My mobile is under protection for two years... There was a minor problem in the speaker and i raised a compliment my mobile was picked by company and 10days was tat time they were not able to return my mobile in time.. They gave me choice of 80%cashback. I agreed how ever they have not given me my money nor mobile. Not even responding properly over email. I want my money as soon as possible so that i can purchase a new mobile.. Such carelessness should not be done by such leading service provider.

Not received any response from customer support? Please do the needful.
I bought honor 7A mobile. I bought complete mobile protection along with mobile. My display got broke down . So I contacted Jeeves. They told me to pay 500 for service charge then they will come and pick my mobile. I paid on 4th July. Still no one came to pick my mobile. I'm waiting for past 19 days. Really lost my hope. I'm following them regularly. But they are saying within 48 hours they will come and pick my mobile. Past 19 days they are saying the same, but no one came yet. Resolve my issue as soon as possible
My mobile phone still not received from one month onwards...0 rtings
