    My mobile has a screen issue sometime not working fine then i raised a request in Jeeves they aggred i raised in time after that they didn't arrange pickup for my mobile again escalate they arrange pickup then they picked my mobile on January 24th after 26th I got mail reply from Jeeves we received mobile and repaired send you in 10days after 10 days...

    I purchased this led tv from flipkart and also bought jeeves extended warranty for 3 years. Now after 2 years there was some manufacturing problem with my tv’s panel so I called jeeves to come and repair my tv. So in Dec 2022 one technician came to my home and inspect the TV and told me that it’s panel issue and will be repaired by them. And then on 11th Dec 2022 pick up team from jeeves visited my home and they took my tv with them and provided one job sheet to me. After that for one month I didn’t received any update from them but on 11 th Jan 2023 they called my and told me that my TV will be repaired and delivered to me by 19th Jan 2023. So I waited till 19th Jan 2023 but I got no response. Then I mailed them regarding the update and they reverted back with saying that a refund can be processed for my TV which is not acceptable as they had already confirmed that my tv will be repaired.

      I have a mobile screen protection policy from jeevas flipkart. I claimed for repair option they will say it will take 20 days time to repair. And asking 500 rupees for processing fee.

      They offered one more option for payout. They asked submit the documents. I submitted all the documents. But still they are say documents are not correct resubmit. I submitted more than 15 times. And the customer care people never listen what I am trying to explain. I asked for escalation, no use there is no escallation department. Only the excutive will have saved statements like please share the documents.

        I have registered a complaint on Jeeves related to my TV panel issue and it’s been almost 40 days I haven’t got a proper response from the team or didn’t get the product back. as per the policy ETA for a panel repair is 21 days and it’s already crossed.
        Whenever I contact their customer care they are asking for 2 more business days to provide some update.
        This is clear case of cheating and violation of policy from Jeeves.
        I would request you to have a look in to the complaint and escalate this to higher authority to solve the issue and no one should face the same issue again. It should be a lesson for jeeves

          I bought a 50Inch LCD television on 14 May 2021 . The TV stopped working from 12 Dec 2022. I have bought Jeevs complete protection for 3 years. valid till 13 May 2024. The repair is pending for one month after making multiple calls to Jeevs and Nokia. Kindly give me solution on this issue

              Hi Team,
              I raised the complaint on nov. the company said they have provided the parts but I call nearby centre, they are saying they have not received the parts.I got multiple time call regarding tecnician visit to install the damaged item but it is nearly 2 months, it is not fixed as of now

                This is a clever looting business! 95% of the time, an extended warranty won't apply as repairs on new TVs are rare. And for the 5% who face issues, they have their call CENTER associates who have no clue provide the standard response "Wait for 2 business days, the technician will be arranged" until the CUSTOMER gives up. ### shameless people.

                  I purchased marq tv in Flipkart. My tv not working after 1 year. I was complaint registrated for Flipkart customers service center.                     I request for my refund amount of extended warranty because product is returned already. On 29 oct 2022 they only said that amount will be credited in account in 2 business days but today is 6 jan 2023 amount not received yet. Why it's taking so much time when I get the refund and the solution for this problem.

                      I bought a phone C31 poco from Flipkart and with it i bought complete mobile protection for the same at the same time on 14th dec 2022. Its been 21 days now and i am trying to register my complaint for the phone because it got damaged in an accident. I am trying to register my complaint and every executive of jeevas company is telling me the same story that please allow us 2 working days because in our system its not show any processing amount for the phone thats why we are unable to register ... 5 times i called and still getting the same lame reason and still my phone is damaged here... Now i don't have any option left with me to raise the complaint on twitter and in grievance against jeevas.

                          My washing machine needed a change of Pulsator.
                          Jeeves technician came and confirmed the same.
                          Told me rs 500 would be servicing charges and 400-500 would be of new Pulsator.
                          When Pulsator arrived and was fitted, I was asked to pay rs 1050, rs 550 for the Pulsator. Upon requesting for invoice I was told it will be delivered via email. I received invoice of just rs 500. When called Jeeves support and asked for the final amount, they informed that it was rs 500 service charges and Rs 120 for Pulsator. I was informed Jeeves will look into it and get back but u have not received any further response from them.

                            I have bought a TV with jeevs complete protection my TV was working abnormal so I filled a complaint 1 month back till date no revert received even they have my TV, no update on repair status always I call and ask for update.
                            Still issue is not resolved. Really worst service experience from Jeeves technician and team.

                              I filed a service request for my Nokia TV which is having display problem under the warrenty which i purchase under jeeves. They took my tv and send message like your tv repair completed successfully. Almost 2 months they havent returned the TV and not providing proper response. Their customer service executive always saying wait for 2 business days everytime when am calling. Its really frastuated me. Dont know when they give my tv back

                                Have purchased electronic product from flipcart and got extended warranty from jeeves and now sandeep g from jeeves is not ready to give services and closing the case without resolving . Jeeves has it's own term while talking to customer and not ready to listen to the customer,

                                  I have been complaining for 3 to 3.5 months but the TV has not been repaired yet, on how many complaints have been made on the phone, the answer is only 2 working days, I will tell you by email, even then the answer is the same, 2 working days And today it's been 3 to 3.5 months doing this but till now there is no response whenever they brought the part it was bad finally jeeves wale took the TV for repairing on 28 Nov 2022 and today it's been 23 days and they have I don't have any updates, every time they have to tell the same thing, I do a job, I don't have much time to spend half and an hour on the phone with you guys, I made the biggest mistake by taking your insurance, but now I I will not let anyone take

                                    I have purchased my Reno 8 5 g on August month and prlurchase also screen protection plan on November 2 my phone was damaged and screen brocked I will Jeeves coustumer care and upload all images and document till that day refund was not processed every time agents different and always says 2 working day but till the they are not refund my money I am screwed I call Jeeves many time but always saying Jeeves cleared the case but Bajaj verification was pending not recieved any update from Bajaj
