I am purchasing Vivo T1 phone with screen damage protection of Jeeves.
My screen damage I am file claim in portal but not any technical issue from Jeeves claim not registered.
Again I am filed claim on 25th May 2023 number is CLSPG[protected] which is cancelled by Jeeves finance team without any rectification or reason I am taking follow up with daily call and e mail 45 times to Jeeves but issue not solved and I am not received payout of my claim.

I am again filed claim as per Jeeves executive on 13 July 2023 with number
CLSPL[protected] provide all necessary documents but again claim cancelled by Jeeves finance team as Jeeves executive confarmation. I am ask for reasons what problem in document then tell that that know only our financial team .
I am ask for call transfer to Back and support team that all time tell that they will not available.

What make foolish to people by Jeeves.

My issue can resolve as soon as possible

I am also attached mail screenshot of follow up 45 times and 10 times in Both claim

Today 2 month complete till claim not processed.

      Company is not providing refund as they are reply daily with same comments from last 15 days.

      Refund amount - 5200

      As per company policy i have registered my refund request within 10 days of purchased

      5 July purchased and 7 July complaint registered but no action till now

            Sir/Madam,
            I have complained about the washing machine refund not provided and the amount of money taken from me for part purchase wad not refunded.
            I would like to inform that washing machine refund amount has been provided, but the amout of Rs 1600/- paid by me for part purchase haven't been refunded yet.
            The proof of the same been emailed many times, but the same reply ' the insurance claim has been, processed' is provided.
            Kindly refund the amount paid for the parts i.e rs 1600/- as per the promised by support team over a call.
            The recordings could be checked.

              Hiii My registered mobile number in Jeeves is [protected] my claim I'd is CPFK[protected] .I bought a Oneplus TV through Flipkart and I chosen Extended warranty through Jeeves .when my TV got fault I raised a complaint through Jeeves on 16th June they sent one technician to visit for the tv complaint that time he told me.that speaker complaint so take it as a request to replace the speakers but nearly 1 month still no contact from Jeeves and no proper calls and If I try to call they refused to attend the call at all I don't no what to do here after better way is through consumer court is the right solution am I think so kindly take it as a complaint for further

                I have a marq fridge that I am trying to repair for one month now everytime I call customer care all they tell me is that my part is on the way and will take 5 to 7 days. It's been a month now but 5 to 7 days never come . If you won't repair my fridge tell me clearly that you won't do repair my fridge. Jeevs has the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen in my life .

                  I have purchased a cot through Flipkart with order id OD[protected]. The Material -Cot received by us on 11/07/2023 and it is in Knocked down condition. as per the terms it was scheduled to install on 12/07/2023.

                  Till date nobody turned up for installation. Nobody is taking up our phone calls too . Instead, they closed the service in Flipkart website.

                  without installation how can one close the service issue? Was it acknowledged by anybody? No details and customer support is not providing any details.

                  Please arrange to send somebody for the installation urgently

                    I have a 3-year complete protection plan for Xiaomi TV with Jeeves under CPJVUB[protected] and a claim for its damaged display (Accidental damage).

                    1. First I contacted Jeeves Support on the 21st and they registered the claim with CLCPH[protected] and told me that I have to pay processing fees amounting to 500 Rs and a service technician will visit within 72 hours. I paid the amount using the following link "We hope you are enjoying the JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES experience. Please click on http://fkrt.it/SHlahUuuuN to make a payment of Rs. 500.0 towards your Excess Payment CLCPH[protected]. -Flipkart"

                    BUT NO ONE HAS VISITED IN THE NEXT 72 HOURS

                    2. Again I contacted support on 24th June and U was told in the next 24 hours that Someone will come to examine and diagnose my TV. I got a new Claim ID CLCPC[protected] BUT NO ONE CAME

                    3. On 25th June I called support again and I was told I would get a call the next day for some approval. But no one called.

                    4. On 28th June I contacted Jeeves through email, and I was told they will get back to me in two business days. It's been 9 days, but no one made any contact with me So kindly do the necessary.

                      My washing machine under extended warranty got damaged, so I called Jeeves for the support in first week of April 2023, Jeeves sent a technician on 4th May who find a faculty part and requested me to pay partly for the part I have paid RS 1600/- on 4 th may 2023.
                      Then the technician brought a unsuitable/ bigger part than that can be fitted. He again said to wait for a week or two to get the correct part.
                      But till now neither the machine is repaired nor the refund has been processed, although I receive a call on daily basis about processing my refund but no action is taken yet.( About three months later).

                          Have bought marq ac in Flipkart with extended warranty and ac get problem and I complaint on 17-5-23 and technician came and told indoor unit blow air motor problem and complained for spare part till now repair not done, as per terms and conditions they have to repair in 21 days but one month above completed, almost 45 days above still not repair done.

                            Sir i am given complaint of my led tv on 12 April but without on result the complaint was closed again I have given complaint on 23 may which was near about one month till date the led tv was not rectified yet they are giving messages of parts procurement every four-five days gap instead of repair sir I am unsatisfied from your services providing to the customer which is unfortunate sir if you think I am given any wrong statement sir kindly check my complaint history on your system

                              I am trying to contact Jeeva for repair of my marq fridge for over 3 weeks now but the Jeeves service is so pathetic they won’t even come to see what’s wrong with my fridge. Why do you take money in name of insurance to do fraud with people. Your customer service is world class pathetic. Don’t do fraud in name of insurance.

                                I had purchased Motorola 32 inch LED TV from Flipkart with an extended warranty of 3 years. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with refund amount (Rs. 1300 approx.) that has been offered to me against My Motorola 32 inch LED TV under the Complete Protection Plan. I am not ready to accept this amount.

                                The repairing services provided by your team have been inadequate, resulting in extended downtime of the TV. Their Technicians picked up my TV for repairing purpose but they converted this TV into unrepairable through poor services and sent it into scraps.

                                Despite multiple emails and calls to Jeeves Customer Support Team, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to my problem yet till today. The Jeeves Team is always ready with fake assurances and casualty towards my issue whenever I try to contact them on their helpline number.

                                I am entitled to get 70-80% as per policy of the amount that I paid for the TV. The repairing services provided by your team have been inadequate, resulting in extended downtime of this TV.

                                Hence I would request you to reconsider for the claim amount against this LED TV or else deliver back my TV in the working condition on my address as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased whirlpool 240 l frost free refrigerator on 16 march 2022 and the product was delivered on 23 march 2022 (Order ID:OD[protected]. The fridge stopped cooling after running for 12 months. I called customer care to complain but got no response. I had also taken the CAP (Complete Appliance Protection) policy. Technician (satyam Singh) also came from Jeeves but could not repair it and it took 1 week's time. The fridge is not cooling less than March end and today is going to be May end. How can one function without a fridge in this heat? Take the fridge of any company, it works well for 5 to 10 years. I think flipkart has given me duplicate products. I do not buy products by trusting any dealer, rather I trust Flipkart. Either give me a refund so that I can buy another fridge or replace it with another fridge. So you are requested to pay attention to my complaint and solve my issue. All attachments (policy details, invoice & Fridge's Photos) attached. Pls find these attachments.
