I have order water purifier on jiomart last month and it was delivered in last month itself, i also paid for installation at the time of order placement and so dar there is zero support, they are disconnecting calls, closing mail tickets raised, no reply on chat and not able to log complaint on website, there is no option to return the order as well. Order a mobile on 7th May.
No tracking updates after day 2. Just says shipped. Customer care has no idea about where it is. Order cannot be canceled once processed.

I ordered a phone worth 22899rs from Jiomart on 7th May as it was showing, it'll deliver by 9th May. But all of sudden they're extending date and customer care is not responsive. There is no option to cancel too as product is already shipped. Please help me out....

Hello I ordered moto g42 on 1st may for 10, 000 rs. From Jiomart. It was supposed to deliver by 4th may. Since then the date of delivery has been changed 3 times for no reason. The customer support is doing absolutely nothing to help me out....

Hi Team,

Mr. Shyam Sunder came to deliver the order, and he asked for OTP.

I requested him to get the items tallied with the bill to which he said, you can do it yourself and I will make video of you while tallying.

I asked him why couldn't you help with it, to which he refused and taken back my order.

Can you please suggest is a new policy...
