I ordered vu led tv (55-oa/55-oa v1) (Case id: finv-3mor3b-1vhep9-97mfjo-c5jnwqb) in flipkart and jeeves services privated ltd is the service alloted for us for the installation process and i received it on aungust 21. For past 3 days they ara saying the installation will be done within 48 hours. When i contacted the head off they said they would arrange for it. They just kept on postponding the installation process to august 26. Kindly check this

The Worst Company ever. Let us have a union and shut this Company completely as it is totally a fraud company. Worst service ever. Just a waste of money. My mobile phone screen got damaged 1 week back and they are not giving any proper service.

    Fraud alert: my mobile redmi note 7s was liquid damaged and i asked them on 21st of july to pickup my phone... I paid 500 bucks extra when they asked.. It was picked up on 30th of july and i got a message that your mobile is received and we will repair and deliver it to you within 10 business days.. Today is 23rd day.. And they are saying all kinds of stories.. I am vexed by calling them daily.. I even asked for my mobile back in whatever condition it is... They said it is not possible... I feel cheated... Pls don't buy this warranty if you buy mobile from flipkart.. This is absolute fraud and worst ever customer service with all the fraudulent reasons.. My plan is jppoffk2074976 and claim id is ad[protected]... Dear jeeves, if you are unable to provide service to the customers.. Pls shut the # up and close the company...

      On 22nd july, i registered a repair complaint call no: jokh[protected].

      On 24th july, mobile was collected by blue dart awb: [protected].

      On 2nd august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive regarding the status. I was told, mobile is under observation.

      On 7th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive (Vikas) regarding the status. I was told, i will get 80% refund of the mobile purchase price (22, 999/-), since they are unable to get the faulty part and fix the issue with the mobile. So he told me to email my bank account details & other details for the refund process and it will take around 3 days to get the refund..

      On 9th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive (Vikas) regarding the status. I was told, that the concern team will communicate back regarding the issue and it will be resolved soon.

      On 10th august, i raised escalation i got reply within 72hrs my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me.

      On 14th august, when i spoke to jeeves customer care executive regarding the status. I was assured that my monday 19th august the refund will be processed.

      On 17th august, i again raised complaint regarding refund to escalations. I was again replied back within 72hrs my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me.

      On 20th august, when i spoke to customer care executive regarding the status. I was informed it will take 5 more days. I again raised complaint regarding refund to escalations. I was again replied back my issued will be resolved and the responsible team will communicate to me.

      Today 23rd august, still no response / clarification or refund

        I called jeeves customer care atleast 6 7 times and emailed them around 5-10 times but there is no update from them regarding my phone pick-up.

        Every time i call they mention there is some technical difficulty which is wiered as i do not understand how there can be technical difficulty for 1 whole month. And every time they assured me thaat within 48 hours my phone pick up will be done but it never happened.

        I even talked wih one of the manager named "ragvendra" who said he will escalate it and get it done but again it never happened. I have paid for the service and i am not getting it.

        I have also paid the charges of 500rs which they asked. But even after that there is no serivce provided.

          I am suing this company for fraud and harassment. It's been 4 months and they never picked up my phone. I have a dead phone for 4 months.

          No one is helping me in this company. I call them every day but no response. If anyone facing the same issue please email me. We will all together sue this fraud company.

          First, they should start firing their lair agents.

            I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 (6gb ram 64gb rom) from flipkart with one year protection plan. So when i got my screen damaged i called jeeves and paid 500 rupees and then handed over my phone for repair on 26th july. Now it has been 23 days still i didn't get my mobile back. Each time when i called to customer service, they are telling you will get your device with in 3days like that. Even i sent many mails but no use. Kindly look into this issue.

              Is there any one who can attend to my case. I feel you guys (Jeeves) are very irresponsible towards attending complaints. The worst pathetic service offered.
              You have failed in all aspects of your extended warranty agreement terms and conditions. Jeeves csr should learn their agreement poilcy.

              My mobile was picked up on 12th july 2019.
              15th july it was delivered to you.
              On 17th july i received call from jeeves technician to understand the problem of my mobile. His number ([protected])
              26th july as i did not hear back from you i called jeeves. Csr told me due to part unavailability it was delayed and in 4 days mobile will be shipped.
              August 5th, again as no update from jeeves so i called. This time the csr tells me my mobile was shipped on 20th july.
              Two different statements from jeeves.

