Engineer Vishal Saxena clearly understood the issue of my faulty handset ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 64 GB during the last technical visit on 2 july 2018. It has been 19 days now (Today is 30th june), since i had registered a complaint /service request for my vu tv that is not turning on [case id: 8f12ewjcsth-5815848]. Your engineer installed a flexible drain pipe instead of rigid pipe... It is now leaking. I got carrier to look at and it's them who confirmed the fault with drain pipe. Now you people talk of warranty... My concern is why was a flexible pipe used instead of rigid pipe... How do you expect customer to know what pipe needs to be installed. Terrible service. You are not ready to correct your engineers mistake free of cost....
