Jio — regarding recharge of jio

Hi today i had done recharge of 399+ 19, total rs.409 of my jio number but recharge not happen and money got deducted from my bank account.
. Time: - 25 october, 9.57 pm
Payment gateway was cc avenue


Rs 409.00 debited from a/c *3127 on 25-10-19 to vpa [protected]@icici (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

I done it from jio website url link which i received in text message and recharged from bank upi id.
