    We have purchased a Micromax TV from Flipkart and as suggested by them we also bought the extended warranty from Jeeves as a bundled service from Flipkart. After 18 months the TV developed display problem and upon registering our complaint a Technician was sent by Jeeves who checked the TV and informed that the panel needs to be replaced. Then they took the TV along with the remote control and mounting stand. From then the harassment started. Even after 2 months they were not returning the TV. Then after several calls they came with the TV but didn't brought the remote control and stand. And they have not repaired or replaced the panel. The TV is not working till date.
    We strongly believe that Flipkart is aware of all these but still they are allowing companies like Jeeves to cheat customers in their website.

      I bought this marq TV 2 years back. Suddenly tv as stopped recently not working . Immediately I raised request from jeeves they actually came and check the TV, on first visit by technician he said picture board is gone then immediately raised the request on the product through his mobile. then second visit technician came with fault product and checked with the TV it as not working. then again he told another product also gone so he raised request again and it will ship within one week and I contacted after one week like one day back they told the product was shipped technician will arrive soon.today I called customer service they told still it is in shipping it is not arrived yet. Customer service persons wasn't a proper update to a customer. Till now three weeks has gone I am looking for a solution that is not a working from customer service really pathetic for me. August 21st I contacted the customer service and August 22nd the technician arrived and today the date is 13 September 2021..

        Hi Jeeves
        I complaint last 56 days[protected] back issue regarding with my mi 43 led tv. My mi tv is not working, so many times I called Jeeves customer service number[protected], any time customer care executives are telling just 7 days ur complaint will be resolved but till date my issue was not resolved. Last 6days[protected] back my extended warranty is expired.
        Yesterday I received a mail from Jeeves
        We are sorry to inform you that your plan is expired. As per the terms and conditions, we will not be able to provide a service for your product.
        I complaint[protected] days back that time my mi tv is under warranty period. Ur executive telling just 7 days but Jeeves not resolved my issue till date.
        What Jeeves thinks customers are fools. 56 days back I complaint Jeeves, till date my issue was not resolved. Just 6 days back my extended warranty is expired.
        Last 50 days my tv is under warranty period. That time Jeeves is sleeping mode.
        Last 6 days back my extended warranty is expired Jeeves immediately wakeup and start telling ur plan is expired so cannot provide service.

          I bought full protection plan from Jeeves which was purchased from the technical who can to install the machine and I was been told I can cancel this plan if I don't like within a month so I thought I will go with it as technical was in hurry to go and I didn't had much time to read terms and condition and since It was canceallable I decided it to do later.

          So I went for cancellation since I didn't like what they are offering in full protection plan and decided to cancel it.

          Now its been 2 Months I haven't received any refund from them

          I am following daily with them and only thing they say is we have escalated please wait for 2 to 3 business days

          fedup with this type of service.
          they are running this fraud from years and flipkart knows it but still they are not trying to improve it

            Bought a TV from Flipkart (MI TV) in Aug 2018 with two years extended warranty from Jeeves. Warrant was expiring this august . TV stopped working in June . Complaint raised to Jeeves, got scripted response stating that they will contact for repair in two weeks . 2 weeks passed, i contacted again, got another scripted reply stating that technician will contact with two weeks . Again no response, contacted flipkart via twitter, they responded stating that i will get a 70 % refund of the TV value, another month passed, this time flipkart contacted me and said seller ( Jeeves) rejected the offer and payment is not possible.

            I have no option to go to consumer court now, moving towards it

              I have Motorola ZX2 40'' LED Smart TV SL NO. 2070097M100812. Which bought from Flipcart on 10.11.2020 Order Id. OD[protected]. I bought 3 year complete protection from Jeeves through offline Rs 1800/-.

              Now my TV suffering screen problem and any other issue. i contact jeeves cosumer serice for this issue they response my problem and visit a technician to my House for this matter. But after technician visit they close this matter without solve my TV problem.
              Therefore i contact jeeves consumer service but they couldn't response.

