Jeeves Consumer Services — Jeeves Consumer Services denying valid claim via technical glitches & shifting rules.

I am holding a valid Laptop Protection Plan (Policy: PCOFLKOV-2SLFWIEKDT52LZ83Z5-[protected]). My claim is being unfairly stalled due to the following reasons:
No Human Support: No contact info provided; Chatbot is the only interface.
Broken Process: Chatbot instructed me to repair first, then reimburse. Now that the repair is done, they are asking for a "Before Repair" video which was never mentioned in the initial instructions.
False Rejections: They claim my invoice lacks a GST number (it is present) and that my uploaded proofs are "invisible."
Upload Limits: The portal limits uploads to 1 file, preventing me from sending full proof.
They promised contact within 24 hours but have ghosted me for weeks. This is a deliberate attempt to avoid paying a valid reimbursement
