My complaint number is CLAFLK[protected], which I filed on July 29th, and to date, I have received no resolution. Your phone officer always says they understand the problem and gives 48 hours. The person assigned to repair the refrigerator sends me back with a false comment, saying they are trying to contact you, but your mobile number is unreachable. I last spoke to your technical person, Mr. Yash Tyagi, on August 7th. He came to look at the problem on August 8th and said the compressor would be replaced. And I got an update from you that the compression has arrived on 11th, and it will be replaced on 14th August, but it did not happen. On asking again several times, I was told that on 24th August I got a message that I have again requested for parts. After that, your senior told me to talk to the technical desk that an update has come from the vendor that the technician will come on 29th August and will replace the parts but still it did not happen. I again spoke to your senior technical person, and he said that you should wait for 48 hours and he will try to get it done but again it did not happen. When I spoke again, he said that your vendor has given a time of 10th September. On 2nd September, I had clearly mentioned that if the parts are not available then my product should be replaced but that is also not happening and today it has happened,
As per 24th September the last discussion I said that you will get your money back for the product and you will take the product in 2-3 days and after that the refund process will be done but till now no update has come. I wanted to know whether your team does not work or does not want to work or is kept there only to harass the customers.
