I returned the above-mentioned product on 28th Oct’23 via Delhivery Logistics courier partner who had come home to pick up the package on 28th Oct. I have been confirmed by the Delhivery Logistics company that the return package has been handed over to jiomart on 31st Oct but still my return status is pending & refund not initiated. Its been 14 days that the product was picked up, i still get the pick up schedule reminder & calls everyday for this product. Every time i contact Jiomart telephonic customer support ([protected]) the team says that the product is not picked up and the team has no update on this & the refund can't be initiated.

I have raised multiple complaints on the same but i get no response from the Jiomart support team. This is very poor customer support & irresponsible rude behaviour towards the customer.

Please find the attached acknowledgment received from Delhivery courier company regarding my successful pickup.

    Being man, i ordered nivea men lipbalm 10peices making total of INR 1000 but received nivea cherry shine lipbalm on 19/10/23. I don't think it would be fine for a man to use girly lipbalms so raised complaint for return or replacement on 19/10/23 and was to get the replacement delivered on 21/10/23 which never happened. Raised complaint again on 21/10/23 regarding this and then was promised to get refund in 7 working days. So far no refund given and jiomart is mot responding to mails or chats. I can't them from registered number staying abroad. Today is 09/11/23 and jiomart has stolen my money worth INR 1000 and asking me to do festival with girly nivea cherry shine lipbalm

          Look at the following snapshots.
          What you have delivered?
          19 month old medicines.
          Manufacturing date is 3/2022
          Why should we use surch old medicines, which remained unsold for 19 months as dead stock with your vendor?
          Why can't you supply medicines from fresh stock, of fresh batch?
          Why shouldn't we use fresh batch medicines rather than 19 months old medicines. And you cannot force us to use such an old batch medicines.
          Arrange for an immediate return pickup and refund back our amount.

            Hi team, I ordered for an Apple iPad 10th Gen from JioMart. It was supposed to be delivered by today and suddenly the delivery date is changed to Oct 25. There is no link to track where the order is. The same product has one day delivery option in Amazon. Just because there was a discount with a credit card, I ordered in JioMart. Now I am reading so many negative reviews about their delivery service and worried whether I will receive my product or not. It’s an expensive branded product and they don’t care about doing a proper delivery service. Please look into it.

                On 7th Sep i purchased groceries from Jio Mart and through Sodexo i paid amount but in system it's not showing hence the store manager the sodexo amount will be refunded within 7 days hence Please pay again through phone pay and Till now the Sodexo amount is not refunded and followed up with Reliance Customer care 18 times till now the amount is not credited. I didn't expect this service from reliance very worst company

                  Had ordered 2 nail paints worth 300. Got delivered 2 lipsticks which I never order that add up to ₹180.

                  I ended up paying but never got the correct products delivered. Have emailed them got a ticket number, was assured within 3-5 days I will get a resolution.

                  It’s been 7 days no resolution was given and keep postponing. I want a refund of ₹300

                    I ordered a chair from Jiomart on 5th September'23 & paid for the same also, it was showing expected arrival date as 7th September'23 but till date its undelivered. I fist complained about the same on 8th September'23 vide ticket number[protected], where the executive said that it will be resolved within 3-5 days. Now I am calling the customer care everyday & getting only one statement "will be resolved as soon as possible". No use mailing to any level as they do not have any escalation matrix. On mail one response is received that you already have a ticket so no we are cancelling this ticket. Total frustrated with such unprofessional company with such low ethics. No response, no communication, nothing. I am in a hopeless situation.

                      After recieving the faulty piece i requested for return.initially 15 days no person come to pick up.one day delivery person contacted me for otp .he said he will come and pick up the product next day .but on app it reflected return rejected.i contacted the customer care regarding it.they said there wouldn't be any issue.return will be made.i waited for promised time but after it over they said return can't done.kinldy look into issue

                        i made an order on 12 August 2023 and order is not delivered by JIOMART and my money is also not refunded back till date. I made so many call to JIOMART and sends so many emails regarding the same.

                        JIOMART app status is showing refund is processed but refund amount is not credited in my bank account and i have also send my bank statement to JIOMART.

                        I also check in my bank about the same, banker confirmed my nothing is come from JIOMART.

                          With reference to the above sited subject regarding order no[protected]W in this connection date of delivery as on 15th Aug.2023 then after change order date 16 to 18th Aug 23 in between, as per SMS from your side on 16th Aug, to day our shipmen delivery today i.e 16th aug but your, mr. Krunal ankleshwaria has said today to delivery, he has taken decission that of on tracking order shows product return, without delivery remarks returned, customer always right, Rs 500/0 deduct from my prepaid payment of Rs 5046/- foe what reason to deduct amount, this is not my fault, your side responsiblr, to recover from krunal ankleshwariya .he has reject my order.                               I ordered Hanumakkhya Mix (DryFruits Seeds&Berries) 1kg Cashews, Raisins, Almonds, Pistachios, Cranberries of
                              ₹480.00 (order number:[protected]A). The product was full of worms in it but the item is showing non-returnable.
                              Such low quality food products that too worm infested items should be availed for return and refund as it is can't be used at any means

                                My order was delivered with missing product and I had called up the customer care and inform them about the same, but no refund has been initiated nor any update has been done on the order about the refund.
                                Products missing in order-
                                Sugar 1 kg- Rs. 45/-
                                Bread 350 grams- Rs. 18.05/-
                                Nippo Gold AAA batteries - Rs.103.55/-

                                I had been informed by jiomart that because I had shared the OTP with the delivery guy, without checking the order. They will not help me with my complaint.
                                This is cheating, I had ordered my monthly groceries and was not able to check the items, this guys have made us fool because of our trust on the brand..not acceptable..

                                My order has been closed again stating order delivered. I swear on God, I am not going to order or use jiomart in my life again, but I am not going to let it go like this. I am going to fight it for the other customers who are being fooled by your delivery guys because of your lack of tracking. Now for me it is not a matter of few hundreds of rupees but to do what is right and make sure that no innocent customers are fooled by such act of fradulent. I had ordered monthly groceries items from jiomart, do you expect me to open the package and count each and every product in the package. The package which was delivered was not sealed properly and can be opened easily. I had been using services like blinkit and big basket as well. We never came across such incidents with them. The product count is always correct. We trust big brands like you for good customer service and support. I am a working woman. Had spend my valuable time and energy and efforts to
                                inform you guys that things are not good at your end and this needs to be corrected.

                                Can't believe that you guys are so easily saying that products are delivered because you shared the OTP with the delivery guys.
