I was purchased mi 4a (32inch) television on oct 15, 2018 via flipkart additional with 2years extended warranty, this is normally works on past days but now it have one complaint this is after switch on my tv pictures was not shown only sound is comes but no pictures, i think it's display complaint as early, this happened from 30.10.19, please repair and claim warranty as soon as possible.

    My above installation is pending from 27.10.2019. I insisted on immediate installation by calling to phone no[protected]. But to my utter surprise i received two sms to my mobile no what read ' as discussed we have rescheduled...'. I have requested immedite installation instead. Moreover the contact no of the person you have assigned for installation yesterday, was switched off. None from your office contacted me throughout the day. Again at 11 pm yesterday i received an sms that the installation is rescheduled on 04.11.2019 again claiming to be 'as discussed'. I do not expect such falsehood from a reputed organization like yours. The installation is already delayed please see.

      Hi team, today my vu 55' inch tv was installed. I asked engineer that i require extended warranty from vu but instead of telling me the truth the engineer provided me the jeeves extended warranty (3070 rs) and told me that they provide service from vu only.
      So i paid the amount using cc on the link provided.
      When i checked the invoice after some time
      This is such a fake encounter of the jeeves then only i realised that engineer provided me some third party service.. This is such a pathetic incident.. The engineer is hiding the truth from the user.. I am so angry that i will go to any extent to get my money back.. I demand my money asap otherwise i will have to go consumer court..

        Dear sir/mam,
        I have had 3 tech visits for my lenovo z6 pro mobile.in last tech visit, technician spent 2hrs to check each and every problem with mobile in both condition without and with formatted state. Each time he got same issue and provide me a job sheet and mentioned that in job sheet as well. But the concern is that online he updated false news and i am suffering since 30days for their wrong deeds. I have attached the jobsheet in which he has mentioned everything and i put my remarks. Please go through this jobsheet properly and resolve my issue asap.

          As per above sited subject, i had register my complain on 30 sep 2019 regarding my ac remote not working, but till today not single technician visited to my place nor remote replaced, every time i got massage from you regarding technician contact no & schedule but whenever i contact them they are not ready to come at my place because my place is little away from ponda city (Goa), that is hardly 09km from ponda, and regarding your customer support person when i asked them to connect call to your senior manager or executive every-time either they put call on hold around 10-15 min and end the call, or-else give assurance within 48hrs they will provide service and till date issue didnt solved.
          And i you people not able to resolve the problem let us know frankly dont give assurance, or we are ready lodge complain against you in consumer court.

            I have got my mobile insured with flipkart protection plan against which i put a claim of damage. Jeeves team asked me to pay 500 inr which i did and they picked my phone on 30-sep-19. I have been following up from last 20 days and not getting any response. Even jeeves team gave me fake tracking number stating that we have sent replacement because your mobile can't be repaired. Today again called and they kept me in waiting for 45 minutes but no response. There customer support is fake and jeeves team is making money by asking 500 inr for claim and then even not returning device back. I want my mobile value back and also penalty against the harrassment and time wasted by jeeves team.

            Dear Consumer Complaint Team,
            Jeeves team is not responding on this, they have called me yesterday morning may be after looking at this complaint and committed they will resolve but again it seems to be a false call just to ensure that i close this complaint. They confirmed it will be closed by today morning by 10 but nothing has been done, my mobile worth 16K is with them and also they charged me 500 INR as claim charges plus I paid extra money for insurance when I bought this mobile which again is approx 800 INR. I want to put claim of 50K for all the harassment and cheating these guys are doing to consumers. Please tell me next step for taking them to court and also my claim amount.

              Hi there,

              This is regarding my thomson 55 inch led tv with "order id: od[protected]" i have received more than 15+ calls and more than 20+ reschedule messages from jeeves service without any notice they could not able to solve my issue behalf of that they have cancelled my ticket due to not picking the call only once (I may be in meeting), when i pick the call what have they done? I have received the calls many times but nothing has happened, again they have raised a new ticket. After buying this tv i'm facing motherboard issue within two months, initially the technician said its a software issue later he is saying its a motherboard issue and the technicians behaviour is so rude, today i and jeevies customer care team leader and jeevies technician had a conference call even the customer care team leader have seen how rude the technicians are, i never expected this kind of service from thomson because i'm getting tourcher from jeevies service and their unskilled technicians. I never saw this kind of pathetic service before.

