I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-disposal of my repairing claim, Claim ID JCRT-5TM825-N243ID-HVIK1U-E0LYNQP submitted on 27.05.2025. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution regarding my claim.

- Nature of Repair: Repairing of Thomson 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV
The said product was picked up from my home by their Technician on 28.05.2025 citing the issue of panel and it was told that the product will be delivered within 15 days. I have made several attempts to contact their office to inquire about the status of my claim, but I have not received any satisfactory response. As a result, I am facing significant inconvenience as the committing date of delivery is extending several times from their end.
I received one msg from Jeeves on 19.06.2025 that TV has been repaired and it will be delivered by 26.06.2025. But till date item has not been delivered.
Their customer care has not any update regarding the status of the product and they are only giving extended timeline every time. Was this information helpful? |
