I had purchased a camera lens protector for the Reno 8 Pro Plus 5G from JioMart. However, when the product arrived, I was not satisfied with its quality, so I requested to return it. When the delivery boy came to collect the product, I asked him for the OTP, to which he replied that he sometimes doesn't receive OTPs. Suspicious of fraud, I took a photo of him. Suddenly, the delivery boy threw the product and left, saying he would only pick it up when he receives the OTP. I contacted JioMart to inform them that their delivery boy misbehaved with me and that I had requested a return. For four consecutive days, I received notifications from the JioMart app that the product would be picked up today. It's been four months, and the product is still with me; no one came to pick it up.
After repeatedly complaining to JioMart's customer care five times, I haven't received any satisfactory response. I then emailed JioMart, and they replied saying I have given maximum return requests, but nobody from JioMart came to pick up the product. I think that it's the duty of the delivery boy to pick up the product, but due to some reluctance, he hasn't come to collect it from me. I sent them another email, confirming that nobody came to pick up my product. They responded again, assuring me that my problem will be resolved within 4-5 business days. However, it's been a week, and my problem hasn't been solved, and no one has come to pick up the product.
Please help me resolve this issue, and I have attached pictures of the email correspondence for reference.
inform you guys that things are not good at your end and this needs to be corrected.
Can't believe that you guys are so easily saying that products are delivered because you shared the OTP with the delivery guys.