              1. Technicians are soooooooo rude
              2. Unskilled technicians
              3. False information providing by the jeevies service and their technicians.
              4. Getting tourcher by jeevies customer care and their technicians.
              5. Pathetic service by jeevies.
              6. Before solving the previous issue they have raised new ticket.

              Here are the technicians who speaking sooo rudely.

                claim registration for complete mobile protection plan 1 year

                From flipkart purchased mobile phone (Asus zenfone max pro m1) with that complete mobile protection plan for 1 year.

                I received my mobile on 22th october 2018 but i was given protection plan which is expiring by 19th october 2019.

                Plan number: jppoffk654082.

                On 19th october 2019 my phone fell down and my display got damaged and earphone jack also not functioning. Immediately i checked flipkart...

                  I have purchased a mi tv from flipkart which was delivered on 24th oct 19 and the installation was confirmed by the sms i received stating "installation and demo scheduled: installation and demo for mi led smart tv 4x 108 cm (43) with order id od[protected] has been scheduled with jeeves consumer services private limited. Your service request number for the same is finm-3vrbd9-qy214w-ylbnlk-g02e0bf and will be done on saturday, oct 26, 2019. You can now change the date by clicking http://fkrt.it/bn2XgcNNNN". Today on seeing the amount of negative reviews for jeeves goa centre which unanimously stated that the service centre is pathetic and installations are never done on time. So right from morning 9 a. M i have been calling the customer care centre continuously to make sure that a engineer is assigned for my case and the installation ia done today without fail. However till now not even an engineer has been assigned for my case and on calling the customer service executive at around 2.30 and asking her to transfer my call to a senior executive she very casually says senior executive cannot speak to me, all are busy and on telling her ro inform them to call me once they are free even after 30mins i still haven't received a call. This kind of service is pathetic. After reading all the reviews about jeeves goa the conclusion is unanimous that their service at least in goa is pathetic.

                  Also flipkart needs to make sure their service partners are up to the mark as it also reflects poorly on flipkart's service.

                  Inspite of continuous followup i still do not receive any satisfactory response. At 5.30 i receive a message stating that the installation has been postponed to 27th october. This is just disgusting. On calling your customer support for the nth number of time and speaking to "mr. Syed dzeema" who smacked of arrogance. He even had the audacity to tell me that if i do not disconnect the call he will disconnect the call and this is exactly what he did. This guy needs to be sacked immediately for he doesn't fit the service industry.

                  So to summarize the day im told at 9am that the installation setup will be done by the backend team by 10 am. When i call at 10 i am told the backend team will start operations by 11 and an engineer will be fixed by 11.30am. At 12 still no engineer is alloted. Again at 12.30 on calling the customer executive hamza im told she has "escalated" the issue and an engineer shall be assigned and the installation shall be surely done today by 6 p. M. Even after 4 pm when no engineer was assigned on calling the customer care i was told by megha i am told by her that the engineer will visit for sure by end of the day and that the engineers work till 8pm. However at 5.30 i receive a msg stating that the installation will be done on the 27 instead inspite of my continuous followup.in calling the customer care again at 7 pm i speak to an arrogant executive syed dzeema who tells me to cut the call or he will hangup on me if i dont and that is exactly what he did. Height of customer disservice.

                  Now again iam told that installation will happen on the 27 which i am absolutely confident will not happen as it is a sunday and also diwali. Pathetic!

                  Flipkart is equally responsible if not more for this mess as they should check their partners efficiency before partnering with them. Disgusting!

And whenever i contacted jeeves they says that their back end team will contact me and nobody has contacted me till now. Very,...                         I have raised a claim software & hardwre claim for my mobile protection.
                        Claim id - iw[protected].

                        One day i recieved a call from one of the f1 service center associate saying my phone cannot be repaired because they found some internal liquid damage and i have already availed the liquid damage service around 25 days back. The mobile will be send back to me unrepaired.

                        Its purely service centers responsibility to give proper service when liquid damage happened. Within a month of repair the mobile phone starts showing problems like sensor slow response/ camera and flashlight not working and when i am raising the software & hardware claim for repair, they say it cannot be repaired and they will send back my phone unrepaired.

                        They are arguing with me that i should have identified the issue within 5 days of repair.

                        I dropped an email to "[protected]@jeeves.co.in" to register my complain but no response or call back recieved.

