jeeves protection plan worst service & no resolution

This is regarding my Policy ID: PCPJVS0V[protected] and Claim ID: CLAJVS[protected], and I must say my experience with Jeeves has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Here are the facts of my case:

I raised a claim in October 2024. After weeks of back-and-forth, I was told I would only get a 50% refund.

Meanwhile, 2–3 technicians visited, and instead of fixing the TV, they caused further damage...

Mobile repair under complete protection plan

Complaint Title: Deficiency in Service by Jeeves Consumer Services – Handset Not Repaired

I purchased a Complete Protection Plan for my handset from Jeeves Consumer Services. I submitted my handset for repair on 12-July-2025, but even after more than one month, the handset has neither been repaired nor returned.
