Dear Team,

I am escalating my claim CLAFLK[protected], which remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

The claim was raised on March 8th, but the product has not been picked up to date.
On March 15th, customer care assured pickup within two business days, but no action was taken.
Upon following up again today (March 19th), I was informed that the claim has expired, requiring me to restart the process.
This repeated delay and lack of response are extremely disappointing. We purchased your service for a hassle-free experience, yet we are spending considerable time on unnecessary follow-ups.

I request immediate action to collect the product and proceed with the repair/replacement. Kindly treat this as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.
