    I had purchased a camera lens protector for the Reno 8 Pro Plus 5G from JioMart. However, when the product arrived, I was not satisfied with its quality, so I requested to return it. When the delivery boy came to collect the product, I asked him for the OTP, to which he replied that he sometimes doesn't receive OTPs. Suspicious of fraud, I took a photo of him. Suddenly, the delivery boy threw the product and left, saying he would only pick it up when he receives the OTP. I contacted JioMart to inform them that their delivery boy misbehaved with me and that I had requested a return. For four consecutive days, I received notifications from the JioMart app that the product would be picked up today. It's been four months, and the product is still with me; no one came to pick it up.

    After repeatedly complaining to JioMart's customer care five times, I haven't received any satisfactory response. I then emailed JioMart, and they replied saying I have given maximum return requests, but nobody from JioMart came to pick up the product. I think that it's the duty of the delivery boy to pick up the product, but due to some reluctance, he hasn't come to collect it from me. I sent them another email, confirming that nobody came to pick up my product. They responded again, assuring me that my problem will be resolved within 4-5 business days. However, it's been a week, and my problem hasn't been solved, and no one has come to pick up the product.

    Please help me resolve this issue, and I have attached pictures of the email correspondence for reference.

      Every Day Delivery Date is getting extended by 1 Day

      Address: Chennai

      Order placed for Groceries on 25th Jul and Delivery Date given was 27th Delivery. After that, every day delivery date is getting extended by 1 Day without any communication. Complained multiple times to Customer Support over phone/mail and no proper response. Escalated to Customer Support Head ([protected]@jiomart.com) on 01-Aug and was communicated resolution in 3-5 days. No Delivery and No response even after expiry of timelines given by Jiomart....

      Ideal delivery day promised is 2 days. But evwn after 4 days they cant deliver. Order status remain same(ordered state) after 5 days. Atlast you have to cancel it. Its happening from my last 3 orders. Waste of time. Some scam is going on.

        I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent shopping experience at jiomart store. I have been a loyal customer of JioMart for quite some time, but my recent order has left me extremely disappointed.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your store crew. On Monday, July 24, I placed an order(Order Number
        [protected]A) for several items through JioMart. On Tuesday, July 25, I received a call from your store members stating that one of the items in my order was not available. I was asked to remove the item from my order and reorder. I did as instructed, and my order (Order Number[protected]W)was placed again.

        Unfortunately, this issue did not end there. On Wednesday, July 26th, I received yet another call stating that a few more items from my order were missing. Once again, I complied and removed the missing items, placing a new order (Order Number[protected]A).

        To my dismay, the same scenario repeated itself for the third time on Thursday, July 27th. Your store crew contacted me again, informing me that another item from my order was not available and subsequently cancelled my entire order. This is simply unacceptable

        I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am concerned about the fact that your store crew did not check to see if all of the items in my order were available when I placed my first order. I did not order any new items when I reordered my order. I simply removed the items that were not available and reordered the items that were.
        The fact that the same mistakes occurred thrice indicates a clear negligence on the part of your store crew

        I believe that the negligence of your store crew is the reason why my order was cancelled. I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.

        As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail from JioMart. Cancelling an order three times due to missing items shows a lack of professionalism and care on your part. It is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.

        I kindly request that you rectify this situation and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I believe that addressing and resolving this issue promptly will help restore my trust in JioMart's services.

        when i have send the mail to customer care providing a detailed account of the negligence I experienced due to their team's actions they simply responded by simply saying that it was a "technical issue." without proper investigation or resolution

          My account has been disabled by Jiomart purposefully and for last 5 months they are unable to fix it, every time I am calling Customer care they just say wait for 2-3 days and then nothing happens.

          They are not raising any complaints and doing nothing.

          The customer support is not even replying on the mails as well.

          This is really painful to call again and mail every week without any response.

          Below are the tickets raised till date to [protected]@jiomart.com & [protected]@jiomart.com and none of the ticket has even a single response from jiomart:

            So you have again started you dirty and illegal habit to cancel the order because you could not supply and put your deficiency on CUSTOMER shoulders, lying that we have returned it.
            Look at the following screenshot.
            This order was placed on 24th July and today you are saying, we have returned it.
            You have kept us waiting for 9 days and then failed to supply, lying that we have return it. ### lie.
            Before delivery you are sending SMS mention the name of the delivery person and the delivery code. You never sent any such message. Then how could you say we have returned it?
            Mention the name of the delivery person who had come here and we returned the items to him.

              This order is a prepaid order for groceries made on July 14, 2023.
              Today is July 21, 2023 and the items have not been delivered.
              On contcating the customer care at Jiomart, i was informed that there was no provision to cancel the order and get a refund.
              Nor were they willing to commit to a delivery date.

                I have bought a VR box from Jio mart, where I complained that the control stick isnt working but no response from both chat and call support. They said that I will be contacted by no one has called for the past 12 days. Now I dont want any replacement, due to the inconvenience I need full refund.

                  Dear Team,

                  Only the 5 litres pack was delivered and the 1 litre pack was not delivered .

                  This same instance has also happened in the past where the 1 litre pack was initially not delivered and the amount was later refunded since the 1 litre pack was not available with them .

                  The details related to the documents and the photos are attached herewith for yr reference .

                  Already written to them on 05.07 but no favourable response from their end .

                  Dear Consumer Complaints Team,
                  There is still no feedback from the JioMart Team.
                  Attached herewith the screenshot of the previous similar item where the 1 Litre pack was not received but the refund of RS 245 was credited by the JioMart team into my account .
                  Similar to that, in this case since the 1 litre was not delivered, they should refund the amount of RS 245 .
                  Plz escalate to do the needful at earliest.

