Sir? Madam,

The replacement order from flipkart for crystal furniture engineered wood dressing table as per my order no. Od[protected] is not yet received.

The original item as per this order was delivered on 13/09/2017, but was found to be damaged with broken mirror and some parts. This was picked up from my home on 29/09/2017. I was informed that replacement of the original item will be made, and will be delivered on 13/10/2017. But i have not received any delivery against replacement order.

On enquiry with flipkart customer service, i was informed that the pick-up details are not updated in their records. As requested by them, i have emailed the acknowledgement slip given to me when the pick-up done.

Request you to do the needful from your side in order to make the delivery against replacement order as soon as possible.

        Few days back i purchased via lenovo k8 through flipkart, due to quality defect i booked the return request on next day but they assign your jeeves representative, today he also came and verify for the mobile function in front of him also mobile got hanged he also agreed the mobile problem, but now i received the below message and i checked in flipkart it shows return request rejected, why it is like that? I am the manager in the automobile industry, we also recibe quality complaints but we will ananlyse and find the root cause for the same so that it will not happen in future,

        We are paid money we are not getting this mobile as a free of cost but if your representative gave wrong report means it will affect my financial as well as my mind, so please take strong action,

          Get delivery of mobile on 5th oct, 2017. I register my complaint for microphone is not working properly of phone on 11th oct, 2017. Person in other side of the phone cant listen the voice properly. That fellow has to concentrate much to listen voice of mine. Technician came and said phone is ok. There is no problem. But i am facing the problem when i have to do conversation very loudly with my newly purchased phone. Kindly resolve my problem. I want replacement of my mobile.

            The company representative was rude and was acting like a owner of the company.
            He refused to understand my phone issue in any manner.
            He just tried to convince me in any way he could think of, he acted like that he would not return the phone in any condition.
            I think that he was told to not accept the return in any way by his authority itself.
            I am in state of dilemma and not able to think what to do.
            They left me in a chaotic situation
            Very bad service they are just slave of higher companies.
            Required steps must be taken to protect my consumer rights.

              One of the worst service i've experienced. My bed had to be installed a week before.. And till date my bed hasn't been installed. Their customer service keeps on saying that your issue will be resolved today itself. They are making a fool out of their customers saying the engineer will come but their engineer never comes. Their engineers also are just like them. One of the engineer mr naresh called me and said that he'll be coming till 12 noon. I called him ten times when he never came but he just switched off his phone after 5 pm. A kind advice for the company. Kindly shut your freakin company i[censored] can't serve ur customers on time and stop making a fool out o[censored]r customers

                I have purchased an online t. V from flipkart and a person from jeeves came for installation​ and demo, he sold me an stabilizer and charged me ₹1700. When i asked for the bill he cheated me saying everything you will recieve it in an email within 1hour and it's been 5 days no email and nothing i got it.
                Jeeves person sold be the stabilizer sayings it has 3years of warranty. I got cheated by jeeves.

                    Your rep has taken my mixi make signora care, on first week of sep and still not return back every time your customer care telling the nonsense that within two day we will rectifiy and return. Now iam fed up with your nonsense answer and still not return back my mixi after repair. Finally iam asking what should i do? Should i go for consumer court? I will wait for one week and after that what ever your issue you tell to consumer court

                        My name is vandana yadav.

                        I had purchased a 50 inch led tv from flipkart on 24/06/2017. The make of tv was vu and model # was hsok311serial number stesog[protected]an55001.
                        The tv was installed by jeeves, sec 17 a gurgaon (Office phone #[protected]. A 1 year warranty is already provided along with the product ie. Till 23/06/2018.

                        At the time of installation i had also purchased an extended warranty of another 2 years after june 2018 through the installation team mr. Praveen kumar of jeeves whose id # 1577 (His phone is [protected]) for an amount of rs. 4, 350.00 through cheque # 749526 of corporation bank. The cheque was cleared on 29/07/2017.

                        However jeeves customer services has not provided me with any warranty receipt or certificate of this amount and of the extended 2 year period in spite of several requests made by me on their customer care toll free number[protected].

                        I request you to take up my grievance against jeeves customer services gurgaon on an urgent basis and help me to get an extended warrant card from them from 24/06/2018 till 23/06/2020 so that i do not face any problem in case of product related problem after the normal warranty period.

                          I have purchased 3 acs from flip cart which were delivered on 31st august at amrapali sapphire, sec-45, noida. The installation charges on flip cart is 1499 (Including taxes). Stand for outdoor unit if purchased from jeeves will cost 750.
                          So i provided the stands & stabilizers alonwith acs to jeeves for installation since these cost were extra. After installation jeeves technician asked to pay rs 250 extra as installation charge for each stand.
                          Also while complaining to jeeves customer care, jeeves told that 97 to 98% installation of split acs are with stand.

