[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — mi tv pickup by jeeves but refund not received in my account | |||
Case id : 0h15ewjcsth-2884384 : jweboi2af6657 My mi tv have under extended warranty with jeeves. On dated 15 aug’20 suddenly my mi tv screen is spoilt due to which i had called to jeeves customer services and discussed above issues and lodges the complaint against the same. After that they arranged engineer and was sent to my residence on dated 16-aug-20 (Mr. Pankaj) to check product issues. I have received email from cx extended warranty on dated 19-aug-20 and they mentioned in email there is panel issue (Non economical repair case, will release refund against this pls share account details, after received account details, defective product will pick up from register address and supposed to provide refund within 8 business days. I shared my account details with jeeves company and then my mi tv have picked on dtd 24 august 2020. But till date we have not received refund in my account of inr rs 9399 even i had contacted many times to customer care of jeeves even sent an email. But customer care have only one word to response it will be credit within 24-48 hours. Already month has been passed away after filing complaint. But not received credit in my account.
