Truly third class shameless company very bad experience delayed delivery, change delivery dates on their own, pick and choose basis delivery, poor customer service, highly unprofessional and unreliable very disappointing I ordered on 9 jan but till date its not delivered they are advancing dates instead of delivering from 12 to 13 to 14 to 15...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered some clothes from Jiomart on 22rd August 2021 (order #[protected]W) which was delivered on 25th August (shipment #[protected]W-01). I had to return following products because improper fittings:
1. Panelled Zip-Front Jacket (Size: S, Colour: Black, Amount: 563.04)
2. Zip-Front Slim Fit Bomber Jacket with Baseball Collar (Size: S, Colour: Grey, Amount: 1035.28)

I had tried to place an order through Jiomart app against my account registered with email id nrj.[protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected] on 05.06.2021 through my Rbl card ending with 8997 but the order didn't get placed. Though I had received a mail from RBL bank stating a transaction of Rs.3838.97 was made on Jiomart, I didn't get any order confirmation from Jiomart. Neither was there any order details against the said transaction...

I have ordered items from jiomart on last Thursday.The amount of Rs 231.05 (paid through google pay) was deducted from my account and the order status showed as declined.. I called to the customer care several times and not answered and also mailed to their account, no reply.

So kindly refund the money back.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible...

I placed an order on jiomart web app on 16th august 2020, till now didn't get delivered. I wrote 10 emails to their customer care [protected]@jiomart.com and 10 calls to customer care but no response till date. My rs.1713.32 is not refunded yet. Please help. Thanks!...

I had ordered five nos tetrapack of amul taza as a part of above online...

I ordered from jiomart (Order id:[protected]w) on 17th aug 2020. They never delivered my order but changed the status of my order to delivered and raised an invoice. When i raised a complaint on [protected]@jiomart.com, they refunded only 120 inr on 26th aug 2020 for the missing items. I raised a complaint again on [protected]@jiomart.com for the remaining amount but they never responded. Then, i raised a complaint on twitter, for which they sent me...

Order no.[protected]w delivered by jiomart on 17.08.2020. Wrote email same day with damaged items images and with following details,

Many items of delivered order are "damaged" and one item is not received/delivered. Damages items pictures are attached with this email. You are requested to collect back following items and refund my money.
Aashirwad whole wheat atta : atta packet is "torn/damage" and atta coming...

My order[protected]a now shows delivered but i did not get any delivery at all. I did not get even a message or a call from any delivery person you are looting money from common people....

Hi team, i have booked grocery & vegetable item from jio mart on 13th jul 2020 with the order number. But due to security issue for the current lockdown situation, the item was not able to delivered at my door step & i have collected the items from the deliver person outside my township premises. I have carried the item by 2 times through my bike to my home.in this time i don't know what happened the delivery person told he has given all...

I placed an order on 4th july to which i expected a delivery on 7th july and unfortunately i recieved call from the deliverry guy from the number +91-[protected] vut couldnt recive that, but my address was rightly mentioned and people were at home to recv the order stilll he didnt deliver that order, later when i called him he said nexyt day the same will be delivered at my address by some other delivery guy. Placed an order on 24th May. Got confirmation about same on email. Then on 26th May, got an update thag some item could not be delivered hence they are processing refund for those items and remaining will be delivered.
Then I saw on 28th May, that order was marked as delivered, but I never received the order. I sent an email complaint to the support email [protected]@jiomart.com and tried contacting their support number as well as mentioned...

It's reference to my vegetables & fruits order i'd:[protected]m.
I had ordered vegetables and fruits on 24th of may it was supposed to get delivered on 26th may 2020 per jiomart portal.

I tried calling to thier customer support number[protected] and i had emailed to jiomart support email addresses:

I have placed an order against the items in my cart for Rs 261/- on 18.07.25., in th Jiomart shopping site. The amount get debited to my account but the items are still remaining in my cart. Please arrange to reverse the amount of Rs261/- debited to my account on 18.07.25

Maine ek product order kiya tha but product color change tha aur thoda old bhi tha to maine usko return ke liye dala tha but unhone reject kiya aur fir proof mange ki pics bhej do fir ho jayega aur maine bheja fir 3 din baad reply aaya ki aap box ki images de do 6 sides ka fir unhone 3 din baad fir bola ki ander wale box ka images de do fir bole parchi ka de do to maine sabka maine ek sath de diya aur video bhi de diya to unhone last me koi reply ni diya gya bahut din tak maine wait kiya tha aur fir maine call kiya jiomart center me to bole ki ye non-returnable product hai return nhi hogii... jabki product buy karte time return option diya tha aur 7days returnable. agar return ni krna tha to pahle hi bata diye hote mujhe itne din tak pareshan krne ki kya jarurat thi ki images do fir ye do wo do... sabkuchh de diya to bol rhe hain ki return ni hoga... ham apna paisa wapas chahte hain aur product maine fake diya itne time tak mai kisi chij ko sambhal ke ni rakh paya, because wo product kisi kaam ka nhi tha connect nhi ho rha tha aur chal bhi nhi rha tha old thi aur kharab bhi ho gyi thi.

My order was canceled, but my ₹2400 refund is still pending. Despite multiple calls, emails, and chats, there’s been no response. Kindly resolve this immediately #ConsumerRights #JioMart

My money was deducted for order Id[protected]A but I received a text message saying my order could not be confirmed. I paid rs 4296.64 for the same. I tried contacting them several times but all in vain. I want my money back asap. It's shameful how they are treating and fooling their customers. Furthermore, I ordered hair styler (order Id[protected]A ) with 5 attachments and only 3 attachments were delivered and 2 attachments were missing. Pathetic service. I want my hard earned money back

I have ordered mobile phone from jiomart on 25.10.2024 and done payment on same day.

but till today i.e 05.11.2024 i didnt get my product also not getting any update of same . also not able to cancel the product for money.

I ordered an badminton from jiomart on 19th October to gift it to my brother as today his birthday through online payment. The estimated delivery date was on 23rd to 24th october. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is changing day by day. I raised many complaints by 24th October onwards.I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for order status. They are saying they can't give a confirmation on the order date. They are not giving any reason for the delay. They are saying that they don't have functionality to know where the order has reached. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jio mart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in jio mart. Customer care service is not being responsible.They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. I'm submitting the invoice and other details here. Plse take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service. Please respond sir.
