[Resolved]  Jeeves Consumer Services — tv installation and demo

Ticket id: 8e18-27013flpkrt-5570594. Installation for tv. It would be completed by 22 may 2018. Called customer care at saturday, he told it would be completed by 48 hours. Have no updates so far your end. Flipkart has given your service engineer contact number. I called him but he told that it is not assigned to him. Please assign the engineer and do it right away.

Tv Delivered to me. and got an SMS saying that it would be installed today itself . in the evening received a call saying that they dint sent an email. And it wont be possible today.
never expected a service like this from flipkart and jeeves.

Installation for tv Called customer care today no information got on the sms and dont have no updates so far your end. Flipkart has given your service engineer contact number. Please assign the engineer and do it right away.
As I am not available in pune so please assign the engineer and do it ASAP. If TV is delivered by Flipkart then Engineer must be assigned immediately.

Please contact me Already contact Jeeves and flipkart customer care but no output..

I hope your team will solve it ASAP.

My Samsung TV got delivered on 6/7/21 with Installation date showing as 7/7/21..Got mssg from flipkart that the case has been given to M/s Jeeves and will be done by Wednesdayi.e 7/7/21..Till today have not got any communication from your end reg. when the technician/ engineer would come for installation and demo...

I ordered a bed on 14 August.
They said it will be Installed by 16 aug
But still not got any call or msg from Jeeves
So much disappointed

16 Dec - ordered kodak tv from flipkart

17 Dec - technician ( vinod dubey ) for installation is not came.
18 Dec - installation done by other technician
19 Dec - raised a complain auto restart issue.
23 Dec - technician visited and found same issue.
27 Dec- replacement approved
29 Dec - Uninstallation of tv done
30 Dec- New tv received
31 Dec- technician ( vinod dubey ) is not came and disconnect my all calls.
05 Jan - today also same technician ( vinod dubey) assigned for tv installation and his number is unreachable.
I don't know what is wrong with this technician ( vinod dubey).

Please help me in this frustrating matter.

The keep doing it with every customer.
I think flipkart should change the vendor and give a chance someone better than jeeves .

Or jeeves should change their technician like vinod dubey

I contacted to service center executive to know further update. but, they are not helping me the exact status.
Local jeeves service center executives told me that they also have not any update.

I want to know whether my installation will be done after 2 pm tomorrow as the installation of the AC is scheduled to be done on 13-june 2023. The installation is registered by flipkart to jeeves with a specific case id and notified, the same as been uploaded as image here for your reference. Waiting for your responce, As I shall be out of city from 14-june.
