Had ordered 2 nail paints worth 300. Got delivered 2 lipsticks which I never order that add up to ₹180.

I ended up paying but never got the correct products delivered. Have emailed them got a ticket number, was assured within 3-5 days I will get a resolution.

It’s been 7 days no resolution was given and keep postponing. I want a refund of ₹300

    I ordered a chair from Jiomart on 5th September'23 & paid for the same also, it was showing expected arrival date as 7th September'23 but till date its undelivered. I fist complained about the same on 8th September'23 vide ticket number[protected], where the executive said that it will be resolved within 3-5 days. Now I am calling the customer care everyday & getting only one statement "will be resolved as soon as possible". No use mailing to any level as they do not have any escalation matrix. On mail one response is received that you already have a ticket so no we are cancelling this ticket. Total frustrated with such unprofessional company with such low ethics. No response, no communication, nothing. I am in a hopeless situation.

      After recieving the faulty piece i requested for return.initially 15 days no person come to pick up.one day delivery person contacted me for otp .he said he will come and pick up the product next day .but on app it reflected return rejected.i contacted the customer care regarding it.they said there wouldn't be any issue.return will be made.i waited for promised time but after it over they said return can't done.kinldy look into issue

        Hi,

        i made an order on 12 August 2023 and order is not delivered by JIOMART and my money is also not refunded back till date. I made so many call to JIOMART and sends so many emails regarding the same.

        JIOMART app status is showing refund is processed but refund amount is not credited in my bank account and i have also send my bank statement to JIOMART.

        I also check in my bank about the same, banker confirmed my nothing is come from JIOMART.

          Grocery Order not received even though Dispatched message and OTP received from Jiomart

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am highly disappointed with the JioMart service for my order[protected]M.

          I placed an order on 27th August, JioMart revised the order by removing some of the not available items (2 oil packets and 1 Pista packet).
          The remaining items (3 biscuit packets and one Nutraj California Roasted & Salted Pistachios 200 g) were supposed to be delivered on 3rd Sep.

          With reference to the above sited subject regarding order no[protected]W in this connection date of delivery as on 15th Aug.2023 then after change order date 16 to 18th Aug 23 in between, as per SMS from your side on 16th Aug, to day our shipmen delivery today i.e 16th aug but your, mr. Krunal ankleshwaria has said today to delivery, he has taken decission that of on tracking order shows product return, without delivery remarks returned, customer always right, Rs 500/0 deduct from my prepaid payment of Rs 5046/- foe what reason to deduct amount, this is not my fault, your side responsiblr, to recover from krunal ankleshwariya .he has reject my order.               I ordered Hanumakkhya Mix (DryFruits Seeds&Berries) 1kg Cashews, Raisins, Almonds, Pistachios, Cranberries of
              ₹480.00 (order number:[protected]A). The product was full of worms in it but the item is showing non-returnable.
              Such low quality food products that too worm infested items should be availed for return and refund as it is can't be used at any means

                My order was delivered with missing product and I had called up the customer care and inform them about the same, but no refund has been initiated nor any update has been done on the order about the refund.
                Products missing in order-
                Sugar 1 kg- Rs. 45/-
                Bread 350 grams- Rs. 18.05/-
                Nippo Gold AAA batteries - Rs.103.55/-

                I had been informed by jiomart that because I had shared the OTP with the delivery guy, without checking the order. They will not help me with my complaint.
                This is cheating, I had ordered my monthly groceries and was not able to check the items, this guys have made us fool because of our trust on the brand..not acceptable..

                My order has been closed again stating order delivered. I swear on God, I am not going to order or use jiomart in my life again, but I am not going to let it go like this. I am going to fight it for the other customers who are being fooled by your delivery guys because of your lack of tracking. Now for me it is not a matter of few hundreds of rupees but to do what is right and make sure that no innocent customers are fooled by such act of fradulent. I had ordered monthly groceries items from jiomart, do you expect me to open the package and count each and every product in the package. The package which was delivered was not sealed properly and can be opened easily. I had been using services like blinkit and big basket as well. We never came across such incidents with them. The product count is always correct. We trust big brands like you for good customer service and support. I am a working woman. Had spend my valuable time and energy and efforts to
                inform you guys that things are not good at your end and this needs to be corrected.

                Can't believe that you guys are so easily saying that products are delivered because you shared the OTP with the delivery guys.

