Jiomart — not delivered order

Today at 06:35 PM I ordered a "Kwality Wall's Slow Churned Alphonso Mango Ice Cream 700 ml" but its more than 2 hours it was not delivered. When 1 hour passed and the order was not delivered I contacted their customer service people they said your order should be delivered in 10-30 min as it is not delivered we will try to deliver it within 30 mins but it is more than 2 hours and the order is not delivered and now I'm calling to their customer service number but it is not connecting because their service time is 8 AM - 8 PM. Now, I don't know what to do because their product costs 135 rupees and I paid in advance as pre-payment. I will never order anything in my life from JIoMart again their customer service and delivery speed is third quality.