                        I asked them to transfer call to higher authority whom i can explain the issue but they didn't. They kept my mobile for another 2 days. I called the customer support and did enquiry on the status, he said my mobile is getting repaired and it will be shipped back to me next day.

                        Now i have recieved my mobile today, and it is unrepaired. They did what they wanted to do and now i have to suffer.

                          I ordered mi tv from flipkart, i was being fooled and cheated at every step.

                          Firstly the product was delivered late almost took 1 month after putting several complains, then once the product was delivered it is still pending for installation.

                          Installation was scheduled to jeeves consumer services but the engineer appointed namely vinay singh argued and denied for installation of product, moreover he stated ' you can complain to any damn person i don't care'

                          Then after putting complain on flipkart customer care, i got a message and email from flipkart that my product has been installed.
                          It was really unpleasant experience shopping from flipkart and it was not the first time i experienced such difficulty. Stop fooling customers and i am planning to move consumer forum for such unprofessional work.

                            My vu television's is power failure from last one month but jeeves neither providing service nor replying mails.
                            Even product is under extended warranty
                            Don't buy anything online if it is covered under jeeves warranty. Jeeves take warranty money at initial stage but later no service provides.
                            They just make consumer fool on phone stating technician is coming within hour

                            I have ordered for home by nilkamal serra engineered wood dressing table
                            From flipkart order od[protected], delivered on 19th oct, everyday since then we are getting message that it will be installed on 20-oct, 21-oct, 22-oct, 23-oct and now 24-oct. I called up tollfree at least 10 times but no resolution, today itself we called up 4 times. If the installation is not done today i will return the material.

                            Jeeves consumer services is giving false message. My TV was supposed to be installed on 22nd Oct-19, but till date it is not installed. I am calling them every day 4-5 times but they are always giving me false commitment that today by end of the it will be installed.
                            It is always playing with the sentiment of customer.

My onida smart tv 109 model number: 43fis/2017 screen size 109.22 tv display colors issues looks like tv flash light issues, i raised complaint on october 2nd jeeves taken 7 days to register complaint itself 7th october finally complaint registered 8th october executive captured the photos and went he said with in 1 week issues will resolved. After that no response it almost 1 month, every day even i am calling to jeeves customer care executive not responding properly every time say part pending issues. Wait for few days we will escalate the issues to extend warranty team. No response from extend warranty team. I have plans to complaint pettiation in bangalore civil court or high court.

                                I got a wardrobe delivered from flipkart on 18/10/19 the the deliveryman said that installation will be done next day but they haven't done till today 22/10/19. I m calling them and they give time till evening and then reschedule it to the next day. They gave a contact no of a person who was responsible to come for installation but he never receive the call and today in the evening is said that i cannot come today you can complain to whomsoever you want to and now i got a message from jeeves that engineer was unable to reach you.in the evening the customer care executive told us that some other person will come and installation will be done today itself and later i got this type of message saying the executive was unable to reach you in spite of telling them that i call to the concern engineer whose number was given by you and said he won't come today as well. I am tired requesting them to come and install it but they hasn't given any solution for this

                                  Mi tv motherboard issue not resolved for more than a month. I reported to jeeves on 19th september, the tech came home and said that mother board need to be replaced. He said that it will take a week for the replacement part to arrive. I called jeeves customer multiple times they keep saying that its a part pending case.

                                  L1 used to say part pending case and no supervisor available to transfer.
                                  If i be on call for more than an hour they will transfer it to senior person

                                  Senior person will say that they will escalate to ew team and the team will email or contact me before eod.

                                  Spending more than one hour to speak to a senior person on alternate days with no resolution

                                  Last person i spoke was melwin (Senior person) who said that there is no managers to speak to customers. I waited for about 1 hour and 30 mins to speak to a manager but till the end he kept saying that no manager is available to escalate or transfer my call. And i will be receiving the email from the concerned team. This happened yesterday and till now i have not received any emails.

                                  Jeeves does'nt have a manager to speak to the customer or managers are not willing to speak to the customers who pays them the salary.

                                  Till date the issue is not resolved and i have not received any email or any calls.

                                  Is there any way i could get help from someone to get this issue fixed.

                                  Please ask your Agents not to disconnect the customers call
                                  I called your customer care for getting that case id as i did not had it handy, your agent asked me to contact Flipkart, i said that ticker number for the service that is currently open, had me on call for 30 mins on hold and disconnected the call.
