Ali Asgar, purchased a TV on 30.03.2023 from Flipkart and simultaneously availed a 3-year Extended Warranty through Jeeves Protection Plan
On 20.08.2025, my TV stopped functioning. What followed has been a series of false assurances, wrong parts, defective parts, repeated technician visits, and complete negligence on your part. The timeline is as follows:
21.08.2025 – Technician confirmed motherboard fault and raised request for replacement part.
Despite assurance of resolution within 48 hours, the matter was not resolved.
23.08.2025 – Technician visited with a wrong part (different model).
03.09.2025 – Technician again visited but the part provided was defective.
On each occasion, I was misled with repeated promises of resolution within 48 hours.
