I've raised a service request regarding huge noice coming from my Marq Washing machine through Jeeves customer care on Jan 3rd 2023. After 2 days one technician visited my house and told that they need to replace part, so that he asked time around 10-15 days. And charged 350/- for technician visit. I got message from jeeves, stating that a call will come for confirmation of refund. I was waiting those days, but I didn't get any call.

Now jeeves says that, as they called but I didn't pick up so the refund was cancelled.

I just asked the representative, on salary payment date, if you are not reachable, can they simply deny the salary and will you be happy in such case?

Have taken a 3-year amc protection policy. With jeeves for my brand new vu tv purchased on 23 jan 2023. I have paid rs 3180, till date i have not received the policy details, policy wordings, inclusions and exclusion etc . Even after so many calls and reminders, emails, the company is not responding. I want the policy to be cancelled and the amount refunded to me immediately...

I am facing an issue with my hdmi port of my smart TV of Oneplus(1+). It is also confirmed by Jeeves technician that its an issue of the hdmi port for which company have to change the board as per company norms.

In his 2nd visit, the technician came after 2-3 days time and came with a board, after fixing it he faced a problem of mirror image. He tried but failed to fix the issue and ask me to wait, as now he need a software...

My mobile has a screen issue sometime not working fine then i raised a request in Jeeves they aggred i raised in time after that they didn't arrange pickup for my mobile again escalate they arrange pickup then they picked my mobile on January 24th after 26th I got mail reply from Jeeves we received mobile and repaired send you in 10days after 10 days...

I purchased this led tv from flipkart and also bought jeeves extended warranty for 3 years. Now after 2 years there was some manufacturing problem with my tv’s panel so I called jeeves to come and repair my tv. I have registered a complaint on Jeeves related to my TV panel issue and it’s been almost 40 days I haven’t got a proper response from the team or didn’t get the product back. as per the policy ETA for a panel repair is 21 days and it’s already crossed.
Whenever I contact their customer care they are asking for 2 more business days to provide some update.
This is clear case of cheating and violation of policy from Jeeves.br...

I bought a 50Inch LCD television on 14 May 2021 . The TV stopped working from 12 Dec 2022. I have bought Jeevs complete protection for 3 years. valid till 13 May 2024. The repair is pending for one month after making multiple calls to Jeevs and Nokia. Kindly give me solution on this issue...

I raised the complaint on nov. the company said they have provided the parts but I call nearby centre, they are saying they have not received the parts.I got multiple time call regarding tecnician visit to install the damaged item but it is nearly 2 months, it is not fixed as of now

This is a clever looting business! 95% of the time, an extended warranty won't apply as repairs on new TVs are rare. And for the 5% who face issues, they have their call CENTER associates who have no clue provide the standard response "Wait for 2 business days, the technician will be arranged" until the CUSTOMER gives up. ### shameless people....

I purchased marq tv in Flipkart. My tv not working after 1 year. I was complaint registrated for Flipkart customers service center. Complaint registered[protected].my tv pickup[protected]. Till I am waiting. So My problem doesn't solve. This is the very long waiting. I am very suffering.

I request for my refund amount of extended warranty because product is returned already. On 29 oct 2022 they only said that amount will be credited in account in 2 business days but today is 6 jan 2023 amount not received yet.