              Further on kindly listen to the recording of my communication with jeeves. Multiple time call gets disconnected and i cant write 3 hrs of conversation with sr. Csr samiullah. (Sorry if i spelled his name wrong). Finally i tell samiullah to email me for my product not serviceable, which he fails to do so by eod. I called on 6th spoke with samiullah and finally as i was very disappointed for jeeves lethargic response and miserable service i ended in choosing refund.

              August 6th i send email for refund with cancelled cheque and invoice as requested to complete refund process.
              Even after giving cancelled cheque leaf jeeves email me on 7th august asking for my bank details. How very irresponsible by jeeves.

              In my email i asked for the amount that shall be refunded but no response.

              14th august i call to know my refund status. Again after prolonged waiting on call with samiullah, i take his reply i. E to wait till friday[protected].
              I clearly informed samiullah to call me on friday and take update from me. But he never called which has been the case even earlier. After repeatedly telling him to call, he did not call nor email.

              17 august 2019 and i am still following up for my refund.

              My product deliverd on 9/8/19 and get demo schedule on 10/8/19 i got service engineer number by jeeves and he was only saying from 1 day i will come but he is not coming. And i can't open my tv due to warranty issue poor service by flipkart i will never buy product by flipkart and i also uninstall my flipkart app.

                  Due to accidental damage of my phone asus zenfone 5z on 7th june'19, raised claim as per cmp of jeeves bought along with phone from flipkart (Policy no jppoffk935535). Phone was picked on 10thjune and got it back by 5th july but wasn't completely repaired, its camera wasn't functioning properly.
                  So sent it back on 10th july and as per policy of jeeves was told that will get phone back within 10days.
                  But even after many calls to their customer care haven't got my phone back and they don't even care to tell the status or reason of delay. And their back-end team make a different story everytime, on 3rd aug was told phone will be shipped by monday (5th aug) then on 5th was told part wasn't available so now 2 days more for repair and by 7th phone will be dispatched or else will be marked for new phone.
                  But nothing happened on next call they even denied that their team gave me a call on 3rd aug or marking me for a new phone.
                  It's such a irresponsible behavior and sloppy attitude of jeeves.
                  Still i haven't got any explanation about delay in repair or status of my phone over mail. They don't even maintain a log for reason why is it taking so much time.. Its over a month now and i need my phone back.
                  Why do they sell this policy when they can't fulfill the commitments. Flipkart should stop stop selling it.
                  It's worse service ever.
                  I have already mailed so many times to jeeves-protect. Now its water over head.

                  And don't you dare to mail me that your my concern is highlighted to concern team as your concern team don't give # about it.
                  Just send me my phone back or am suing you guys for mental harassment charges as well. I have all the call recordings with your so called back-end team. Shouldn't have trusted you guys.

                    Jeeves mobile Complete protection's call center executive told me that they have already forward my concern to back end team, but I am waiting since last 10 days, still no response from their side/end.
                    I am calling to their provided help line number three times everyday!
                    Pathetic Service.

                      It is regarding the extended warranty of my haeir fridge which was taken from flipkart and the service provider is jeeves. Under above mentioned ticket id my complaint was registered for replacement of a faulty part and from last 20 days am following up for the same but unable to get a solution and even the company is responding positively.                         My phone asus zenfone max pro m2 is been taken from me on 24 jun 2019 when ever i call on their services center they always give excuses that they don't have parts, i am very disappointed with services they are affiliated with flipkart and they have no part from past 48 days not digestible. I can never suggest anyone to buy flipkart mobile protection plan. After 2 july i don't even get any mail from your side give me a proper delivery date of my device. After so many trys (More than 20) on customer support i finally got a call i got a call from jeeves back-end team on 6 aug 2019 that my phone is repaired full mother board is changed by 10 aug 2019 i'll got may phone back today is 11 aug 2019 there service is useless no proper info i can't track my phone 48 days of warranty is wasted by them and i'm still counting how many days they will take more main regret its better if i repair it on my own

