I have purchased sharp ac on & june 2014 and since my ac is not working i have complained to sharp customer care on[protected] and got complaint no. 2716787 and 2726303. On 23/6/17 a technician visited my house and he take both the pcbs from indoor and outdoor of acs. I have asked him why he is taking both the pcbs he said that the owner of the firm m/s techno tech services sh. Pramjeet singh send him and sh. Paramjeet singh will send the both pcbs for fault checking. Also he gave me the cash receipt of rs 450/- charged tor visit and mention the detail about both the pcb and he asked me to call paramjeet singh to get the estimated cost of repair of pcb. I contacted sh. Paramjeet singh on[protected] and he said their is fault in one pcb and he gave estimate of rs 8000/- for the repair of that pcb. I have asked him to tell me which pcb is faulty indoor or outdoor and requested him to return the unfaulty pcb. I said to him that i think the company like sharp or other brands instead of reparing changed the faulty parts. He says for new pcb company will charge around rs 12000/- and will take more than 20 days and i will get repair the pcb for just nearby rs 8000/- within 2 days. Since my mother return after operation of knee from the hospital i agree to pay sh. Paramjeet singh the charges for repair of pcb. After 2 days when i contacted him he says the pcb was repaired he will send the technician for ac repair immediately. Thereafter, i contacted him daily and he keeps on saying the different excuses and everytime assures me that he will send the technician on that day itself. After 5 days on[protected] i released that i am cheated by sh. Paramjeet singh and i request him to return both my pcb so that i will get it repaired by sharp company itself.
I complained to sharp customer care about the matter and they assure to mail the matter to jeeves for necesary action. Also the sharp customer care representative provide the name of sh vijay, jeeves officer and his mobile number. I requested sh. Vijay ji and provide him all the facts related to my matter on[protected] many times. He assured me to look into the matter but nothing happens. I want to know the reply of my following queries:-
(1) whether there is option of pcb repair by the jeeves as stated by jeeves representative sh. Paramjeet singh.
(2) if yes, kya meri pcb repair ho gayi h, if not then why my both pcbs are not returned by jeeves for last 16 days.
(3) muje lagta h meri pcb se useful parts utilise kiye ja rahe h and then my pcb will be returned to me saying that both the pcb are corrupted.
(4) if new pcb lagani h to sh. Paramjeet singh ne konsi date ko request dalli new pcb ke liye.
(5) mujhe abhi tak kyo nahi bataya gaya ki konsi pbc me fault h or konsi thik h.
(6) meri pcb abhi tak kyo return nahi ki gayi, ye kaise confirm hoga ki jeeves representative ne meri pcb ke parts change/replace nahi kiye h.
(7) meri harrasment ke liye kiski jimmewari fixed hogi.
After all i request you to look into the matter and please protect me from more harrasement. I was alraedy harrased by the jeeves representatives. After 16 days i, mujhe nahi pata meri complaint ka status kya h, meri 2 pcb me konsi faulted h uska mujhe kya pay karna h, kabtak thik hogi or meri pcb wapas kyo nahi ki ja rahi h.
All the relevant messages, requests etc are also attached for taking necessary action.
