Sir, we purchased "redmi note 7 pro" by flipkart and complete mobile protection plan for 12 months by jeeves consumer services on 28 june 2019. Last month oct 2019 unexpectedly mobile screen broken. We compliant it to flipkart, they said contact complete mobile protection seller jeeves. Then we contact jeeves, and they reply this... (We would request you to please provide your plan details or your registered mobile number.) we provided plan details and mobile number. Then they mail "kindly specify your device issue for claim register. And share do you prefer for repair option or refund option. Kindly share device front image, back image and invoice copy of the device for further assistance... We provided what they asked, mobile images and invoice copy and refund option (Pay out). Next day they mailed us... For payout claim, kindly contact our tollfree number[protected] or[protected], jeeves) if we called their provided numbers, said contact[protected], flipkart) if we contact this number they said for complete mobile protection contact[protected], jeeves) both flipkart and jeeves playing with us. Please solve our problem sir.

The next day when we notice our issue to you, they called and registered our complaint and mailed us to provide product images, invoice copy and a/c detailes. after four days issue solved.

Is this not very serious concern to get noticed? I have been calling them about 119 times only to hear " sir we don't have further updates to provide our backend team will reach out to you in next 48 working hours"
