    I registered my warranty claim on my microwave oven with Jeeves on 24th May 2021. It is 05th June today and so far my product has not been repaired.
    In their terms and service they mention the product will be replaced in not serviceable in 21 days. They are just doing fraud.
    Forget about the replacement they have not even bothered to repair my product. Now they have stopped answering my calls as well.

          I had ordered Mi 4 Pro 138.8 cm(55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV on 8 th Feb 2019 on flipkart along with Extended warranty of 2 years by Flipkart Protect ( Jeeves Consumer Services). The extended warranty will be valid from 8th Feb 2020 to 7th Feb 2022.
          Issues: We are not able to see anything on TV Screen.
          Request for technician to check the issue.

              ITs been 2 month my LED is not working and i have paid them 2 years warranty and now they are just giving future dates

              In may my LED was not working and it was under warranty with JEEVES their engineer came to repair LED and while opening the circuit he broke the screen and now they are doing nothing and given different date It been 2 month i am without TV

                I have raised an issue regarding smart features in my VU tv on May 18 and technician inspected my TV and ordered timing board and after 10 days he installed the board, even after changing the timing board my issue remained same and he again ordered motherboard after 20days he came back to install the board and after installing that board my TV stopped working all of a sudden, technician left my place by giving some fake words and he somehow he left and I have started calling Jeeves team they started telling me your issue will be solved with in two days, they told me all those kind of words for week and two days back they offered me refund which I have ordered them to replace my TV in working condition as per your rules but they are not responding me properly.. my TV was dead since 2 months, Jeeves is looting money from people in the name of extended warranty and not serving people properly...

                  Installation guy sold plan by offering false promises like plan is offered by Flipkart, you have only option to take immediately and most importantly the plan is extended warranty which starts after brand warranty. After paying the email received late after the guy left indicated warranty starts from installation date and when contacted Flupkart they told it is by Jeeves only and there is no responsibility from Flipkart.
                  Raised immediately cancellation request and not getting refund.. initially they told 8 days, then one week, then escalation 2 days three times. Still fighting as there is no way to contact escalate team and customer executives just ask for more days.. Really unprofessional..

                  There is no escalation team . Only one email id and one phone number.. getting general replies using both..
                  Putting reminders daily and calling customer care.. you can not escalate an issue in Jeeves.. customer will be left with waiting for refund.. surprised Flipkart is taking with such unprofessional guys like Jeeves..
                  Still waiting for refund a month about to complete
                  Jeeves are very cheap service mujhe july se 3 month ho gye h mera tv repair bi ni ho sakta ab ye log refund bi ni kr rhe h sale roj khte h 2 din ka wait kijiye

                      The TV that I ordered from Flipkart was delivered on June 25th. The date of installation as given in the Flipkart app was June 25th that was later shifted to June 28th. But I haven't received any updates from the people concerned regarding the date of installation. It's a terrible experience running from post to pillar for any updates. Unexpectedly poor service from Flipkart and Jeeves.

We don't even have a phone number to contact the people concerned. It would be great if I as a customer receives a confirmation from the people in charge of Jeeves services regarding when the service engineer/technician is going to show up. It's unfortunate that this is happening.

                            Dear Madam/ Sir,
                            Please refer to Flipkart / Jeeves Order ID: OD[protected] dated 20/04/2021 in respect of Sony 32 inch Full HD Led Smart TV with one year warranty and 2 years Extended warranty, handed over on 21/04/2018. The TV purchased for Rs. 32, 499/- and for the extended warranty by Jeeves payment of Rs. 2, 799/- done.
                            2. The said TV stopped working on 05/04/2021 and informed Jeeves at [protected]@jeeves.co.in on 06/04/2021. The request also forwarded from Flipkart App. The executive visited and dismantled the TV from stand and kept ready on 08/04/2021 for transportation to shop floor for repair. The TV was collected on 10/04/2021.
                            3. I sent mail to Jeeves on 25/04/2021, 30/05/2021 06/06/2021 and 13/06/2021 to enquire about the status of repair . The replies were vague and uncertain. The customer is not bound to wait for the mis management of the Jeeves. The Jeeves never come up with any solution till now. If the item is not repairable, please install a TV with same configuration within 03 working days or Pay me the original price of TV i.e Rs. 32, 499/- with 12% annual interest on the amount, from the day the defect was raised, till the date of payment is done.

                            The Jeeves continuing the same script as reply to the Complaint.. Mail Received from Jeeves on 27/6/21.
                            "Dear Customer,
                            Greetings from Jeeves!
                            As we checked with our team, the backend team is working on the issue.

                            However, due to logistical constraints based on the current situation, there will be a delay in the service. Rest assured, we are trying our level best to arrange the service of your product and will share an update by 6th July 2021.

                            Thanks for your patience."

                            Dear Madam/ Sir,
                            Kindly refer to my complaint dated 27/06/2021.
                            2. It is observed from the replies received from Jeeves Consumer services, that the Jeeves has failed to provide services and has taken more than enough time to repair. The defect was raised on 06/04/2021. The replies from Jeeves contains nothing other than asking for another 16 days time to repair. Now it is almost 3 months. The Jeeves never quoted the actual issue nor come up with any alternative solutions.
                            3. Being an alert consumer, the matter will be presented before consumer court (at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/) and the direction from the court would be followed.

                                On 15 June I ordered a TV from Flipkart then usually it reached at my home in the delivery date 19 June. Then I got a message from jeeves and Flipkart that my installation will be completed by 21 June. On 21 June the executive came to my home but he said that he had come with wrong Wall mount. After that he returned and still there is no confirm date when will I get my TV installed. I contacted the executive but he said that the Wall mount is not available yet so it is taking time. Please look at this matter it is very urgent for me.my case I'd ending is CKAJO8L

                                I had purchased a sofa from Flipkart. The executive, Biswajit Panda was supposed to be there to install my sofa on October 16, 2021 but the technician is so irresponsible that it has been three days and he is yet to install the sofa. He does not receive his call and if he does do it he refuses to provide the installation. It has already been a month that I have received my sofa and If your technician is unable to provide service, kindly ask him to provide in writing so that I can forward the same to National Consumer Court because otherwise you people do not learn your lesson.

                                    I purchase a Marq AC from flipkart and Also purchase extend Warranty, after one year i have some issue with AC, than i call to flipkart and they says Its cover by Jeeves and You submit your complaint to jeeves.
