I have purchased flipkart branded marq 43 inch tv with complete protection plant in may 2019. Recently there was sound issue in my tv and sound is not clear. I have called flipkart complete protection plan customer care on 25th october 2019 for raising complain but i have shifted to new address after purchasing tv so they have first taken my request to update address and i have received email from jeeves that mu new address updated on 26th october 2019. Then after i have filed my complaint on 27th october as address was updated. I have received engineer name and mobile number on next day i. E. 28th october for services. When i have tried to call him, he was giving false commitment everyday that he will come today or tomorrow but he never came and cancelled by jeeves flipkar saying that not able to contact customer. However i have never received single call from engineer or customer care for resolving complaint. I have taken up issue again on 6th november 2019 when i received message of cancellation of complaint but mr dadapir shaikh from flipkart complete protection plan assured me that complaint will be resolved by 8th november but same was not happened and again i called customer care and they said that there was no such request and they were asking me register new complaint. After lot of arguments with customer care, they have forced me to put new complaint on 8th november 2019 and i have done so. When i received call from engineer, i get to know that he went to my old address and he was saying that your new address is not updated. However i already received email confirmation from jeeves on 26th october itself. When i called flipkart complete protection customer care then they were advising me that your address is already updated and when i am calling jeeves customer care then they were saying that your address is still to be updated.

Ultimately flipkart and jeeves is playing with customer like as football since last 15 days and still my complaint is not resolved. Its really cheat and chip company. Zero percent customer service. Today its 10.11.2019 and my complaint is still not resolved.
