However, when i received the order on 04th july 2023, i noticed that the item was missing the height adjustment feature. Immediately, i requested a return for the product due to this issue. non delivery.. no cancellation... no refund.. so money is stuck

I purchased a product from JIOMART worth INR 12440...Since 10th of July I am getting mesaage regarding prpduct is out for delivery and every night they give false reason o[censored]navaibility to recieve, customer wanted delivery later etc..the pathetic thing is that on contacting JIOMART customer care you cant directly talk to any one...after AI every time new peraon comes for chat who makes you diverted by asking alternate number and other irrelevant...

Order cancelled by jio mart

I bought a product yesterday after providing my pin code, after 28 hrs I got a message telling refund is processed. if they can't provide the product then why the product is listed in the app/site even after I provided my postal code, this is not the first time I am getting this refund . if they have shown, the item is unavailable on the site itself I would have bought it from somewhere else in the meantime. Refund not credited till now

I ordered grocery items from jiomart on 25th May 2023, which is my first experience and the item was worth rs 1977 through paytm wallet. The ordered was processed in 3 shipment, So I cancelled the one shipment order which was worth Rs 1409 on 26th May. The said the refund has initiated and it will be reflected within 7 days. But the amount has not been reflected on my account yet. I have reached the customer care through email and log a complaint...

I have ordered groceries on jiomart app on the date of 1st may but order was cancelled by Jiomart on 4th of May without informing me and the Jiomart app is showing order is Arriving on. I haven't received any product from jio mart. Informed multiple times to Jiomart customer service team and email to them including nodal officer and [protected]@jiomart.com but no response from them and they have closed all tickets. It is happening same issues...

I have ordered groceries on jiomart app on the date of 1st of may 2023 and order was cancelled by Jiomart on 4th May without informing me and the Jiomart app is not updating the Cancellation status, the app is showing the order is Arriving on and partially returned. Expired product delivered.

A prepaid order[protected]W was placed on Apr 14 for Grocery items and the promised delivery date was Apr 16, 2023.

1. Jiomart executives on my phone calls/emails kept promising that the order will definitely be delivered by the end of Apr 16, 2023.

Delivery Problem

My order was due on 18th April. the delivery man came, took the otp and was told to deliver it to the guard. however, the delivery was never made. the man took my parcel back or did not deliver it at all. it was a paid order.
SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A BRAND.
This has happened more than once with Jiomart. it is a pity on brands like these....

I have ordered realme buds q2 neo on jiomart it's delivered on feb 21, it's defective product so i placed a return request on feb 23 but they rejected my return request by saying you need to place the request within 24hrs, but as per refund policy.

Jio Mart - Order delayed and no proper response/order update from Jio Mart

I placed an order on 25th Jan, the estimated delivery date was 30th Jan. It is showing shipped in the app since 28Jan And today is 3rd Feb and still today i have not received the product.
I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order....

I m unable to log in to jio mart since last 15 days I have also intimated to jio mart more then twice but no action taken yet I also have amount of 343 approx in JioMart wallet

Rice Bag Sent of Worst Quality

I ordered a rice bag and after using it for the first time I found that the rice is of extremely bad quality. The rice when cooked sticks and gives a bad taste in the mouth. On complaining, I was told the refund/return window is closed so no one can help me. I can use the rice only after my existing rice is over. I've raised 2 complaints with respect to 2 orders. In one of the orders, Mushroom 200g was not delivered. In another order, qty of bottlegourd was less by around 150g out of 1kg. So requested refund of difference of amount of around ₹4 since cost is done through weightage along by attaching the photo of that item in weighing scale.

Orders Cancelled Repeatedly

I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 3rd October through online payment(₹7999). The estimated delivery date was on 4th october. Till now I haven't received the product.
