Installation for TV Unit should done before 10th June... however there is no call regarding this till now... when I called toll free number for several times... everyone promised me that it will be done by EOD... I did not receive any call or message till now.. how many times escalate.. reallyworst services... ever after several follow ups.. nobody bother to call ...

    I am facing difficulties while claiming my extended warranty even after providing the required documents no actions taken yet.
    thier customer service is pathetic have no information at all. they hang up the call after keeping you wait.

    I purchased led tv from flipkart and after a year flipkart suggested extended warranty from Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. which I bought for both the tv. they are not even replying to me

    I received korbonn k9 kavach mobile on may 24th.from that day onwards phone is not switched on to till now.i have placed replacement request many times.but not get my product

    Hi, I have purchased VU Premium TV from flipkart along with extended warranty for 2 years from Jeeves.

    Have returned the product to flipkart within replacement/Return period as product was faulty. Flipkart accepted the request post technician visit and refunded the whole amount except Jeeves extended warranty amount.

    On 30th June I have sent an email to [protected]@jeeves.co.in to refund the amount which I have paid for 2 years extended warranty for VU tv. Now till today (16th July) have sent 55 emails and also 70 calls to their customer care number. However; I'm not getting any revert from them on email and also they are saying the same thing over the call that they are escalating this issue to backend team and you will get the resolution and amount will be refunded with in 48 hrs.

    NOte: Have also send all the required documents 10 times on their email id: [protected]@jeeves.co.in

    but till now resolution from their side.

      I have bought a AC from Flipkart. They allocate Jeeves for installation. Initially Jeeves send me some sub-contract people, they don, t have enough experience on installation. They haven't follow instruction for installation from AC manufacturer. They haven't purge air from they product using vacuum pump. Because of that i felt cooling issue in few days. I ask Flipkart to replace the product. They take it back and replace new one behalf of that. Now again flipkart allocate Jeeves for installation. While Jeeves contact me for installation, i ask them(Jeeves) to send, good experience and well known people for installation. Still now they haven't sent personnel for installation. I organised some local service engineer for installation. Paid twise that installation amount. Jeeves don't bother about customer satisfaction and their product life. Please who plan to bought electronic product from flipkart, don't allow jeeves for installation. Try to do it by your local engineer.

        I purchases 2 year extended warrant to my refrigerator but jeeves consumer service centre tool free no not entertain any extended warranty complaint ant not enrolled any complaint. I call service center toll free no., several time each and every executive pass another person and lastly he say you send email with purchase receipt extended warranty receipt and id and address proof but each and every document provided when purchased extended warranty.

          I have raised a complaint 6 days ago..Plan ID: JPPOFFK293552. But till today no one has attend for the service. Could you let me know for how many more days we need to wait for a service. It is pathetic to take this warranty from Jeeves. For a single service it is already 5-6 days has passes.
          Today when I called one of your representative, he informed that today he has lots of work and so he cannot attend today for my service.

            I raised a ticket for repair of my device Realme 2 pro on 22nd May 2019 and it was picked up from my home on 22nd May 2019. They have promised me to deliver back my device after repair within 10 business days which is also stated in their policy. 4th June 2019 was the 10th business day as per them and still as on 7th June 2019 which is 12th business day as per them they have not yet started diagnosis of the problem and they are responding just by telling there is technical problem. Even of their executive when I called on 4th June lied that my device is repaired and kept in quality check and I will get my device within next 48 hours. When I called again after two hours to know whether device is shipped the other customer care executive informed me that it is not yet serviced. I call them daily and they inform me same thing that I will receive call back within next 2 hours regarding the status of my mobile and still as on 7th June 2019 I have not yet received a word from them. Even though I purchased it from flipkart but even they are not replying to mails. I have the call recordings of the conversation that I do with Jeeves.

              I had raised a claim for theft of my phone and I was told by the insurance company that 6500 rupees would be reimbursed into my bank account.For reimbursing the amount, they asked for an FIR copy with the signature of the sub inspector, Stamp of the police station and IMEI number of the phone, which the police is denying to give. According to the police, FIR is booked only for theft mobile phones which cost more than 50, 000 rs. Instead the police had given me a certificate of theft with the signature of the sub inspector, Stamp of the police station and IMEI number of the phone. They said that it would suffice for claiming the insurance amount. I have provided them that certificate and they have rejected my claim and are denying to reimburse the amount without a valid FIR and the police is not booking an FIR.
              The insurance company has given me a really tough time. Their customer service is also very poor. Contacting them was very difficult. Whenever I called them, they told they would get back to me with the concerned department but they never did. They have no sense of responsibility! I am a student and I was having my exams at that time. They misguided me and wasted my time and energy. I would like to sue them for mental agony.

