Jiomart — Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery & Poor Service Experience

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent JioMart Quick order.

I placed this order through JioMart Quick because the items were urgently required. However, even after 24 hours, the order was still not delivered.

I also tried contacting customer support through calls, but there was no proper response from the support number. Additionally, I raised complaints multiple times through the app, but even hours later there was still no delivery or proper resolution provided.

To make the experience worse, some products became out of stock and were cancelled only after the payment was already completed.

I have been using JioMart for many months, but the service experience has been getting worse over time. This delay and lack of customer support response has been extremely frustrating.

I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution regarding my order.