                          This is pertinent to mention here -
                          1. That installation charges for stand rs 250 is neither mentioned on flip cart website nor on jeeves website.
                          2. That cost of stand is mentioned rs 750. Nowhere extra installation cost is mentioned.
                          3. That on flip cart website ac installation charge is rs 1499 (Including taxes) while jeeves customer care is asking for rs 1530.

                          4. That considering point 1, 2 ; it's evident that rs 250 are being charged as hidden charges. Any hidden charges as per consumer court laws are illegal.
                          5. That as per point 3, there is also contradiction on installation charges at flipcart compared to jeeves.

                          Complaint:
                          Hidden charges as per point 4 needs to be eliminated. And also ac installation charges shall be as per flipcart website.

                            Complaint no.2904831dt 10th aug 2017.
                            Charges paid - service charge rs.410 & rs.650 for spare part.

                            Problem reported - loose knob.
                            Problem - solved but on fixing the knob, the display panel was damaged by technician. On complaint, display was fixed but heating element was damaged. On complaint, display panel was damaged again. Full parts removed from the microwave by technician with a commitment to return on 21/08/17.
                            It is 31st august 2017 today and the problem has not been solved and no technician has come. On calling they say "tomorrow".

                              I recently purchased the redmi note 4 mobile from the internet through flipkart. Due to some software problems i am not feeling well with that mobile. So i returned the mobile phone in flipkart. The flipkart is transferred to this jeeves consumer services. They did not call from that day. Simply they messages like "we were unable to reach you for the tech_visit of your mobile. Please call[protected] for your appointment. Thanks! www.jeeves.co.in" i called for the above number they said that we will be messaging you for further updates.
                              This is not the way to solve the issues or problems of the consumer. Please solve the problem as soon as possible

                                2. They donot follow their own appointment. Make you waste the whole day waiting for them.
                                3. Technician turns uo at 10PM and after seeing the wardrobe, he says he is not skilled to do the assembly.
                                4. Mid-level and Field executives are extremely rude and very careless.
                                5. They are a bunch of liars who keep telling lies one after the other.
                                6. Though Flipkart and their delivery is extremely good. Jeeves service is pathetic.
                                7. I will not buy any appliance/furniture from Flipkart only due to Jeeves

                                  Extremely bad communication and technician skills. I had ordered a tv online, and it showed some defect on the display. Contacted flipkart and they arranged for a technician visit from jeeves. The technician was highly unskilled and wasn't able to identify if the problem was with the tv or the settop box. So what they did, was took the easy way out. They gave a false claim that i had requested a cancellation of the tech visit and closed the complaint on their own!!! I contacted flipkart for a revisit by the technician. This time, they submitted a false report that a tech visit was done (The technician didn't even step into my house the second) and again reported that i requested for a cancellation.
                                  Now i am left with a faulty tv with no chance for either a refund or a replacement!

                                  Beware, these people are rude, arrogant, inexperienced cheats!
                                  Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Jeeves service is pathetic...they will sent message the service engineer will be coming today.Later they will sent as you requested to postponed the technician will come on tomorrow.Again we will get message technician will visit on that day.If we contact technician, he will say he will come after 6pm.When we contact him at that time, he will respond it is after office hrs and he will not be able to come.He can come tomorrow morning & next day if you contact he will say he cannot say at what time he can come & will be rude...this is going on.Totally bad cannot depends on them for service, just waste of your time.

                                    The reason to report to yobeis that me jayesh samel has an extended warranty with jeeves company for two years. On 8th july'17 i had called the call center and complained about the vu smart tv speakers not functioning properly the complaint no was given to me was 2789310. Moreover i had to call the helpline four times as the female representatives would simply greet and hung up on me, had to call and complaint about the same if m/s. Jeeves call centre reps are not ready to take calls request the consumer forum team to kindly listen to their call recordings and you will come to know how they are making the customers more frustrated by disconnecting the call, request you to kindly take action on those defaulters also.

                                    There was a call from mr. Kalyan when i was in an important meeting so i asked him to call after 10-15 mins which he flatly refused and asked me to call the call center helpline. I asked mr. Kalyan to that there was not a single update from jeeves since the time i lodged a complaint and he blatantly calls and says that there is physical damage to the speakers and the same cannot be covered under warranty.in the morning i called to the jeeves helpline and asked the front line team member to escalate the call or give me the escalation metrics as jeeves was not bothered to revert back to me as it was more than 2 weeks and after that i get a call today in the afternoon from mr. Kalyan saying that the speakers are not covered under warranty as there was physical damage. The company does not want to replace the speakers and do want to adhere the extended warranty under the pretext of physical damage which is totally false and unprofessional on m/s. Jeeves part.

