My extended warranty plan number is jppoffk250891, i had submitted my device on 18th april and still i have not recieved my device yet every time i call customer care they say the item is pending for part and this has been going on since 18th april 2019 now i am saying that please send the device without repair but they are not doing so, i am really stuck and feeling like they are doing fraud.
Now i am not able to understand what to do so finally i have decided to go to consumer court for filling a fraud case against them

    Complaint against Jeeves for not attending calls after giving appointment for installation of Split AC. at Sky net tower Zirakpur location .
    Staff of Jeeves Ms. Sheetal Oberoi called up in the morning and fix up an appointment for evening for AC installation on 5.00 PM on 06th May 2019.My husband had taken a short leave to attend the installation in front of him. Till 7.00 PM No one called up and reach the destination. At 7.05PM Ms. Sheetal Oberoi again called up and taken appointment for next one hour i.e 8.00 PM.

    Till 9.15 PM no one is there.
    This is what the customer service Provided by Jeeves to consumers. I have read a lot many complaints regarding your technicians on Flipkart. Flipkart is a brand and Jeeves is spoiling the Brand image .

    Sheetal Oberoi is not picking phone since 5.00 PM and giving excuse on 7.05 PM that she is in meeting. and again fixed up appointment for 8.00 PM. without confirmation from technicians.

    Concern is Jeeves is providing Paid service.
    Who will pay the Half day expense of my husband.
    My husband recommended to cancel the order of flipkart also. and raise the issue in consumer forum for harrasing mentally and loss of financial matter.

      My mobile was picked up for servicing on 13 april & i was told it would be returned on 27th april which i never received. Customer care is just giving false commitments for jeeves complete mobile protection plan jppoffk1645538

      Since last 5 days they are asking for 72 hours to come back with the status. Customer service number is [protected].

        I have purchase mobile from flipkart and also taken insurance protection from jeeves consumer services (P) ltd. After 1 month there was liquid damage so there team took the mobile from my place. Now they are saying after repair the mobile has been dispath but i have still not received back. It has more then 15 days. I have mailing since 15 days but no response at all. I have call many time but there also no response. Pathetic service. Please dont take there fraud schemes. Also dont buy from flipkart. They are also dont listening.

        It's been more than 2 days now.The Installation has not been done yet, I tried calling the concerned person but he keeps rejecting my calls(PS I ordered from Flipkart and the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hours of delivery of product)

          I was facing issue with my refrigerator which is under extended warranty with Jeeves. I registered complaint with Jeeves customer care on 29th April. Its been two days no engineer visited till now. I also followed up with the assigned engineer couple of times, today EOD i.e. 5/1/19, he says " I don't repair refrigerators, next day i will ask my manager to re-assign the request ". For past 3 days i have been following up with them and its getting delayed unnecessarily

            Have raised a claim for theft on plan id jppoffk1337329 on 15th april 2019. Have submitted documents over [protected]@protect.co.in and mobile. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in with invoice, cancelled cheque, id proof, fir under section 154.

            The claim is rejected. The customer care number people keeps call on hold and do not transfer to supervisors.

            Have been told to wait 2 days, 3 days, it has been 14 days till now.

            Please assist.

              I'll order poco f1 mobile in flipkart.. I'll face the issue in simple card slot.. Flipkart will arrange tech visit thru jeeves consumer service mr. Jaya prakash yesterday i'll to more then 6 times sill now no response from jaya prakash.. Very very worst technician i'll saw it & mr. Jaya prakash without any information he will give a appointment to at[protected].. Please arrange me another technician..

              Ac not cooling complaint was registered on mail and phone on 11th april. Till 22 april complaint not addressed. Reminders on phone and mail hasn't yielded any result so far.
              Flipkart delivered my TV 120 hour ago... and my expected installation demo date also gone... but jeeves do not installed my TV... they cheat on me everyday... but he did not come to my home for setting my TV... it is horrible experience.. waste my because of jeeves.. plz come fast and installed my tv

                I had bought a mobile phone on 9th of february 2019 (Asus zenfone max m2) from flipkart along with that i also bought mobile complete care protection i. E sort of mobile insurance from "jeeves consumer services". On 15th of april i had faced some issues in my mobile phone so i claim my insurance for the service of my mobile against policy id: jppoffk1459634 on 18th of april 2019. Company registered my complaint and told me that mobile issue can be resolve within 10 working days. But even after a week of registering my complain they didn't taken any action to resolve my problem and every time i call them they tell me to just wait, but they hardly doing anything for that.

                So, please help to resolve my issue and yes i paid for the insurance

                  I had purchased an asus brand mobile handset with the following details: asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 64 gb) 1. [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected] i bought an 'accidental damage protection plans' from 'jeeves' as well along with the purchase of mobile handset which would be valid after the expiry of brand warranty and is meant to be valid for a period of one year. I had an accident in which my mobile screen was damaged. Since i had the complete cover, i reported the event to jeeves and registered my request "claim id ad[protected]" under plan id "jppoffk452945". As per the t&c and protocol of jeeves, they asked me to pay a sum of inr 500 for the designated repairs after receiving the requested documents from me through email. I completed the payment following which i was advised to go to their repair partner to submit my handset. I had submitted the handset as requested on 25th of march 2019 for which i had received a job sheet with case id no.: jcha[protected]. Now as per their protocol my phone should be repaired and delivered to the designated place by now but surprisingly, i receive 2 calls from jeeves stating that 'we can not repair your phone since it has been repaired by a third-party' now, the following suspicion arise: 1) from the very first day of my purchase, my phone was with me and there was no problem with the phone so their claim of 'third-party repair' is falsely generated. 2) i was insured and there is no logic of taking my phone to a third party repair. I was told that some part is missing from your mobile handset, now, i find it hard to understand how could my phone was even working if some part was missing. Here i stand deeply frustrated and helpless. I strongly condemn their behaviour.

