This has reference to the Ticket ID: 3G26-38913CASCUS-6940669 regarding installation of my TV by MR. MD Rahmath (Mobile No. [protected]) .
It is to inform that the Technician is very ARROGANT and Dangerous. Although the Ticket has been closed falsely the issue is still open. The installation was not at all done properly.
Also, a very important thing to be noted is that, the Technician on purpose FACTORY RESET the TV. This was done very tactfully, as he was aware that the original TV remote is not available. Now, the TV is asking for the original remote so as to go in the pairing mode and since the remote is not available, the TV is unable to go further in the viewing mode.
The Technician then assured that he will visit immediately in the evening with a remote so as to performing the pairing activity and complete the installation, however till date he has not come.
Also, to the surprise the Ticket has been tactfully closed.
Jeeves is known for it's good standards in providing service to it's customers, so I am optimistic that the concerned complaint Authority will take note of this and act immediately.
