I placed one order #[protected]A which was delivered on 17 feb 2025.
Delivery boy delivered 2 sheild packet and took OTP and went away. After that when i open packets and checked I found there were 11 missing items in delivered items.
I raised complaint for missing items. Firstly their customer representative told they will try to deliver missing items asap but thereafter they confirm they are going to Refund my money back and asked me to wait for 7 day for refund process completion. I wait till 27 feb but no refund was happened so i called their customer care again and they told me that they are going escalate it on priority and requested me to wait for next 2 more days. I took follow up till date but luck !!!
I am surprised why jiomart is not refunding my money back for missing items and why there is no transparency on they ticket/process updates as i am not getting any sms/email update for same. Even their application is also not showing any update! I have to call them to get update is the only one way for me ...
Seems, there issue on jiomart service and communication to customer is very bad.
Please help me out to get my money back from jio mart !
