Dear Madam/ Sir,
Please refer to Flipkart / Jeeves Order ID: OD[protected] dated 20/04/2021 in respect of Sony 32 inch Full HD Led Smart TV with one year warranty and 2 years Extended warranty, handed over on 21/04/2018. The TV purchased for Rs. 32, 499/- and for the extended warranty by Jeeves payment of Rs. 2, 799/- done.
2. The said TV stopped working on 05/04/2021 and informed Jeeves at [protected]@jeeves.co.in on 06/04/2021. The request also forwarded from Flipkart App. The executive visited and dismantled the TV from stand and kept ready on 08/04/2021 for transportation to shop floor for repair. The TV was collected on 10/04/2021.
3. I sent mail to Jeeves on 25/04/2021, 30/05/2021 06/06/2021 and 13/06/2021 to enquire about the status of repair . The replies were vague and uncertain. The customer is not bound to wait for the mis management of the Jeeves. The Jeeves never come up with any solution till now. If the item is not repairable, please install a TV with same configuration within 03 working days or Pay me the original price of TV i.e Rs. 32, 499/- with 12% annual interest on the amount, from the day the defect was raised, till the date of payment is done.

Kindly refer to my complaint dated 27/06/2021.
2. It is observed from the replies received from Jeeves Consumer services, that the Jeeves has failed to provide services and has taken more than enough time to repair. The defect was raised on 06/04/2021. The replies from Jeeves contains nothing other than asking for another 16 days time to repair. Now it is almost 3 months. The Jeeves never quoted the actual issue nor come up with any alternative solutions.
3. Being an alert consumer, the matter will be presented before consumer court (at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/) and the direction from the court would be followed.

But I am sorry to let you know that it was done thrice so far. Haven't had any positive updates regarding the issue. We don't even have a phone number to contact the people concerned. It would be great if I as a customer receives a confirmation from the people in charge of Jeeves services regarding when the service engineer/technician is going to show up. It's unfortunate that this happening.
