i didn't get any call from jeeves backend team.
                      I called them back on 27/08/2019 - they told the device is ready to dispatch and bluedart team will connect with you
                      I called them back on 29/08/209 saying that i have still not received any email from blue dart and they mentione they will escalate and you will receive the handset in 3 working days
                      And now today (03/09/19) 15 days passed, and
                      Today jeeves team also said wait for 2 days, when asked to connect with their supervisor they have mentioned they will to mention the same.

                      I had called atleast 6 times and in return there is no mail response there is no call back

                      I am very dissatisfied from them.

                      Flipkart should banned them as it is they spoiling their name and charging money. There is no ownership, no truth always lie is being told straight into your face.
                      If my phone is ready - why it is not dispatched yet.

                      Are you not getting money on your services on your day 1 when we register. So behave in a ethical way to provide services
                      Request to please help to expedite the same

                        Your device will be picked up

                        After 7 days at 24/08/19
                        When i want to talk with their senior they said
                        Our backend team will be contact you within 2 day... But still i didn't get any call from jeeves backend team
                        And today (02/09/19) 14 days passed, and
                        My device was not picked up by team jeeves.
                        Today jeeves team also said wait for 2 days
                        They mention in their flipkart complete mobile protection policy your "device will be repaired within 10 working days".

                        Why???
                        Why they promissed me..
                        I am very dessatisfied from them
                        They wasted my a lots of time
                        Please solve my problem

                            As per the company's terms and conditions the phone has to be picked up within 2 days after you follow up the steps and pay them 1500 service charge. Though i paid it and then after also my phone wasn't picked up by the service partner. They were always and always telling me on call to wait for 2 days your phone will be picked but still nobody came for the pickup and it's been 14 days i've been through such torture.
                            I need a genuine fix for such torture from a company that only shows fraud to the customers.

                            Please help me and provide me with better assistance, such fraud company which are disloyal to their customers should be punished.

                              I sent my asus zenfone maxpro m2 in repair as it was liquid damaged so i waited for 10 days and then i got a call from jeeves mobile care they said that they will refund me 80% of my mobile price as they could not repair the phone as no parts are available the person told me to submit my bank details and i did it within an hour and after that he told me amount will be refunded in my account within 5 days. So 5 days are over and no amount refunded to me till datedate my plan id is jppoffk1564817

                                Jeeves is disrespectful on delivering service to its customers, hence bad time management.
                                Complaint was registered on 5th aug. I was advised 1 weeks time for them to get the replacement of faulty power board. They informed me they recieved the replacement part on 20th aug. They keep promising to assign and send a technician everyday. They manage to send someone over today 29th aug. To replace the faulty part. But guess what? The replacement turns out to be faulty.
                                I am utterly disgusted with dealing with this service provided by jeeves.
                                I humbly request anyone in hierachy to fix this service provided by jeeves.
                                Have them increase their employees as i feel they are understaffed. And improve their customer experience as they need quality control on rendering their service.

But even after 60 days of max period to repair my device.. I haven't recieve my device.. I had called manyexecutives but they always gaved me fake updates.. This felt me like cheated toward the protection policy... Please look into this matter as soon possible.. It was better to get my cell repaired in a local shop atleast they get it repair in less time..
