Jeeves Consumer Services — Total Care protection plan for Thomson 43 inch TV

I am Ajith Kamal, I have purchased Thomson OATHPRO series TV and 3year additional Total care protection from Flipkart worth 1899/- along with my TV (Policy no: CPFK[protected]. Horizontal lines showing in dispaly and I have registered one complaint on 11 July 2023. Complaint number is CLCPK[protected]. I didn't get any call or any messages other than this claim id, so I again contacted Jeeves and on 14th July and I got one message from Jeeves with Technician number. I tried to call on that number (Dilshad - Jeeves Technician) around 10 times and all my calls were rejected from the other end. Surprisingly on Monday (July 17th) I got one whatsapp message stating that the technician visited my home and did some diagnosis, nobody is visited my home and its a fake update. I have raised this issue with Jeeves again on Monday (July 17th) and the customer care executive apologies and assure that the issue will be resolved within 2 days. On 21st July another technician (Noufal- [protected]) came to home and checked the TV and told me that the issue is with TV panel and it needs to be replaced and it took around 2-3 weeks time. After this I have no update on this issue. I have tried many times to contact this technican and he is not picking my calls. In parallel I have escalated this to Jeeves escalathion matrix mail id and following up my issue, everytime I got auto generated mail saying that the issue will be resolved with in 2 days. On Aug 11th, I have again contacted, Jeeves support and they replied that still nothing is updated in their portal/website means still my issue is marked as unattended. Now its morethan a month after registering this complaint and still they don't showing any responsibility to resolve my issue even after several follow-ups. I am attaching invoices, all possible communication details here. Kindly check and do the needful.