                                    Even after escalating the issue the company has jot reverted with concrete answers and just postponing the speakers replacement under the pretext of investigation.

                                    My question to the jeeves team is that when i lodged a formal complaint on 8th july'17 mr. Pankaj vishwakarma visited my premises in the afternoon on 9th july'17 and attended the complaint, he checked the same took photographs of the speakers and i also provided the original tv bill and the extended warranty certificate of jeeves. At that point of time he never informed that there was physical damage he informed that the same will be taken care of and the speakers should be replaced in 3-5 days.

                                    It is sad to report such unprofessional behavior displayed by m/s. Jeeves just because it does not want to replace the speakers in extended warranty and using unsculpturous means to deny warranty. This stand of m/s. Jeeves will be dealt seriously as i am going to approach the consumer court for fraudulent service rendered by the company. Also i am ready to take this fight to social media and voice out my feelings of m/s jeeves unethical way of doing business so that other customers are not taken for a ride and do get into any kind of contract with m/s. Jeeves.

                                    Mr. Anupam had called me and asked me to wait for 48 hours, still waiting for the update as there is no communication from him after 48 hours.
                                    Jeeves seems to be a very un-professional organisation as extended warranty card has not been provided to me too in spite my making the payment to them. Their installation team had suggested and insisted that I buy the extended warranty from them and so I bought and now they are not responding on their phone numbers
                                    As of now the speakers have been replaced, this complaint can be closed.

                                      I have purchased sharp ac on & june 2014 and since my ac is not working i have complained to sharp customer care on[protected] and got complaint no. 2716787 and 2726303. On 23/6/17 a technician visited my house and he take both the pcbs from indoor and outdoor of acs. I have asked him why he is taking both the pcbs he said that the owner of the firm m/s techno tech services sh. Pramjeet singh send him and sh. Paramjeet singh will send the both pcbs for fault checking. Also he gave me the cash receipt of rs 450/- charged tor visit and mention the detail about both the pcb and he asked me to call paramjeet singh to get the estimated cost of repair of pcb. I contacted sh. Paramjeet singh on[protected] and he said their is fault in one pcb and he gave estimate of rs 8000/- for the repair of that pcb. I have asked him to tell me which pcb is faulty indoor or outdoor and requested him to return the unfaulty pcb. I said to him that i think the company like sharp or other brands instead of reparing changed the faulty parts. He says for new pcb company will charge around rs 12000/- and will take more than 20 days and i will get repair the pcb for just nearby rs 8000/- within 2 days. Since my mother return after operation of knee from the hospital i agree to pay sh. Paramjeet singh the charges for repair of pcb. After 2 days when i contacted him he says the pcb was repaired he will send the technician for ac repair immediately. Thereafter, i contacted him daily and he keeps on saying the different excuses and everytime assures me that he will send the technician on that day itself. After 5 days on[protected] i released that i am cheated by sh. Paramjeet singh and i request him to return both my pcb so that i will get it repaired by sharp company itself.
                                      I complained to sharp customer care about the matter and they assure to mail the matter to jeeves for necesary action. Also the sharp customer care representative provide the name of sh vijay, jeeves officer and his mobile number. I requested sh. Vijay ji and provide him all the facts related to my matter on[protected] many times. He assured me to look into the matter but nothing happens. I want to know the reply of my following queries:-
                                      (1) whether there is option of pcb repair by the jeeves as stated by jeeves representative sh. Paramjeet singh.
                                      (2) if yes, kya meri pcb repair ho gayi h, if not then why my both pcbs are not returned by jeeves for last 16 days.
                                      (3) muje lagta h meri pcb se useful parts utilise kiye ja rahe h and then my pcb will be returned to me saying that both the pcb are corrupted.
                                      (4) if new pcb lagani h to sh. Paramjeet singh ne konsi date ko request dalli new pcb ke liye.
                                      (5) mujhe abhi tak kyo nahi bataya gaya ki konsi pbc me fault h or konsi thik h.
                                      (6) meri pcb abhi tak kyo return nahi ki gayi, ye kaise confirm hoga ki jeeves representative ne meri pcb ke parts change/replace nahi kiye h.
                                      (7) meri harrasment ke liye kiski jimmewari fixed hogi.

                                      After all i request you to look into the matter and please protect me from more harrasement. I was alraedy harrased by the jeeves representatives. After 16 days i, mujhe nahi pata meri complaint ka status kya h, meri 2 pcb me konsi faulted h uska mujhe kya pay karna h, kabtak thik hogi or meri pcb wapas kyo nahi ki ja rahi h.
                                      All the relevant messages, requests etc are also attached for taking necessary action.