                  Dukka Satyanarayana Jeeves technician bearing mobile number:[protected] came for installing ac bought from flipkart.He came alone as a single for AC installation and used us as assisstants and stollen connecting wire 3.5 mm which came with the package and sold to us for 800 INR.                       I've purchased Vu Premium 139 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV (55PM) along with the Flipkart Complete Protection plan sold by Jeeves Consumer Services.

                      I recently started getting color fade issue on one half of the screen. And I raised complaint with Jeeves with the Flipkart Complete Protection plan.

                      The technician came and inspected and told me that the panel needs to be repaired or replaced. Few days later I receive communication from Jeevus saying that they will refund with 1 year depreciation value and to send me the Bank details so they can initiate the process.

                      I had strictly mentioned to them beforehand that I would want replacement if repair was not possible. They mentioned that they cannot repaid because they are unable to get the part.

                      I really only wanted it to be repaired or replaced so I asked when will the part be available as I was ready to wait for it's availability. They did not answer my questions over email and kept sending the same scripted response about refund and asking bank details to start it.

                      Over call, I asked to be connected with their manager or supervisor, and they mentioned they do not have a feature for escalation.

                      They should have better support service or escalation feature with professionals who can discuss on cases like mine where I prefer repair/replacement over refund with depreciation.

                      Please help me out here.

                        Ve ordered oneplus buds(Order ID - OD[protected] recently in flipkart 2 days ago, i noticed a issue in buds that it has pairing issues and suddenly voice gets low while i play songs and gets lag while playing games, so i decided to replace it and done process .later jeeves technician had check the buds and noticed the problem and he said that he approved the replacement request, but i later i ve recieved that my return was cancelled, i dont kno wt do, i was shocked .i m really disspointed. I dont kno what to do.plzz solve my problem .

                            I have taken extended warranty from jeeves for 2years period, My TV stopped working from June 12th 2021...I have given a complaint...someone from jeeves visited my place and confirmed it that problem is with mother board and has to be replaced.
                            I followed up continuously...they have been giving me all false commitments and finally they have sent a mail on Aug13th which is after onths months that said part cannot be replaced and had offered 70%amount refund and took the TV with them.
                            And I was supposed to receive the amount within 8days as per the mail and now again the same. They are sending false commitments and no one is answering the phone.

                            IT has been 4months now and still no solution has been provided by Jeeves.

                            I haven't seen such a worst service in my lifetime.

                                  Customer support team is totally uneducated and do not try to solve problem however will willingly increase ones problem, by replying in non professional manner specifically lady named RENUPRIYA N, she will use every tool in her hand to harass customer, and when I complained about her there is no action against her, their is no separate mail for grievance redressal against jeeves employees. no acyion is taken against them but I will highlight my issue in every forum.

                                    I have registered a service request on 1.9.2021 with claim id: CLJFC[protected].
                                    against mi TV 4k pro. The TV screen display is not showing.
                                    It has been a week since the team is falsely promising to make technician visit within 2 business days everytime you call the team.
                                    Till date my issue has not even looked into.
                                    Really disgusting and worst service of Jeeves.

                                      I Vishal Bhaseen purchased Redmi K20 Pro on August 10th 2020, delivered on August 15th 2020 alongwith Flipkart Jeeves complete mobile protection plan.
                                      On July 11th 2021 I lodged the complaint as I found a patch on my phone, my mobile was being picked up on July 13th 2021 & that is supposed to be resolved in next 10 business days maximum by July 25th 2021.
                                      With regular follow ups my mobile was delivered to me on August 22nd without any repairs & that too happened after almost 42 days .
                                      I approached them that my mobile was not repaired & now they are denying with the reason that policy has expired.
                                      1. I lodged the complaint within policy period .
                                      2. No action has been taken within suggested time frame.
                                      3. My mobile was deposited with MI service centre on August 20th almost after 40 days.
                                      4. By that time my policy has expired.
                                      5. I was never given any update about the delay being made.
                                      I am feeling cheated as they must have delayed my complaint so that my policy came to an end.