                          I purchased jeeves mobile protection plan along with mobile from flipkart. On jul 24th
                          2019 made a claim to repair my mobile. They asked me to pay 500/- as non refundable amount for the service. I paid the amount and followed all the instructions given by jeeves consumer ltd. They given pickup to bluedart and no one came or called us regarding pickup. After three days got message saying pickup was cancelled. I called jeeves they said in 72 hours re-pickup will be arranged. After 72 again i called to know the status as usual they said logged complaint with the backend team they will call back in 72 hours. There is no response from jeeves so i called again and getting same response everytime as in 48 hours we will arrange a pickup. Again today they are saying your area is not serviceable. My question is if my area is not serviceable how mobile was delivered by flipkart and how jeeves took money from me without knowing my area is serviceable or not. And lucky they are in india and it is heaven to all this kind of companies. Any one can loot indians money by just saying we do all magics at the time of proposal after that they never do as they promised.

                            I brought asus zenfone 5z from flipkart with jeeves' full mobile protection policy.
                            Unfortunately, my device was fallen down in water. So i claimed for liquid damage protection.

                            Jeeves team picked up my device on 5th jun 2019. It has already passed 36 days.
                            I called jeeves customers care many times, after one month they told me that your mobile has not been fixed yet and says to wait 48 hours on every call. This is my primary phone. I’m in trouble. Please help me to get back my phone asap.

                              I called and mail jeeves customers care many times, after one month they told me that your mobile has not been fixed so we will give you an 80% refund of your device amount.

                              But still, i didn't receive any refund amount from jeeves.
                              Thereafter i called and mail to jeeve's protect but there is no positive response from the jeeve's team.
                              Kindly review and look into this matter.

                                I have purchased asus zenfone lite l1 with flipkart complete mobile protection plan.
                                I had 3 issues in my mobile 1. Charging is taking too long (10-12 hours)
                                2. Mic is not functioning (Calls are getting muted)
                                3. Speaker volume has reduced.
                                I had made complaint on 09th july 2019. After 5-7 days, on inquiring they said due to some it reasons your complaint is stuck, you have to made another complaint. I made second complaint on 20th july 2019. Courier boy picked up my mobile on 23rd morning. It was delivered on 25th afternoon. Still i didn't get any call from service center nor any email related to defects or repairing status of my mobile. I had mentioned 3 problems, person registering complaint on call mentioned only one problem. I am roaming without mobile due to your poor service since one month.
                                Every time i call customer care, they don't have any update.
                                Solve it earliest else i will knock the door of consumer court.

                                    My kodak tv has been non operational since 25-jun-2019. Post several attempts and cancellation technician finally visited on 04-jul-19 and informed that a board was non functional and need to be replaced. Today more than 30 days later is the 07-aug-2019 i have no update on when my product will be operational. The customer care last informed that my complaint status is "partpending" on 19-jul-2019 post which i have got no response to my follow-up emails. Please resolve.

                                      Hello, i bought a iphone through flipkart along with the jeeves protection for one year. Due to an unfortunate event i had to sent my phone to jeeves. Now what happend is that this process started around 23rd of may 19, by 1 june i made a payment of another 500 which they that that its under their policy. Since then i had been trying to get my phone back from them, but all they have to say is that someone from backhand team will contact me, which apparently never happend. The max tat time given to me was 10 days, but its been months and months now for the whole process which was suppose to happen in 10 days.
                                      Now i feel really helpless, i have dropped them tons of mails called their customer care for like thousands of times but i never got any resolution.
                                      If its not a fraud then what is it? Also it feels like that they stole my money and phone along with it.
                                      I want to take some legal action against this company, kindy help me out.
                                      I have got every proof in the mails of our conversation.

                                      Seems like even this Consumer Forum is also a fraud, i paid them and now when its coming to work they ain't responding to calls or texts. kindly don't take any services from them.

                                        I have request for return for my phone which i bought from 2gud. As i received a defective phone. So one technician came from jeeves to check out the phone and yes he only confirm that there is a problem with my phone. But then he lied that my phone is working properly and my return request got rejected. The main reason that the technician is taking revenge from me is that he took my imei number which i didn’t know that they need imei to register complain. I had no idea about that and i told him i’ll complain to police. Because of this he rejected my return request.
                                        Obviously i have to be careful if someone is taking my imei number. It can be misused. Please help me out to return my phone and get replacement.
