Jeeves Consumer Services — mobile theft claim rejection | |||
Policy no jppoffk1485508 mobile protection plan. I have purchased my redmi note 5 pro gold 64gb model from flipkart with jeeves complete mobile protection plan. Theft happen with my mobile and same complaint raised with jeeves helpdesk. Provided all necessary documents. I have provided them online copy on mobile lost complaint with hadapsar police station stamp on it. They are not accepting this document, and demanding fir copy u/sec 154 crpc. The highest authority of hadapsar police station told me that, online document is sufficient for any claim and they are not providing me fir copy. No one is responding properly. I have never seen such a poor service.. From past 15 days i am continuously going to police station and calling geeves customer care, now jeeves has rejected my claim stating not submitting fir copy. And i'm not getting any help from any one. Even after purchasing insurance i am feeling helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||

JPPOFFK2231350 - phone was picked up for repair and after that I do not have any information about where my phone is. Whether I call they say it's under repair and they do not have any other information . Keep saying wait for 5 more days and this keep on going ... I want my phone back and in repaired condition. Phone was picked up on 20th July 2020 and it's 5 August and no update about my phone
