[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — Thomson LED TV | |||
I purchased a Thomson LED tv through Flipkart with 2 year extended warranty. i logged a complain of LED panel issue on 24th July 2021. And service person picked up on 31 July 2021. After that i regularly called jeeves customer care regarding TV but after 20th august when i called each and every time to wait for 2 day but till now no resolution. Approx i called them more than 20 times. Now this situation becomes panic day by day and as per their policy i want refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