                      I had purchased a camera lens protector for the Reno 8 Pro Plus 5G from JioMart. However, when the product arrived, I was not satisfied with its quality, so I requested to return it. When the delivery boy came to collect the product, I asked him for the OTP, to which he replied that he sometimes doesn't receive OTPs. Suspicious of fraud, I took a photo of him. Suddenly, the delivery boy threw the product and left, saying he would only pick it up when he receives the OTP. I contacted JioMart to inform them that their delivery boy misbehaved with me and that I had requested a return. For four consecutive days, I received notifications from the JioMart app that the product would be picked up today. It's been four months, and the product is still with me; no one came to pick it up.

                      After repeatedly complaining to JioMart's customer care five times, I haven't received any satisfactory response. I then emailed JioMart, and they replied saying I have given maximum return requests, but nobody from JioMart came to pick up the product. I think that it's the duty of the delivery boy to pick up the product, but due to some reluctance, he hasn't come to collect it from me. I sent them another email, confirming that nobody came to pick up my product. They responded again, assuring me that my problem will be resolved within 4-5 business days. However, it's been a week, and my problem hasn't been solved, and no one has come to pick up the product.

                      Please help me resolve this issue, and I have attached pictures of the email correspondence for reference.

                        Every Day Delivery Date is getting extended by 1 Day

                        Order placed for Groceries on 25th Jul and Delivery Date given was 27th Delivery. After that, every day delivery date is getting extended by 1 Day without any communication. Complained multiple times to Customer Support over phone/mail and no proper response. Escalated to Customer Support Head ([protected]@jiomart.com) on 01-Aug and was communicated resolution in 3-5 days. No Delivery and No response even after expiry of timelines given by Jiomart....

                        Ideal delivery day promised is 2 days. But evwn after 4 days they cant deliver. Order status remain same(ordered state) after 5 days. Atlast you have to cancel it. Its happening from my last 3 orders. Waste of time. Some scam is going on.

                          I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent shopping experience at jiomart store. I have been a loyal customer of JioMart for quite some time, but my recent order has left me extremely disappointed.

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your store crew. On Monday, July 24, I placed an order(Order Number
                          [protected]A) for several items through JioMart. On Tuesday, July 25, I received a call from your store members stating that one of the items in my order was not available. I was asked to remove the item from my order and reorder. I did as instructed, and my order (Order Number[protected]W)was placed again.

                          Unfortunately, this issue did not end there. On Wednesday, July 26th, I received yet another call stating that a few more items from my order were missing. Once again, I complied and removed the missing items, placing a new order (Order Number[protected]A).

                          To my dismay, the same scenario repeated itself for the third time on Thursday, July 27th. Your store crew contacted me again, informing me that another item from my order was not available and subsequently cancelled my entire order. This is simply unacceptable

                          I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am concerned about the fact that your store crew did not check to see if all of the items in my order were available when I placed my first order. I did not order any new items when I reordered my order. I simply removed the items that were not available and reordered the items that were.
                          The fact that the same mistakes occurred thrice indicates a clear negligence on the part of your store crew

                          I believe that the negligence of your store crew is the reason why my order was cancelled. I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.

                          As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail from JioMart. Cancelling an order three times due to missing items shows a lack of professionalism and care on your part. It is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.

                          I kindly request that you rectify this situation and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I believe that addressing and resolving this issue promptly will help restore my trust in JioMart's services.

                          when i have send the mail to customer care providing a detailed account of the negligence I experienced due to their team's actions they simply responded by simply saying that it was a "technical issue." without proper investigation or resolution

                            My account has been disabled by Jiomart purposefully and for last 5 months they are unable to fix it, every time I am calling Customer care they just say wait for 2-3 days and then nothing happens.

                            They are not raising any complaints and doing nothing.

                            The customer support is not even replying on the mails as well.

                            This is really painful to call again and mail every week without any response.

                              So you have again started you dirty and illegal habit to cancel the order because you could not supply and put your deficiency on CUSTOMER shoulders, lying that we have returned it.
                              Look at the following screenshot.
                              This order was placed on 24th July and today you are saying, we have returned it.
                              You have kept us waiting for 9 days and then failed to supply, lying that we have return it. ### lie.
                              Before delivery you are sending SMS mention the name of the delivery person and the delivery code. You never sent any such message. Then how could you say we have returned it?
                              Mention the name of the delivery person who had come here and we returned the items to him.

                                This order is a prepaid order for groceries made on July 14, 2023.
                                Today is July 21, 2023 and the items have not been delivered.
                                On contcating the customer care at Jiomart, i was informed that there was no provision to cancel the order and get a refund.
                                Nor were they willing to commit to a delivery date.