                    This is a horrible experience i am having from jeeves. They were suppose to install my dining table on 31st march and now it’s 2nd april, teacnician did come, upon calling he said he will come tomorrow. I called again, a child picked up the call and gave me a different number i called that different number and no one responded. I am seriously done with jeeves services. I had to call flipkart for this. I want my table installation done today. As we didn’t unpack the furniture, delaying this will stop us from replacement if the product is defective.

                      My policy number is JPPOFFK658390, i had given the phone to repair on 12th Feb 2018 and have not recieved it back yet. It has been more than 2 months now and I am not getting an update from them. Their customer care is worst and wont even reply to the calls. I fear that they have lost my mobile. I have called them around 50 times now and mailed them multiple times too but they don't respond to anything, they just put the phone on hold and dont get back...please dont buy their fake policy as damaged phone is far better than not having phone...Please help me with the refund.

                        Purchased mitashi ac @ jan 18 but only after one year on 30th march 2019 i started it, its not working anymore.
                        After one hours of operation it's not chilling anymore
                        Compressor also running but no cooling in room.
                        Also in turbo mode nothing is happening.
                        Mitashi ac are not so good.

                        I have mentioned my address so required resolution as soon as possible in to this matter.
                        Kindly do needful.

                          I have purchased asus zen m1 mobile through flipkart. Mobile phone is over heating. I have raised return request regarding this. Technical person visited and checked but he is very rude and not solved my problem he just went away his number jeeves engineer naveed rahaman, [protected]. He gave a fake report as mobile is ok.
                          I an requesting to the head of this company to tell him to ask apology to me. Otherwise i ll raise a case against the company in consumer court.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Please refer trailing mail below and attached mail.
                              My handset was to be picked up by bluedart courier awb - [protected] on 20.03.2019 but they cancelled pickup stating “address out of service area”.
                              The undersigned had called your customer care[protected] on 20th, 21st, 26th mar'19 various times and you had confirmed that alternate pickup has been initiated from your end and the handset will be picked in 48-72 hours. But no response has been received regarding the same from jeeves till date.
                              Even after depositing rs. 500/- on 19.03.2019 for repair of handset, there has been zero progress on the matter.
                              My handset is idling and i am being forced to use another handset which is causing discomfort to me.

                              With such state of affairs, i might have to raise the issue with consumer forum if timely intervention is not received from your side.

                              In view of the above, you are once again requested to kindly provide a way forward so that my handset is repaired soon.

                                I have claimed my flipkart complete mobile protection with the plan id-jppoffk1345346 for the display damage issue of asus zenfone max pro m1 on 5-feb-2019 the pick has done by ecom after that delivery was done on 17-feb-2019. But i received a non working lava phone and ghadi detergent soap for issue i have contacted both ecom and jeeves on the same day it's been over month your customer service is not responding i may have need to proceed legally with my proofs

                                  We bought a tv with extended warranty with jeeves, the warranty is till 2020, now i am having issue with the jeeves as they have not replaced or solved the issue with the tv for more than a week, when we contacted the toll free we are not getting proper answer and as confirmed by there technician replacement for tv display is not yet done.
                                  Totally worst service to customer as the customer care is non responsive for our issues and concerns.

                                    Hello sir... I have buy redmi note 7 pro from flipkart and after 1 day i find screen and heating issue... So i have place return request on flipkart...in my request i have clearly mention about my both issue screen and damage... Your uneducated employees comes and without properly checking my mobile he told me that every thing is all right he take only two min to decide... That every thing is perfect... I have told him that please check screen then he check and found that there is problem and accept that my problem is genuine but refuse to mention that my problem have h screen issue and told me he only come here to check only heating issue... I have again and again told him that i can show you my return request in which screen issue is also mentioned... But he don't want to understand and he go... And send report that every thing is in perfect condition... After this i call flipkart and ask them to tell me about my return request and they told me sir screen issue is clearly mentioned... And then they told me there team will take strick action against that person... And i have again placed return request and talk with jeeves and explain everything and tell them clearly that next time pls don't send same person... But again second time same person is allowed and... He send report that every thing is perfect in mobile without visiting my house or without seeing my mobile... I am completely disappointed with jeeves...
                                    Uneducated employees and liars.
                                    Pls resolve my problem as early as possible.

                                        I ordered mi 4a pro 32 inch led tv on 8th march on flipkart and i received it on 12th march and installation was scheduled on same day and i got message from jeeves consumer service that a engineer named shajeeb will come. When i called that person he told me that i will not come we sent another technician, after that i received another message from jeeves with another engineer name called hanifa i called him for 2 days after that he said that he didn't received any message from jeeves to install your tv, and i called sajeeb, he gave me the office number. I called him and said everything, he said he will check and call back, but i didn't received any calls till now. I am waiting three day for installation
