I purchased a panasonic tv from flipkart with 2 years extended jeeves warranty. Recently, after an year o[censored]sage, the tv stopped switching on. I raised a complaint with jeeves on 2nd sep, 2019 and a engineer visited on 5th sep, 2019. He told me that within 15 days the defective motherboard will be replaced. I have been following up with jeeves since 20th sep, 2019 and they say to wait to 1-2 days as the issue is still in part pending status. The extended warranty document says that they will replace the item if it is not fixed within 30 days. Here it has been more that 1.5 months now and after following up like more than 20 times, the issue is still not resolved. Even raised an issue with flipkart, they are also not helping. I have all the related documents with me. Jeeves are such a fraud and flipkart is supporting it
