I ordered a Lifelong 1.5L 1500W Stainless Steel electric kettle from the JioMart app recently. Because I received the damaged product, I placed the return request in the app and uploaded relevant photos and videos. But my return request was rejected with the reason that the customer representative couldn't reach me via phone. Now the app does not have the option to raise the return request again. I called customer care more than 10 times regarding this issue but I was asked to wait & wait and did not provide any resolution. Finally, I heard from them that once the return request is rejected then again a new request can NOT be placed.

How can the return request be rejected for the damaged product after uploading the photos and videos? If I'm not reachable via phone, they should have contacted me via email/WhatsApp to take the consent from me. I think I'm not alone who facing this kind of issue. Being a reputed big company, Jiomart is making the customers fool. We should raise a voice against these kind of incidents otherwise the company will NOT respect customers concerns.

    I ordered a Boat earphone on 18th of June by Jiomart and today is 30th of June and I still haven't received my product and the order status is again showing it will arrive by tomorrow, it's saying it will arrive Tomorrow for the past 10 days.
    I am annoyed by the customer support as well as they promised me each and every time that it will be delivered and no result of delivery seen.
    I have mailed them called them and even chatted withe them, the only thing they is I am sorry we are sorry but not doing the actual work that is supposed to happen.

    Disappointed and disgusted with Jiomart service

      I ordered grocery items from jiomart on 25th May 2023, which is my first experience and the item was worth rs 1977 through paytm wallet. The ordered was processed in 3 shipment, So I cancelled the one shipment order which was worth Rs 1409 on 26th May. The said the refund has initiated and it will be reflected within 7 days. But the amount has not been reflected on my account yet. I have reached the customer care through email and log a complaint...

      I ordered JioDive from jiomart. On the day of delivery the delivery personnel called me and said that he is at my house. I was in office so I asked him to deliver it to the security personnel and he then asked me the OTP to deliver it to the building security. Once I reach back home the security personnel told me that no delivery person ever came. Now Jiomart team has told me that it's not their responsibility what thier delivery executive do. The customer who has already paid for the order is responsible if the theft is done by their delivery executive.

        I have ordered groceries items on 7 June and their expected delivery date was 11 June but it was postponed day by day till 13 June and then without informing order was cancelled . Being regular customer, I have been facing this problem repeatedly, and this kind of business is unacceptable. I have come up with this problem hoping you would look into this matter and this is not repeated again .

          I had ordered many grocery items a week before, firstly the delivery date was shifted and posted everyday.. .after a week on 13 June it got cancelled without notifying... It has been repeating frequently Which is really a lousy service, being regular customer this inconvenience and such a business is unacceptable, the immediate action to be done and I want my order to be delivered by tomorrow itself. I have come up with this problem hoping you would look into this matter and make sure is not repeated and such event will tarnish company's name, so please address this issue.

            I have ordered iPad 9th generation space grey, from Jiomart on 8th of June, my order ID[protected]M estimated to delivered in 13th June, but after this date they keep on changing delivery date to next day, I don't know what to do, i have called jiomart customer care, sent them countless email, raised complaint tickets regarding this, but only received generic email in return, I trusted reliance group now I regret my decision . kindly help me .Kindly send me the tracking details of the product .

                Cheating customer by delivering defective product and asking to contact Customer care centre of Realme and Realme asking to visit to Borivali service centre.

                We had purchased from Jiomart and not cooperating and avoiding us from right day of product delivered to customer.

                They should be banned for selling electronic items if there intention is to cheat customer and used there hard earned money by doing this type of cheap service.

                    I have been a regular customer for the last year ordering nearly Rs. 1000/- worth products every other week and was a very happy customer. It's been a month since I'm not able to order known brands such as Good Life, Tata etc and I can see only vague, unknown brands which I dont wish to order. Your customer care toll free call center as well as email id. is of no use as they don't get back. I have spoken to nearly 4 customer care executives who promise a call back and then vanish into thin air.
                    Please get back with a reason for this problem and when it is likely to get rectified.

                        This complaint is regarding Refund for my return order,[protected]W. I have confirmed that the item has been picked up by the delivery agent, but the status has not been updated to "return picked" and the refund has not been processed. I have already contacted support agent Prashant Dixit[protected] regarding this, and I was told that a complaint[protected] has been raised.

                        I am requesting that you take immediate action to process the refund. I am disappointed that I have had to go through this process. I expect that my refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving this letter.

                          I ordered a laptop from jio mart and the delivery date was shown as 24th may, now it keeps getting extended by 1 day, and no response from the customer care or on email. I have already paid for the laptop and it is extremely unprofessional of jiomart to handle things like this.

                            I ordered seeing better prices and discounts on Jio Mart in comparison to my usual ordering platforms. Two days later, I get an SMS that refund is being initiated for undelivered grocery items. On logging in I find that most of the ordered products are showing as Returned and refund has been initiated! I spoke to one sleepy and uncaring Ria who sang the usual ''sorry for the inconvenience and that I could re order''. On trying to reorder prices and discounts are no longer available. It is clearly a trickery by the mega business house (this is how they have become mega rich in the first place- goons!) to get money and then return after 10 days. I wasted several hours placing an order and now I have to order again. Wishing this business house and the family members loads of painful experiences. There is apparently no fear of law in this country...anything goes! Greedy cockroaches such businesses !! Shame on them...

                              I have ordered groceries on jiomart app on the date of 1st may but order was cancelled by Jiomart on 4th of May without informing me and the Jiomart app is showing order is Arriving on. I haven't received any product from jio mart. Informed multiple times to Jiomart customer service team and email to them including nodal officer and [protected]@jiomart.com but no response from them and they have closed all tickets. It is happening same issues...

                              I have ordered groceries on jiomart app on the date of 1st of may 2023 and order was cancelled by Jiomart on 4th May without informing me and the Jiomart app is not updating the Cancellation status, the app is showing the order is Arriving on and partially returned. After calling multiple times with customer service I came to know my order was cancelled by Jiomart due to technical glitch and will be refunded deducted amount within 7 days...

The delivery dates are keep on changing day by day & I am losing trust on jiomart. It is happening same issues from earlier two orders also. Please provide help regarding this. I have ordered groceries worth more than 1000 rupees & I have called multiple times to address about the issue to customer care. They never care about customers. They simple raise a complaint & sit silently. I need justice. Please do the needful

                                On 6, may, 2023 i received this order no.[protected]A, i opened the box in front of delivery boy and found that the packet has a cut on his bottom, because of that item was spilled in box. i asked delivery boy to return this product, but he denied by saying that the i already paid for this product by QR code, so he cant return the money, neither he can take this product as the item is spilled and not in returnable condition. He ask me to contact customer care executive. customer care executive and he ask me to accept this product and raise a complaint on Jiomart app for refund, i raised a complaint, in answer they rejected my complaint by saying, item is not Returanable. How it is my fault, when package was opened in front of delivery boy and i also accept that because Jio mart executive ask me too accept that. The phone no. of delivery boy is [protected], they can call him for details of this delivery.

                                in reply, they denied by saying during verification theyt find it is not in accordance with the policy, the reason being that their resources show that the orders were delivered without any issue.

                                which is completely wrong, before that they were saying there are high refunds from this account, when i told them that their is only one refund taken till date from this account, they changed their stance by saying that order is delivered without any issue, so that cant procress refund or return.

                                this is a health product, i can take health risk by accepting this product.
