[Resolved]  Jeeves Consumer Services — Regarding claim of damaged display of phone

I bought a infinix hot 12 phone from Flipkart with 1 year of complete mobile protection plan of ₹299/- from Jeeves. My phone display damaged by accident. I request a claim of payout option for my damaged display . after 15 days of my request for claim Jeeves is not refunded my amount and i have not received any update about my claim till now. I am facing very problem without my phone.

I am facing very problem without my phone. very worst service from Jeeves care there is no update from jeeves customer service after 30 days of my request.

My experience with jeeves customer service is so much worst. Don't Waste your time and money to purchase complete mobile protection plan from jeeves customer service today i have spend one month to resolve my issue but there is no response from jeeves.

Yes my complain resolved by jeeves and my payout amount of damaged display has been credited.
