wrong feedback given to flipkart

I had purchased a mobile (Mi note 5 pro) from flipkart on 12.08.2018. Everything is ok except its brightness. Its ok inside the home, but the display is not visible under the sky day light because of its low brightness.
The issue was conveyed to flipkart to replace my mobile on 14.08.2018. They diverted the issue to jeeves for technical visit.

Your engineer installed a flexible drain pipe instead of rigid pipe... It is now leaking. I got carrier to look at and it's them who confirmed the fault with drain pipe. Now you people talk of warranty... My concern is why was a flexible pipe used instead of rigid pipe... How do you expect customer to know what pipe needs to be installed. Terrible service. You are not ready to correct your engineers mistake free of cost....
