[Resolved] Jiomart — Amount debited but order declined

Hi Team, Today i have ordered few things in jio Mart order id[protected]A and billed ₹1, 559.18. I have paid the amount through Phonepe and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined. I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I have ordered some groceries from jio mart and made the payment through phone pay app. Amount deducted from my bank account but the app declined my order..I need the groceries so I ordered 2nd time and it came.. but I did not get back the previous amount which I paid.. how can I get this? I called the customer support team but I did not get the refund till now.
