I bought my TV from flipkart and got. Complete protection for it from Jeeves company. My tv was damaged and after all the process my refund got approved but it has been more than 15 days and refund team has not mailed me anything and refund has not been provided. I have atleast sent them 15-20 mails and 10 calls but still no update from their side. They always say 2 business days. They do nothing and just passing on same mail everytime.

    Good Day,
    Vu 49"TV Purchased in flipkart and extended warranty by Jeeves, policy number JPPOFFK1399495,
    Around 25/07/2021 given complaint to Jeeves on TV back light problem in extended warranty..
    TV was checked and taken for service, on or around 2/08/2021, from then onwards no feedback from the Jeeves as the TV was taken. After 5 days consulted and confirmed TV was received and get repaired soon..
    After few days they given date as 25/08/2021 and later it was chanced date to 28/08/2021.
    If we call on 28th they are saying 02nd sept it was keep post pone...
    No message is coming from Jeeves, this is pathic service by Jeeves, they have to update the customers, instead everytime we need to call them to know the status, offcourse it is not accurate details they are telling..

        Complete laptop protection

        I bought an extended warranty which included liquid damage from this company for my ASUS laptop.           My claim id is - CLCM[protected].
          My insurance I'd is - CMFK[protected].
          I registered my damaged mobile claim with Jeeves on 10 march, 2021 and my phone was picked by them on 12 March. They said phone is completely damaged and refund will be given for phone. But it's been around 6 months and I haven't got my claim money and everytime I call them they say that we've escalated your issue and it'll be resolved soon. They also took Rs. 1000 from me to register my claim that I paid on 11 March 2021.

            Not Repairing TV with extended warranty.

            Hi Team,

            I had purchased MI TV from Flipkart on 10th March, 2019. My order number is OD[protected]. I also purchase Extended Warranty 2 Year by Flipkart Protect.

            My TV covers under extended warranty and I raised a complaint for screen issue of my TV. There is a 2 inch vertical patch showing on the screen. This issue covers under extended warranty.

            March 2019 - Purchased TCL IFFalcon 55 inches TV through Flipkart
            While installation purchased extended warranty for 2 years from Jeeves. Total expense - 43000
            Dec 2020 - The TV Panel started flickering with red shade on all 4 corners
            June 2021 - the technician examined and informed there is problem with Panel and may not be repaired.
            July 27th 2021 - picked up the TV for panel repair.
            Aug 12th 2021 - Jeeves emailed the panel is non serviceable and refund will be processed within 8 business days.
            Till date the refund is not credited to my account. Everytime, I email or call, Jeeves sends a scripted response as the refund will be processed by 1-2 business days.
            One of Jeeves executive Aravindh responded to check to with whom the TV was purchased. This is so frustrating. Am fed up everyday following up with Jeeves and Flipkart.
            Flipkart is not responding either

            Looking at multiple reviews from customer similar to this, this seems a scam by Flipkart and Jeeves to cheat consumers.

                I purchased a phone on flipkart with Flipkart mobile protection (Jeeves) plan which covers accidental damage in oct 2020. In march 2021 mobile got damaged accidentally. I applied insurance or refund in Jeeves. They picked my phone and checked. And told that its not repairable so 70% amount will be refunded. From April 2021 to till they never refund a single rupee even after frequently follow up. Pls help.

                    I have been following up with Jeeves for Case ID : 1F7-37479VPSCSA-5946701 | Plan ID : CPFK[protected] | Claim Id: " 1F7-37479VPSCSA-5946701 "

                    I am surprised to see that even after 2.5 months you guys are still in the mode of "checking the things with the concerned team."

                    You don't have transparency amongst your teams itself.
                    Jeeves CSR doesn't have access to customer emails and after contacting them they just have the initial outdated entry in their system which they just read out and it's basically useless for issue rectification.
                    You don't have an escalation matrix in place.

                    A consumer cannot get the contact number of your 'concerned' teams nor you wake up from your sleep to give a call back until after sending 8-10 emails!

                    For around a month now you were just unable to check with the technician for the processing fees paid in cash! And, if he is not supposed to take that processing fee, then why did he ask for it in the first place!?

                    Now you are unable to conclude this issue with your 'concerned team', which I presume is the finance team, and have turned my issue into a ping-pong ball !

                    The consumer doesn't deserve such behavior and after-sales service is a key thing which makes a company different from others.
                    But, for sure, it is missing from your end and I will ensure that anyone around me will not fall into this trap where s/he buys your service and end-up running around you.

                    There are serious flaws in your system and process, the same is reflected from my ongoing experience and is also evident from the huge list of complaints which are present on the web against you.
                    In this process, a person's emotional, mental and psychological state gets hampered but still you guys want to 'check' this or that!!

                    Do remember, what goes around comes around!

                        Hi Team,

                        I have purchased Thomson TV from Filpkart on Fri, 8th Mar 2019 along with 2 years extended warranty Jeeves. Recently I got dot on the screen and raised complaint on July'22 and technician visited my home and collected TV from me on July'29-2021.
                        As per their communication SLA for repair 14-15days but still not getting proper update.
                        And I followed-up since last 2 days but i got 3 kinds of responses.
                        1)Panel has damaged and Panel replacement approval status
                        2)Panel not available it is in refund estimate state
                        3) Senior technician assigned to Issue
                        4)Technician will visit your home to pick the product but it already taken from me on jul-29.
                        5) sometimes they are updating its not cover under warranty.

                        And I sent all details to their support email but still their is standard reply from team. They are not given any update.

                          I bought a product from flipkart on 16 th august. They dont come yet and install the product. Everyday i am geting scheduling and rescheduling msg only... they never contacted me... i am tried lot of time they are not anwering. Once answered and they told they can't come to here since it is long. Actually i am already paid the installation fees also i want it by tomorrow its urgent... very insensitive and irresponsible service.. i am waiting here for nearly 10 days...

                                Representative took the TV from home in June 28 issue is running last 2 months but no update on this.
                                What worst support you people providing when ever I send a mail simply saying 2 business will update almost 30 business days completed but no response still sending the same template.
                                I never seen a such a worst support like this.

You idiots stupid don't you know how server customers then why are you handling these warranties.

                                  I had registered a complaint regarding extended warranty claim of my Mi LED TV on 2021July 21st. But till date the same has not been rectified. At first they informed to repair the TV.But now they are saying that they will make partial repayment. But that too is not happening.

                                  I took Jeeves extended warranty in the hope of getting timely service. I am contacting Jeeves toll free service on a daily basis without any positive outcome. Hoping for a better approach from Jeeves.