                    JioMart Grocery delivery service - keep delaying order by extending date every day, not delivered yet

                    I placed 3 order for grocery items on 8th and 9th july. It's a prepaid irder. It was supposed to get delivered by 10th july as per jiomart delivery commitments.
                    Now it's more than a week, orders are not yet delivered!
                    They simply extending delivery date every day without any intimation to me ... No SMS.. No Call !
                    I only followed up to them after waiting 5 days, i asked to raised complaint about it in their customer...

                    I had ordered online delivery of Streax Natural Hair Color of 60ml + 60gm pack of 4 packets each on 05/07/2023, i got delivery on 12/7/2023. when it has been opened i got 25ml + 25gm of 4 packets, so there is mismatch of weight as per what has been ordered. when i did complaint to JIOMART they deny of accepting wrong weight product. i paid for 60ml + 60gm of each and delivered 25ml + 25gm each

                      non delivery.. no cancellation... no refund.. so money is stuck

                      I purchased a product from JIOMART worth INR 12440...Since 10th of July I am getting mesaage regarding prpduct is out for delivery and every night they give false reason o[censored]navaibility to recieve, customer wanted delivery later etc..the pathetic thing is that on contacting JIOMART customer care you cant directly talk to any one...after AI every time new peraon comes for chat who makes you diverted by asking alternate number and other irrelevant...

                      On 7th I bought as a first order sugar, butter and bread. It was prepaid. Delivery was to be on 9th. Each night the delivery date is postponed. Yesterday I called and I was told that my order would be placed on priority and I would receive by evening. Today I called again and I was tod that it would be delivered soon. When?

                        Order cancelled by jio mart

                        I bought a product yesterday after providing my pin code, after 28 hrs I got a message telling refund is processed. if they can't provide the product then why the product is listed in the app/site even after I provided my postal code, this is not the first time I am getting this refund . if they have shown, the item is unavailable on the site itself I would have bought it from somewhere else in the meantime. I have lost my time waiting for...

                        I filed complaint on 4th July and till date there is no response to my concern. Bad quality of bucket has been delivered with scratches and broken edges. I had filed complaint and even called customer care several times but no one is giving resolution. They told me to wait till 7th July for response but still no one has bothered. Even socila media team of jiomart is giving standard replies that someone will revert but again no revert. i have also emailed cs head but no reply from them as well.

                        [protected] is my complaint ticket.

                        Please take back the product and give me refund.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am writing to file a formal complaint against JioMart regarding the extremely disappointing and frustrating experience I had with their service. I placed an order on JioMart's platform on 1st July [Order Number:[protected]A-02], and I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire process from order placement to the unauthorized cancellation and subsequent lack of refund.

                          To begin with, the order was initially scheduled for delivery by 3rd July, as per the confirmation received. However, the delivery date was repeatedly postponed, causing inconvenience and uncertainty. On 6th July, to my surprise, I received a notification stating that my order had been returned without any prior information or consent from my side.

                          This unauthorized cancellation has left me highly dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite receiving a message stating that the order was dispatched and would be delivered shortly, JioMart took the decision to cancel it without any valid reason or explanation. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and highlights a lack of professionalism and commitment on their part.

                          Furthermore, the customer service experience has been abysmal. Despite numerous attempts to contact JioMart's customer support team to address the issue and seek a resolution, I have received no satisfactory response or support. They have failed to provide any clarity on the cancellation, and the process of refund has not been initiated, leaving me financially affected as well.

                          I strongly believe that JioMart's actions are in direct violation of consumer protection laws and regulations. Their poor service, unauthorized cancellation, and refusal to process the refund are clear indications of their disregard for customer rights and satisfaction.

                          Therefore, I kindly request the Consumer Complaint Court to intervene in this matter and hold JioMart accountable for their actions. I seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly and ensuring that I receive a full refund for the cancelled order. Additionally, I urge the court to take appropriate action against JioMart to prevent such instances of poor service and consumer mistreatment in the future.

                          I have attached all relevant documentation, including order confirmation, cancellation notification, and any communication I have had with JioMart's customer support, as evidence to support my complaint.

                          I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution. Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required from my end.

                            I ordered a Lifelong 1.5L 1500W Stainless Steel electric kettle from the JioMart app recently. Because I received the damaged product, I placed the return request in the app and uploaded relevant photos and videos. But my return request was rejected with the reason that the customer representative couldn't reach me via phone. Now the app does not have the option to raise the return request again. I called customer care more than 10 times regarding this issue but I was asked to wait & wait and did not provide any resolution. Finally, I heard from them that once the return request is rejected then again a new request can NOT be placed.

                            How can the return request be rejected for the damaged product after uploading the photos and videos? If I'm not reachable via phone, they should have contacted me via email/WhatsApp to take the consent from me. I think I'm not alone who facing this kind of issue. Being a reputed big company, Jiomart is making the customers fool. We should raise a voice against these kind of incidents otherwise the company will NOT respect customers concerns.

                              I ordered a Boat earphone on 18th of June by Jiomart and today is 30th of June and I still haven't received my product and the order status is again showing it will arrive by tomorrow, it's saying it will arrive Tomorrow for the past 10 days.
                              I am annoyed by the customer support as well as they promised me each and every time that it will be delivered and no result of delivery seen.
                              I have mailed them called them and even chatted withe them, the only thing they is I am sorry we are sorry but not doing the actual work that is supposed to happen.
