I have purchased the mobile from Flipkart along with that i have purchased the Complete Mobile Protection 1 Year by Flipkart Protect along with that, My mobile was not working hence i had raised the claim on 03 Apr 25, they forced me to pay 1000 Rs processing charge and then initially they cancelled the pickup without any call and after multiple followup they arranged the pick up on 18th, they did not seems to provide the services as i had to call them every time to check for the update. Post receiving the mobile they mentioned that mobile repairing cost is more than 50% of the device hence either we can pay you 50% of the mobile or will deliver the unpaired product to your address within 48 business hours. They forced me to choose any one from that but as per their website they clearly mention that if they are unable to repair so they will replace my mobile. But after following up on call, mails since more than one month they all has stopped responding to me. Its like they have cheated me and mentally harassing me since last 1 month because they have not replaced my mobile as per the commitment.
Now they are not reachable on email, call etc.
