The installation of the TV was supposed to be completed by 9th of July. The technician is also got assigned, but he never turned up. When I called him he asked me to talk to his superior who also gave false promises that the technician would be arranged in 1 hr. When I call after 1 hr they dont pick the phone and then switch it off.
I dont think this is the way to deal, If there is a delay at least they should inform.
Can I request to get the installation done asap.