                I have bought noble 50" tv along with jeeves extended warranty & the tv went to comma stage a month back. After complaining to jeeves service center, the engineer came & booked for replacement parts. Now it's over a month & still the spares are yet to be received. As per sla of jeeves, any spares replacement will be within 15 days or they have to replace or refund the amount paid by calculating depreciation. I have fed up with their call center & finally logged a complaint with consumer helpline @ https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

                Hoping for a solution at the earliest.

                    jeeves complete mobile protection

                    My mobile is under protection for two years... There was a minor problem in the speaker and i raised a compliment my mobile was picked by company and 10days was tat time they were not able to return my mobile in time.. They gave me choice of 80%cashback. I agreed how ever they have not given me my money nor mobile. Not even responding properly over email. I want my money as soon as possible so that i can purchase a new mobile.. Such carelessness...

                    Dear, ew service provider, i am very very unhappy from your office. I am purchased a vu tv through flipkart on 2017 for rs. 34999 for 45 inch. And within warranty period of vu tv co, the tv has upgraded due to defective and i paid extra for rs. 7000 for 50 inch. Now few days ago on 12th april 2019 that tv has defected within ew period but money has not refunded till date. Many times i contacted with customer care.                       Hi I have taken a mobile protection plan from flipkart for my mobile however when I am trying to contact customer care[protected] its not connecting and every time I am waiting for about 5 mi and call gets disconnected without connecting to a customer care executive.

                      I tried to contact flip kart and per them you need to keep trying and there is no other way to contact the customer care.

                      My mobile screen is broken and as per the policy I am eligible for free screen replacement.

                        I have sent you a Mobile on the 17th as per your SLA T&C which I got in mail Post purchase which mentioned SLA include all 7 days of a week the 10 day's period has been completed still you keep on saying it is still in service centre ...As per your T&C I should have received the mobile by now which is either repared or replaced of same Mobile as per you T&C but not receiving any update from you...                             I am Himank varshney submitted my phone on flipkart complete mobile protection plan on 9-5-2019. When a register my accidental damage screen protection complaint on jeeves they said they will repair my phone on 10 business days but till now i am unable to get my phone back. Every time i call the customers care they didnot recieve the call or busy or hold for 15-20min some time call is automatically cut. .I checked your term and conditions there clearly mention that device will repair in 10 business otherwise refurnished phone or phone with similar feature is sent to you but till now i didn't get any update for my phone.Please help me out from this problem.

                              The glass of the front screen of my mobile phone has one crack of about 2 cms., which developed about one week ago.

                              For the past few days i am unable to contact jeeves consumer services, as their phone[protected] is non-functional. Even today this phone is not functional.

                              Today is 27 may. It is requested that jeeves may kindly consider my request to approve free replacement of the front glass of my phone under the protection plan which was upto 23 may.

                                My vu tv 80 CMS (32inch) LED TV serial no. BT717EWD00363, model no. 32D7545 is not working for 5 days. Sound is ok but display is black. I need servicing as my tv is covered with warranty period. I purchase the tv on 21/09/2017 and extended warranty is upto 20/09/2020. I attach aadhar card for my identification and warranty card for getting servicing.

                                    I am writing this with utmost angst and agitation. If you look at the record and notations my device was picked up on the 18th of last month. As per your tat the device was supposed to reach me in 10 business days which comes out to the 2nd of may; however today is 15th of may and i have still not received my device yet. Initially i was promised the 2nd then 7th and then 15th of may. Now when i called up today they are saying that i will receive an update in 48hrs. I have been calling multiple times to get the status and every time i am being told that my device repair approval came on 2nd. My question is that if the approval came on 2nd of may why has this not been repaired and given back. What is it that is holding back the return. Initially when i was supposed to pay the rs.500 as processing fee, i kept on receiving multiple messages and reminders for the upfront payment. Now that the payment has been made i have just received 1 message and a single email stating its under repair. Never have i got a concrete answer as to what is being repaired and when i would be receiving it.
                                    Honestly this has been a very bitter experience with jeeves. I for one had thought that taking a mobile protection would be beneficial and suggested quite a few friends of mine who were going for new devices. After this harrowing experience i will convey otherwise.
                                    If this is kind of customer service that jeeves has, one would not recommend this to anyone.
                                    I have totally lost hope in you guys as the promises made have never been full filled up till now and today is the 23rd of may.

                                    Seeking an immediate resolution to this ordeal.
