I bought a infinix hot 12 phone from Flipkart with 1 year of complete mobile protection plan of ₹299/- from Jeeves. My phone display damaged by accident. I request a claim of payout option for my damaged display . after 15 days of my request for claim Jeeves is not refunded my amount and i have not received any update about my claim till now. My experience with jeeves customer service is so much worst. Don't Waste your time and money to purchase complete mobile protection plan from jeeves customer service today i have spend one month to resolve my issue but there is no response from jeeves.
