I have registered a complaint with jeeves under extended warranty on 16th May 2021, the engineer visited and informed that the mother board of the tv has to be repaired after 1 month of continuous follow up technician fits the mother board and informs that the panel of the tv is damaged and needs to be repaired, and for that the TV set has to be taken away. It has been 2.months since I registered the complain for this TV and no action has been taken by anyone. Under jeeves policy if they fail to repair the product within 30 calender days they will refund the money or provide a replacement product but no action had been taken even then. It has been 1 month my tv has been taken away for repairs and no status is being provided to me. Atleast 30 times I have called and the customer service representative gives answers like a machine that we are doing it on priority but nothing is happening. With constant emails I get responses from Mr. Dhinesh S and Mr. Sabarinathan R.
I was informed that the repair will take place in 2 days. Then again after 2 days Mr. Dhinesh S informs it will take 2 days to get the repair. After 2 days again Mr. Sabarinathan R replies saying we will tell the status on 9th July. Following up on 9th July Mr. Dhinesh S says we will update on 16th July. And so on I have not received and update regarding repair, refund or replacement.
Requesting your kind assistance in this matter. Please help me.
